Grace smiled"really really tall..lets put it like that and they have gaint feet "she said smiling "and yes why dont we"she said smiling shaking her head some she gave a happy sighing watching everything "this shall be tons of fun"sge said happily.Soot looked at lena"uh what do you mean other dragon?"he asked wrinkling his nose up curioursly looking at her before shaking his head"Nova !" he said happily looking at him "i hope he never grows up to but he probably will"he said sighing.


Bird looked at lane and rolled her eyes"cant you call her down here"she asked frowning lightly "i really need her.."she said sighing lightly watching him she gave a quiet sigh"i didnt need ..the whole explation of why she was upstairs.."she mumbled to herself looking around she gave a quiet sigh seeing mason running downstairs she frowned when he slipped and fell down the stairs.

Caliborn smiled as he start the car and drove to Grace's father's place. Parking he walked around and opened her door before getting Shea out. He smiled when Shea warped her arms around his neck and smiled. "You think your father is going to be disappointed I'm here to?" He asked still not sure how her father felt about him yet. Nova smiled at his father as he sat at his feet wagging his tail. "Daddy!" He barked. Lena laughed before sighing. "I was told she's been flying around with another dragon." she explained with a sigh still curious about that other dragon.


Lane sighed before calling to Avalanche. Seeing Mason fall he jumped up and hurried over to the boy. "Are you okay Mason?" He asked picking him up and putting him on his feet so he could check him over. He shook his head feeling really stirred up now.

Grace looked at him and shruged" no idea"she said smiling at him she gave a sigh looking towards the barn seeing the barn door was open""he might be in there..."she said sighing lightly"i know one thing my dad really going to love shea though"she said happily. Soot smiled aty nova before holding titan down"meet Titan "he said looking at him before shaking his head lightly watching everything"ah i see..Vivi in her room if you want to go see her"he said sighing.


Avalanche sighed before smiling and hugging bird *since lane got mason i guess it will be okay..*She thought sighing lightly looking at the two she couldnt help but smile looking at the two, Mason stared at lane and sighed"im fine i think i mean beside the blood coming out of my forehead"he said looking at lane before shaking his head some "i dont think its much though"he mumbled he sighed looking towards bird and avalanche.

Caliborn gave a nod as he walked toward the barn with Grace and Shea. He smiled seeing Shea running around. She seemed to be doing better, but he didn't want her to over do it. "Don't over do it Shea." He called to her as he reached over and took Grace's hand. Nova smiled at Titan and licked him. "He's small." He mumbled looking over the dragon. Lena gave a nod as she walked up stairs and knocked on the door. "Vivi?"


Lane sighed as he got a wash cloth and cleaned Mason's head up before bandaging it. "Be more careful.. alright?" He asked just wanting to make sure Mason wouldn't get hurt again. Sometimes he could be super protective.

He looked at caliborn then shea he gave a quiet sigh looking between the two "i dont think shes going to overdue.. it "he said before holding some candy out"like candy?"he asked sitting a chair next to a rather tall horse he gave a quiet sigh looking at grace *i used to do the same with her..and her mother...*he thought sighing remebering the memories. Soot nodded"he was just hatched..he will get bigger maybe bigger then you"he said smiling. Vivi sighed before opening the door"Momma?"she asked looking at her she gave a quiet sigh"hi Momma"she said smiling.


Mason looked at lane "what are you doing?"he asked looking at him "knock it off..please..its gross enough..you ..did it with my mom ..i dont need you getting all protective over me.."he grumbled looking at lane he huffed slightly so did you figurie it out yet?"he asked looking towards avalanche and bird *if not your truly an idoit..*he thought slightly chuckling.

Caliborn gave a nod and sighed just watching over Shea. Shea smiled and walked up to him. "candy!" She chimed wagging her tail and jumping a little. "Horse!" She was so excited right now she just didn't know what to do. Caliborn was glad Grace's father seemed to like Shea. It was nice to get her out for a change. Nova laughed and smiled. "He big super big?" He asked rolling around on the floor a little. "You happy, not sad any more?" Lena smiled at Vivi and pulled her into a hug. "I love you and have missed you." She told her with a sigh.


Lane sighed and went back to work. "I would have if I had been trying to figure anything out. I'd rather just except things then trouble myself trying to understand them." He told Mason as he cleaned some of the glasses. He was sure it wasn't that hard to understand or figure out, but to him he would rather just except things and keep going.

Grace looked at caliborn "dont be an idoit..say hi... your you might be labeled that jerk for the rest of your life"she mumbled quietly looking at caliborn, He laughed slightly " you have to calm down a bit you dont know if the horse might kick at ya..."he said smiling at her *to cute..*he thought sighing lightly. Soot sighed"hmm maybe im not sure...why do you ask?"he said sighing lightly looking at him. Vivi smiled she gave a quiet sigh looking at the closet *he better be asleep *she thought thinking about "ive missed you to"she said smiling at her she frowned though "wouldnt you rather go see someone else besides boring me"she said sighing


Mason rolled his eyes slightly "okay sure lane.."he sighed lightly before sitting down he gave a sigh looking around *mom seems to be happy guess thats all that matters... *he thought sighing "so how do you do...that..i mean run this place?"he asked looking at lane *he probably wont talk to me about it *he thought sighing.

Caliborn blinked and sighed. "Thought I was already labeled that.. No one really likes me beside you and my sister at times." He admitted with a sigh before he walked over and gave his greeting to her father. Shea giggled as she did what she was told. "It's so big." she said as she looked up into the horses eyes. Nova smiled as he turned back and hugged his dad. "Because mama is here and you were smiling." He grinned feeling like everything was normal again. Lena sighed and looked at Vivi. "I want to see you. You are my daughter and you are not boring." She told her with a stern but loving tone.


Lane smiled at Mason and sighed. "It's alot of hard work. Cleaning, keeping all the machines running right, keeping everything fresh, stocking product, managing money and employees. It's really hard and takes a lot of patients and effort." He told him as he finished cleaning and putting glasses away for the day.

Grace chuckled lightly"still dosent....matter.... it dosent hurt to make a good imperssion"she said sighing lightly looking at caliborn *hmm..*she thought sighing lightly , he chuckled looking at shea" yes it is..this..Chive.. and thats Herb.."he said smiling at shea "want to feed them?"he asked. Caliborn gave a nod and smiled watching Shea. He was glad she really was having fun. Shea smiled and gave a nod. "Yes please!" She couldn't help but feel small next to the horses. "Were they always big like that?" She asked wanting to reach out and pet one, but she remembered what her dad always told her. Don't touch unless you know it's okay to. Nova laughed as he hugged his father. "Is mama happy?" He thought she was but he needed to know for sure. Lena looked and sighed. "So who is your friend there?" She smiled only curious. "You can't tell your father. Okay, he'll over react."


Lane looked at Mason and smiled. "You sure can help. How about you check the dates on the drinks or clean up the room?" He offered. He was sure Mason could probably help him count the days earning too. "Thanks." He wasn't sure if he should say more on the not bad thing or give it more time. He didn't want to ruin anything.

He looked down at shea" no not when they were babies" he said before grabbing her and sitting her down on the horses back "this one is herb..hes pretty old hes had alot of kids on his back..so ..you could about whatever and he wont bolt okay just becareful you dont fall"he said smiling. Soot nodded"mama is happy i know she is"he said before hugging nova he gave a happy sigh noticting how empty the house was. Vivi nodded "the dragon boy who ive been flying with"she said smiling at her mother "and i wont if you wont okay mama"she said smiling at her she gave a sigh looking towards the window "ive missed you and i got my power the night you died"she said frowning.


Mason sighed lightly and nodded some "i can clean the room up..i cant exactly ..read"he mumbled under his breath he gave a sigh looking down *Dad never tuaght em to..*he thought sighing lightly looking around"not very lively when rowans not here"he grumbled lightly "is she smart..or is she just plain stupid..?"he asked sighing "or are you about as stumped on that as i am?"he asked.

Shea giggled as she sat on Herb and petted him. "I like him." She giggled as she leaned forward and hugged him. "Daddy is nervous around you." She told Grace's father. She still had that innocent way of saying things. Nova yawned and smiled, "Good. You were so sad when mama was away." He mumbled as he closed his eyes for a moment. Lena looked at the boy and sighed. "I wont tell. But sometime I would like to sit down and talk to him. Nothing bad I promise." She could see the boy was looking a little nervous and she didn't want to scare him. "I've missed you too.'


Lane sighed and pulled out a book. "Well I can teach you when ever you want.. that is if you want." He offered knowing Mason would feel a lot better about himself if he could read. "I am just as stumped about her. As long as I have known her.. I still don't really get her." He laughed.

He chuckled lightly looking at shea"is that right..well he needs to be "he said smiling at shea he gave a quiet sigh "..you like milkshakes or coco?"he asked sighing lightly looking at shea , Soot looked at nova " yes i was..."he said looking at nova he tilted his head lightly"you hungry?"he asked sighing shaking his head lightly. Mason looked at lane and sighed lightly"but why would you do that?"he asked looking at lane"and if you want"he said sighing he looked at lane and tipped his head some "so im not the only one .. stumped about her ..good"he said sighing lightly shaking his head he gave a quiet sigh tilting his head some looking around some *i wonder if pearl going to sneak in to see bren sometime *he thought.

Shea smiled at him and giggled. "Both! But coco sounds really good." She told him as she bounced for a moment before almost slipping off the horse. "I'm hungry." She mumbled with a sigh. Nova gave a nod and bounced off toward the kitchen. "Come on daddy!" He called hoping he would make something really good to eat. Lena shook her head. "No. Just be more careful about it love.' She told her as she grabbed a brush and started to brush Vivi's hair.


Lane looked at Mason and sighed. "Because it's my job as a adult to help you become the best you you can be." He told him patting the chair next to him. "Now if you like I can get you started on a few reading lessons." He smiled wanting Mason to learn as much as he could.

He nodded lightly before grabbing shea and putting her down"then lets go make some for everyone "he said taking her hand and walking back towards the house he gave a quiet sigh before shaking his head soem *grandduaghter its a very nice thought...*he thought . Soot chuckled before starting to make something Titan was running around on his neck he gave a quiet sigh"baby dragons are energtic"he mumbled lightly he gave a quiet sigh . Vivi sighed"can bomb the bad guys hideout with rat posion and maple syrup cuase we might have done that earlier.."she mumbled.


Mason looked at him "dude dont ever say that again..."he said before sitting down he gave a quiet sigh"you shouldnt be the one doing this..."he mumbled lightly looking at him before looking at the books"its not a stupid book about world peace is it"he grumvled lightly hoping now.

Shea smiled and gave a nod running about. "Yay!" She laughed looking back at him and smiling. She saw her daddy kissing Grace and giggled about it. "Awe." Nova laughed watching Titan. "He looks like he is enjoying himself." He noted wondering what baby dragons liked to do or eat. Lena frowned hearing that. "Oh goodness you. No more of that. Okay?" She asked hoping Vivi would understand.


Lane laughed and shook his head. "No, this book is about a boy that can't stay out of trouble." He explained opening it and sighing. "What do you know about letters and reading?" He asked wanting to figure out where to start with this.

he sighed lightly"your farther kissing my duaghter isnt he?"he asked before walking into the house he gave a quiet sigh looking at shea"you like the horses?"he asked quietly looking at her , Soot nodded looking at nova"he is enjoying himself..though we have to becareful and not to feed him anyting bad for him "he said happily looking at nova"what do you think he wants to eat?"he asked ,Vivi looked at her mother and sighed lightly "dont worry i made sure they couldnt see us or sense us... "she said sighing lightly"and i know..but it was really fun momma..."she said giggling lightly she looked around and slightly sighed "..am i in trobule?"she asked sighing lightly.

She frowned wondering if Grace was like what a mommy was supposed to be. "I love the horses." Nova gave a nod and grinned. "Maybe he would like some fish! Or blue berries!" He said running to the fridge to get some food out. He doubted Titan would like cat food. Lena shook her head. "Of course not. Just be careful. We all have to be a little daring sometime in our life." She smiled at Vivi.


Lane gave a nod and sighed. "Okay. Well I start by reading to you. I want you to pay attention to the words and the sounds of the letter that make them up. I'll take it slow and brake them down for you too." He said as he opened the book up. This was how his mother had taught him to read when he was little.

He nodded lightly"i see..and yes she is...ah i see"he said frowning before giving her coco"whats your faveriotre candy?"he asked sighing lightly "..were getting a new horse in the barn later..want to help me name it?'he asked smiling at her. Soot sighed lightly"i hope he dosent eat cat food you realize how much catfood id have to buy im imganging the fish already"he mumbled. VIvi nodded lightly"i understand momma i will be careful but it was rather funny..we hid and the bushes and watched the whole show"she said laughing about it she gave a happy quiet sigh "and my power didnt even show up once"she said happily.


Mason sighed lightly looking around *im trying to pay attetion but i just cant...*he thought sighing lightly * i can barely even hear lane the sinks dripping really loud *he thought sighing before looking at lane "your going to have to start over everythings really loud"he mumbled lightly watching everything"i cant concentrate "he mumbled sighing lightly.

Shea gave a nod and smiled. "I like sour candy and gummies too." She smiled thinking about it. "I'd love to help." She beamed at the idea of naming a horse. She had never done stuff like this before. Never gotten the chance to be outside this much either. Nova laughed as he pulled out some food for Titan. "You want some berries or fish?" He asked the dragon as he put down a plate of food for him. Lena gave a nod and sighed. "I bet it was fun." She told her with a sigh. "I'm sure you'll master those powers in time." she felt proud of her daughter right now.


Lane sighed watching Mason. "Okay, but how about we make this even more interesting. so you can concentrate on it more." He suggested. He pulled out a few boxes and grinned. "Each time you can read a word or answer a question about the book or a letter then I'll let you pick a box. Each box has different prices in them. Money, tickets to the amusement park, pool pass, gift cards, and candy." He explained hoping it would help motivate Mason.

He nodded lightly and smiled"ill remember that"he said smiling at her he gave a quiet sigh"is your daddy a good guy?"he asked sighing lightly looking at shea before tilting his head some *hmm.. *he thought sighing looking at shea. Titan looked at nova before scattering down off of soot to go eat the fish he gave a werid look to nova before making a rather loud squawking noise for some more. Vivi nodded"it was and i sure hope so they just show up when they want to and they scare alot of people mom what do i do?"she asked worriedly looking at her mother.

Shea smiled as she watched him. "Yes daddy is. He's always making tough choices and he's usually alone. He left me with grandma and grandpa even though he didn't want to, but he thought I would be safer there." She said with a sigh wondering if her daddy was happy inside even though he didn't smile a lot. Nova laughed before running to get more. He was really enjoying taking care of Titan. Lena sighed before answering. "You stay strong and have faith in yourself. Have no doubts and keep trying. Practice too. Lots of it." She told her knowing it wouldn't be easy but Vivi would get there.


Lane laughed as he sat back in the chair. "When I am working yes. Sometimes you need ways to keep some of the people whom come in here busy." He explained before starting to read to Mason. "So what was this word?" He asked pointing to the word jump.

Vivi sighed"i cant..everytime i try to pratice..something about my power overwhelms me and almost makes me pass out"she said frantically looking at her mother.

Shea smiled bouncing toward the door, almost spilling the drinks on herself. Her little wolf tail wagging and smacking against stuff as she went. "Let's go. Let's go." She chimed looking back at him with a big smile on her face. Lena sighed and finished braiding Vivi's hair. "Well then. How about I help you practice?" She offered looking for away to bond with her daughter.


Lane sighed seeing the ears. "Jump. That word is jump." He explained in a calm manner. He was wondering if maybe June was better suited for teaching then he was. "How about we take a break then. Get a snack." He offered wanting Mason to calm down a little. He knew every thing was harder when you were frustrated.
