Sword Art Online: Server in ruins

Also I would like it to see with the skills who has what a bit more easier that how you got it now.
I'm having difficulties deciphering this sentence. What do you mean by this?

What I mean is the way he has the skills is that it's hard to tell who has what.

So it would be better to simply write out two skill lists or something make it immediately obvious at a glance.

@Ixacise I got what you meant from the beginning. I'll get on it in a while. I'm busy at the moment. IRL tends to big me at the worst moments.

Yeah, about tutorials, I'm so fucking confused. Please explain the things I'm seeing in IC Chat, because I have no clue exactly what the system is.

It's ingame about the tutorials.

Don't worry jabark just start writing and you should get your stuff up soon.

Also yes I decided to include up to page 13

There is a house where they give you a small tutorial of all your level 1 abilities, called the Noobhouse. There, they train you a bit in all of them, including crafting abilities.

Crafting items happens to require you to win certain silly minigames, like Bejeweled for weapon crafting, slide puzzles for trap making, etc.

Alright. I'll just start out the two of them being a solo pair. My posts might be a little longer considering I'm playing the perspectives of two people, but it's no big deal to me, just warning you guys.

:| I'm not playing Bejeweled ever again, just so you know. Bad things happen in the presence of that game (With my family anyway. Not even joking, the game is jinxed or something. That and I don't like playing Bejeweled. XP)

so you get 18 lvls for mining and crafting ...and I get 1 lvl and 25% for fighting a lvl 3 mob and doing 2 lvl 1 quests, also no gold, i would've thought more xp at least....but I'm cool it's not like I haven't used the sprint skill all the time as well

The biggest thing you have to remember about Japanese and Korean MMOs is that questing gives you shit in terms of results. The only way to level up is to grind like a motherlover.

I forgot about the gold woops lol. But next update you should get your next level and other stuff.

Also weapon handling would be more important than straight up skill levels. Also since sao has a cap of 1000 in levels I'm being generous with the non-fighty skills.

Oh yeah, exactly how far into the Rp are you, duration-wise? Like has it been a few days or is this the first night?

It hasn't even been the first night.

We're still working our way to all learning what exactly Sword Art Online is.

Only one or two people know it's a deathtrap, and one of those people doesn't believe it.

Just one or two hours after the Death Mode got enabled. Level 1 and all that shit, probably mastergrinders will be at Level 3 at most.

the mission yes... but you have to add the xp you make when actually killing the things..and also my chars hp bar went red when fighting the nepent..so armor training maybe, you know actual combat is supposed to be better than noob training stuff... .

nvm I'm happy with my share shame about the sprint skill being overlooked though, keep up the good work GM

probably mastergrinders will be at Level 3 at most
I approve that statement:))

Still first day because time-dilation.

Also sorry if this batch of updates is wonky but I just got back from a family trip and had to go through like 10 pages of posts. But next one should be a bit more sooner. Also Jabrark and anyone else that joins in late will get some free level ups to catch onto speed

I took it upon myself to detail what the Noobhouse, better known as that one area or building where an NPC teaches you the basics about gameplay and your abilities so you're not left guessing how crap functions. One post at a time, I made up tutorials for the skills my character has, with a tutorial NPC-style explanation for them and sort of set down some mechanics I guess, mostly for fun but I suppose Ixa dug them. Posts were starting to get grating, though.

Should I go master grinder considering the personalities of my characters? Like already be starting level 2? Well I guess I'll worry about it when I get there, I haven't really gotten the hang of the system yet, so I'll just give a basic overview of their situation.
