The monster reacted by creating more fire within its body. Nullifying the effects, mostly. Although it was still pissed off, a tad bit more sluggish. It looked around for Bobby. Before seeing him and running forward to slash out with its venomous talons. Although obviously suffering from its cold blooded body with its slower movement.

You sent Hunter to go undercover for a year to kidnap a heiress to some rich estate. Can't you give me a mission like that with more action?" She sighs. "That was a long time ago. Now go do your mission. When you complete it you will get your cut." Eric nodded. "Okay. I'll get my gear."

"None technically. I had the HL forward my last couple of paychecks into the equipment. In savings I only have a couple hundred left but I can make this work."

it had the address of someone in California. Eric left the war room and went to get his gear. Janus was still outside of the door in Edgewood just waiting for anyone of his family to contact him.
