(Kinda. Planning out my Universal Orlando trip gets tiring. Plane flight can be refunded, hotel room can be cancelled but my ticket won't be canceled. It doesn't expire but it won't be canceled. Gonna see if I can exchange it for a Universal Studios Hollywood ticket in the event shit hits the fan. Then I gotta look up travel insurance too.)

It had been 5 months since Joey disappeared. Not a single trace was found. Over the course of his disappearance crime activity continued, but nothing too astonishing. The city of Edgewood began to expand into a more sprawling metropolitan vicinity. A more bustling city. Joey's house was sold off. A new product appeared on the market. Ultra Male, a pill supplement that boosted testosterone levels. Part of the advertising included Kraven the Hunter breaking out of a jail cell after taking the pills on billboards. The marketing for the product grew to include others from villains and heroes alike. The population of Edgewood grew and slowly with it, so did crime. Few villains were able to perform their crimes without a hitch.
Everything seemed fine aside from one thing. A group of killers who call themselves The New Crusade have begun operating, slaughtering criminals and disappearing without leaving a footprint. Jacob and Susan had begun dipping their toes into the world of crime, taking over the former clan as new Yakuza. With the drug and weapons trade slowly growing in Edgewood and seeking to expand.

A new day dawns on Edgewood. It is lunch time now. The day seemed quiet. Perhaps today, everyone would be able to rest easy.
