(I don’t know exactly what veil energy is but after a google search if it’s dark sun energy than yes, that kind of goes with shadow).

"Eat this!" Zadock then opened a portal next to the demon and out flew a skeletal dragon that would tackle the demon.

A screen of fire would impair the human’s vision and char the dragon, when the smoke cleared the demon king was nowhere to be found, only a crater in the earth showed where he may have gone.... A tactical retreat.
