(Blitzwing is bigger than the summoned beast)


"No, just zeh name Blitzving. I vunder..." He said the last part to himself. Blitzwing didnt put on my offensive attacks, just slithered off of the cabin and approached the two. "You come to this place and try to attack me when I did nothing. What is your quarry here, humans?" He had a deep voice that shook almost everything.

(Sorry, I should have asked, it must be pretty huge then)


Zachary looked up "We thought you were as agressive as those angler fishes, and I didn't want to take any chances" he was quite impressed with the sheer size of it "We're looking for a way to heal Kage's body, she's under control by her shadow right now, and if that shadow withered away she will die because of some very bad wounds. That shadow is what's essentially keeping her alive"

 

[VanRIPPED]

(The Beast was only slightly bigger than a human)


"I am the protector of this realm, created by the shadow of Kage. I only attack what seems to be a threat. State your names, I command you. You


"are in my realm, you will obey me" He growled.

 

[DramonFire]

(whoah, I thought we were talking about dragon-size rather than horse-sized when it came to that Beast)


"I'm Zachary, and this is Blitz" he was annoyed by the commanding voice of the creature, but decided to be friendly, maybe it could help them out some way or another

"Zachary and Blitz. Hmph, Blitz. I am the only true one of the name 'Blitz' here. You are merely mortal, human" Blitzwing snarled at Blitz, who resisted the urge to shift uncomfortably. "So, you wish to heal the creator of this realm? I am aware, once her shadow got loose from my grasp I knew the human was in grave danger. As redemption for my failure to keep the shadow enclosed I have decided to take upon myself in protecting the consciousness of Kage. Her body does not rest here, but her mind does. Broken and damaged she lays dormant, I will tell you there is a way to bring her back from this dormant state before the shadow gets too comfortable in her body's skin," Blitzwing stretched his wings and flicked his tail, quickly tucking his wings back and stilled his tail. "Find the Moth. He will know how, created from the knowledge of medicine from Kage did he appear. But be careful, moths are greedy. If you find a way to convince him to help you without giving up most if not all your blood to his ravenous tongue then you will heal her." He said. "Ver do we find zis, Mo'ss?" Blitz asked. "Where the trees give shelter, when you see the bowing trees will you know you have found him. Be quick about it mortals, time is not a luxury we have"

(sorry i havnt been on) Lydia looked around seeing is she could spot the creature. "what the heck was that?"She walked next to Alex. "You okay?"

It felt it, oh god it felt it, he was thinking. Law saw Lydia come toward Alex. "LYDIA!!! DON'T COME HERE IF YOU CAN'T DEFEND YOURSELF!!!" He yeled completely furious. The black liquid was all over the place, the door opened... The situation was getting confusing, where is the creature? he was asking himself while giving a quick look around. Then he saw the light, "It's there!!" he said as he was charging the creature to kick it again.

The creature yelped, diving under the liquid in panic, its fish tail splashing the water everywhere. Shadow Kage, still hidden, was getting irritated with these guys. Just go inside! If she had to she'd bring another bigger creature out here to chase them in there. Blitz's cabin was spooky too, no windows and stuffed animals from bears to owls to rabbits. He is, er, was, a big hunter.

Alex nodded at Lydia, "Yeah, I think so..." He reached out to the door and layed his hand on the cabin, trying to see what this place was, and what had happened in it's past. He couldn't control when he saw, though, and just got images of Blits coming back with the spoils of his hunts. "This is Blitz's place... He's Kage's mentor right?" Alex asked, trying to figure out what was going on. "With all these moving shadows, she must be here."


Alice nodded, unsure why her brother was so unconcerned by the creature, she wasn't that great at fighting, but at least now she had her sword to use, she waited for it to show itself again before attacking. She was focused on the creature, and didn't notice her brother start to wander into the cabin, looking for the shadow girl they'd meant earlier

Once Alex entered, the door slammed shut. Total darkness surrounded him, the outline of a bear standing up with claws outstretched and jaws agape was shown not too far from him. There was a slight glow from down the short hallway.

Alex jumped a little, surprised by the slamming door, and snapped his fingers to create a small flame from his fingers, about the size of a strong candle. "Kage, are you in here?" He asked, his voice laced with concern. He didn't really mind the hunting trophies and taxidermy- and he really hoped thats all that the animal outlines were.

Silence was the answer. From the flicking fire shadows jumped up from the darkness. They weren't alive, just normal 2-D shadows that moved with the candle light. The bear's eyes shone, a raccoon on a table looking right at him. Mounted deer, a few elk and one moose head mounted, the moose above the fireplace. A rabbit sat on the stone of the fireplace safely away from the fire if it was ever on. Down the hallway there was a few bass and catfish mounted on the wall. A shadow moved across the glowing in the back room.

Alex looked around, nervously, and his head snapped to follow the shadow that moved unnaturally. He didn't like being separated from his sister, and he was starting to let the taxidermy get to him- eyes that seem real but don't blink are just creepy.

A pheasant was on the dining table, looking like it was looking for something that moved. There was a dog collar on a nail in the wall with the name tag that named Fritz. It used to belong to his Bloodhound hunting dog, who had passed earlier than he would have liked. He had tracked down the mountain lion who had killed him, its pelt stretched across the wall. Back in the back room, the glow moved and different shadows rose up. One of the shadows being a big rifle with a scope. Blitz used candles, not electricity. Melted candles were around the house, some stuck in moose antlers and some sitting in holders along the wall but none were lit. A coiled snake poised to strike was above the fireplace, fangs ready to sink into skin.

Lydia stepped back as the door closed.Alex was in there! "Should we go in there?" She asked "Or what?"

Alex stepped over carefully to some of the candles, and lit them with his small flame, figuring they would help shake the creepy feel of the cabin, in his left hand he held his sword tightly, ready to strike if the need arose.


"What?!" Alice asked, spinning to see the closed door, "Hey!" She- sensibly- reached to open the door.

Lydia walked up next to Alice as she opened the door.The cabin was dark and creepy. "Um you go first." Lydia nervously smiled.

 

[VanRIPPED]

The shadows rose higher, the light flicking them like they were moving. The door opened for them, but their shadows shoved them inside and shut the door. Now everyone was in the cabin that Blitz stayed in, and the man had many secrets to hide. Now they were locked with them.

"Hmmmm, well we've seen trees back there that tried to grab me" Zachary said as he scratched his chin "Do you think he's speaking about those" he said as he turned to Blitz

 

[VanRIPPED]

Blitz shrugged, looking at Blitzwing. "Those trees who shelter only shelter, not harm. You both will be fine. Now off with both of you!" He snarled.

 

[DramonFire]

Zachary sighed, having no idea what it meant, it frustrated him "How are we supposed to figure that out? I've never even been here before and I've only seen a couple of trees..." he looked at Blitz, who may know something about solving that riddle

 

[VanRIPPED]

"Its a forest, ve have to travel avound. I dont understand vy zeh dragon cant take us" Blitz said. "I must stay to protect Kage. Just try not to die, and come back with the Moth. The longer you stay here the more endangered Kage becomes. Move now!"

 

[DramonFire]

Zachary sighed "fine...." he then ran toward that forest again, surrounded by fireballs

The trees hissed at the fire, quavering. The shadows that were creeping around the forest growled as light burned them and hid. There was always the sound of a soft hiss, one that stood out from the violent hisses. "I sink zat hissing is zeh Mo'ss. Vaht did zeh dragon say? Ven will we know ve has found him?" Blitz asked.

Zachary thought, he wasn't really good at remembering things "Wasn't it something about bowing trees?" he heard the hissing, it didn't sound very moth like, but hell, this whole place was too wierd that he didn't think about it too much
