Dhjdghsdg but oh gosh, I don’t know what would be funnier; Zelda just spontaneously breaking out into dance with a bunch of stalfos, Gibdos, etc. etc. or Zelda having to actually go through the process of teaching said enemies the dance number lmao

Zelda: I must know if Lunaris is from my Hyrule! There's only one fast, sure-fire way to be certain...

Later, at the masquerade ball in the Flying Citadel, Zelda breaks into that dance and Lunaris can't help but join in!

Zelda: OMFG HE IS FROM MY HYRULE!! D8D8

Captain Falcon: SHOW ME YO' MOVES!! YES!!

If music has power in Hyrule, then why not dances? Now I really want a LoZ game where dances are the musical collectable, similar to ocarina melodies and wind baton movements. I'm surprised Nintendo hasn't done something like that already.

I'm reminded of a cute bit of RP a friend and I did while going through the Main Story Quest of the game.

I recently reached the Shadowbringers expansion of FF14 for the first time. That same friend who was eager for me to play the game to begin with was really excited as the storyline is that your PC has to return darkness and night to a post-apocalyptic world flooded with light. The world hadn't seen a night sky in a century! If Heavensward can be seen as a story of Stefan exposing the lies of the past, overcoming the curse of dragon's blood, and defeating his demons, then Shadowbringers could be seen as his re-discovery of his role as Lunaris the Night Dragon. He even gets to help rid people of nightmares and bring them pleasant dreams!

Spoiler: It doesn't fly, but there is also a citadel of mummers where the rich and powerful live in splendor while the world suffers!

Anything Daisy can really do in this situation? It just feels more like she's along for the ride at the moment, and anything she could take on her own accord just feels like an outlet of her just being stubborn about kicking Lunaris' butt.

I mean there’s plenty that could be done. Despite having basic things given to them there is plenty that could be asked or she could make her own threats if she might have some to offer. It doesn’t have to be anything too grand. Sometimes it’s just good to have a character react to what is going on and add their own bits and pieces to it

A thought I just had:

While the Princess Zelda of the Night Dragon's time was afflicted with the Sleeping Sickness, she was able to interact with the dragon in the Dream Realm. While they were navigating it together, Zelda suddenly witnesses the dragon dying and the Dream Realm falling apart!

Imagine Zelda waking up and screaming at her jubilant caretakers, her father, and the Wizard, "What have you done??"

I’m sorry that I’ve been silent on my end these past few months. My mental health isn’t the greatest. I’ve been staying away from saying something in the out-of-character thread; now I feel it’s as good a time as any to admit I'm not doing fantastic. But still doing well enough. Posting is becoming infrequent in the IC thread. I'm struggling with trying to find my muse for my characters; it's not there anymore. I stayed quiet in hopes I'll get that spark back; so far nothing is working to help bring inspiration to me. I thought it's time to say I'm dropping out. I don't think it's fair for me to just ghost you all and cut and run. I had a lot of fun while it lasted. So, I'm going to end it here, as it's getting long to say my goodbyes.
