He could hold it as long as Roxas doesn’t claim it back to himself. He wouldn’t have access to the magic Roxas does but as long as Roxas isn’t in immediate danger (which can be bypassed if he’s knocked out) or he doesn’t claim the keyblade back to himself, another could hold and wield it. The only catch is that it wouldn’t be their own keyblade so it would still be tied to its wielder

Call of Duty does not have any Nintendo exclusive titles, based on quick research I’ve done, which fails to meet the criteria for non-Smash Bros. PCs stated in the rules, so I cannot accept anything from CoD.
