To elaborate , I don’t mean her Force sight works like normal - it can only usually see through so much , as KOTOR II demonstrates - I was suggesting she may be able to see 1-2 feet immediately ahead of where she’s looking , with very little (or no , depending) peripheral vision.

Force sight would be hazier and constantly distorted by the particles shifting around.

How distorted? She could still kind of see , right? Because I don’t see how she can see through several inch thick steel walls , and not at least see partially through a foot and a half or so of a sandstorm made up of loose particles. I can agree it’d be hazier and distorted , but at least well enough where she’d be able to see somewhere they can get shelter , and avoid falling into a hole (and whatever mechanical death-machine’s marching towards them , should it get close enough).

I’m also kind of arguing this because Force Sight is the only species advantage she has , compared to you playing a Pau’an and Scaver playing a Gurlanin. Though I suppose Grim’s playing a regular human , which is more or less the baseline.

Everything in her normal vision range is extremely blurry and seems to be not quite as stationary as it should be, the outlines and edges of things are fuzzy and shifting.

Grim Wraithe Stjerna just so you know , saying that her accent is similar to the Twi’leks’ is basically the Star Wars way of saying Argent has a bit of a French accent.

Interesting. Well , as I said , she was hiding her accent earlier (it makes her a little distinctive - being a Miraluka Jedi with silver hair and an exotic accent would make it a bit too easy to identify her , especially when she’s supposed to be kind of undercover and all) , so it’s possible that’s the kind of accent she uses to cover her own accent to make herself seem less distinctive. Doubly so since it seems a lot of Star Wars characters have clipped British accents.

She really , really , really dislikes Smugglers. Beyond Sith , Dark Jedi , the leaders of the Seperatist factions , and the actual Hutts and Crime Bosses , she probably righteously hates them more than anyone. (She sees droids as tools and weapons , as she always has - otherwise , they’d be before smugglers , but ranked under the Hutts/Crime Bosses).

But she is laying into him hard! I almost feel bad for him, but not really. He's smiling and sniggering in my head.

Ok. So.... Reaver (in my head) is like "Ok. What the hell just happened?" As he stares down at Argent.

HK Fifty I'm not sure what to do really, and anything I think of doesn't seem to make a long enough post.

That’s what I was afraid of , really. There’s not as much for him to react to with what she chose to do , especially when she’s mostly just praying anyway (and to herself at that).

I guess I could always let her be more dense , which would make the ‘you’re not the only Shadow here’ go straight over her head.. but that’d make her seem a little stupid , which I don’t want to present her as being (she’s a bit fanatical and very hostile , but she’s not unintelligent). Unless we say it’s because she’s exhausted and not thinking straight because of having to go through the desert , but that may put her at more of a disadvantage than she deserves to be at. And even if we do that , the implications of what he said going over her head would just continue the little insult/threat game she has going with everyone she considers some form of enemy (or really doesn’t like , although if she just doesn’t like someone it’s usually preachy instead of threatening).

If we did have it go over her head for whatever reason , she’d probably draw her lightsaber on him and demand more answers , which probably doesn’t give Reaver much more of a reaction either. At least , I wouldn’t think so. (She’d mainly ask how he possibly knows who she is , and how a Smuggler possibly works for Jedi).

He could always interrupt her and start asking her things he’d like to know (did he get the same coordinates she got , or just the instructions to find her? I’m sure he’s got to have questions for her beyond that , right?). Or wait however long for her to finish and then ask her things , though it’s more likely he’d feel he’d get rolled over by.. Argent-ness again if he waited for her to finish praying.

So I'm changing the timeline a little. My initial post says that Ghoul landed on Ryloth 72 hours prior to invasion. I am changing that to one week before the invasion. Currently it is 30 hours after Ghoul arrived so we have almost 6 days until the Republic invades Ryloth. I am going to start including the day and time in my posts as well.
