Rayleigh is witty, sarcastic and a total wise ass. She is independent and quite the badass on a hunt, but of she sees a spider she'll scream. While Rayleigh is cold and tough on the exterior, inside she's actually small and scared and very sweet. She isn't quick to trust people, but once someone has gained her trust will help them at all costs.
Rayleigh has a hard time getting close to people, because she feels like she can't risk it. Her heart brok enough when her parents died, and she couldn't deal with another death. Rayleigh took her parents death pretty hard, and while no death would be as bad as theirs, she couldn't handle it again.

Rayleigh ran away from home when she 17 years old. She had come home to find a werewolf had killed her mother and was already ripping into her father, so she ran out of the house, got in her car and never looked back. She thought she was crazy at first, but after doing some research she found out she wasn't crazy and she became a hunter. On one of her hunts, Rayleigh found an abandoned rottweiler puppy and named him Motley. She's been doing the job for 10 years now, with Motley in her life the past 3, and is pretty well connected in the Hunter community.
