coerce emotions to assist with the negotiation by keeping the pure at bay with feelings of either calm or hesitation depending on what is more believable at the time, long enough to assist negotiations, spending 1 willpower [4/5] to increase odds of success. more likely to make the pure think "if i attack, it won't look good for me with my superiors and i could end up in trouble. better not attack to avoid punishment." or something along those lines. the blanks can be filled in as appropriate.
