THE TWINS & SILVER

"Oh you won't believe what they forced me to do back there Brother!" Chloe pouted as a confused Connor and Silver looked on. Connor scratched the back of his head before asking, "What happened?"

"T-that WITCH of a nurse and Dr Stein's creepy kid made me drink.... Bitter meds!" Chloe complained, the witch comment being a sheer coincidence and in no way did she sense something wrong. I mean, its Chloe for crying out loud. Connor facepalmed while Silver suppressed the urge to laugh. Connor sighed and gently rapped Chloe's head. "Wha- hey! What was that for?!"

"That's for being a childish brat and making me worry over nothing. Oh and for being a small child! Of course the medicine would be bitter! Its medicine!" Connor scolded while Chloe pouted and glared defiantly. The two argued for a moment before both turned to face Angel.

"Help me out here, Angel. Tell Chloe she's being too childish," Connor requested with a stern glare towards Chloe.

"Oh yeah? Well, uh... tell your Partner to be less of a stiff nimrod and lighten up a bit!" Chloe pouted, folding her arms defiantly while shooting Angel a pleading look.

DR FRANKEN STEIN

"Hm... It seems our new Nurse Nocturn can be trusted... For now at least," Stein idly commented before closing the file and stubbing his cigarette out in the ashtray. He then began adjusting the screw as he peered at the security cam footage. Oh look who it is, my little experiment came for a visit. He thought to himself before pressing a button to trigger the front door to creak open slowly. He finished adjusting his screw and kicked off the desk, sending him wheeling off towards the main entrance in an echo-y rattle before.... snagging the wheels at the doorway and falling over before War and Allison.

"Still a little loose..." He silently stood up and began readjusting the screw and picking up the fallen chair. "There... That should do it. Gimme a moment kids, I need to try something." He said before dragging the chair back into the lab, all the way to his desk and plopping down on it. He then kicked off and started wheeling off towards the main entrance in the same echo-y rattle. Just as he was about to reach the main entrance, he kicked off the ground, sending him and his chair over the doorway's lower bar in a short arc before skidding to a stop inches in front of Allison.

"So, what brings the two of you to my lab. Do you require some maintenance or maybe an upgrade?" Stein asked in his usual drawl, peering at Allison from behind his glasses before looking at War. "Or perhaps its for a Supplementary Lesson and Sid simply forgot to send me a reminder."

"I'm going to be the best partner I can, and No One's going to stop me~!"

Where: Death City: Stein's lab

With: Allison and Doctor Stein

Thoughts: He scares and irritates me...

War noticed the look on Allison’s face as she seemed to regret her actions. He rubbed the back of his head as he felt bad that he did so. He didn’t mean for her to feel sad for it, just properly understand what she did. As they headed to steins lab, War wanted to talk with Allison about the fight but felt so bad that he made her feel that way that he couldn’t talk to her. He also had other things on his mind.

After awhile of walking they soon reached Stein’s lab. War looked at the stitched up building and shivered at the thoughts the doctor had only done in there. He was feeling dread as he looked, thinking about what all he would do to him to find out why he could resonate with himself. War watched as Allison rag the door bell and sighed as he walked up next to her and waited an answer.

As the door slowly creaked open War sighed knowing what was to be next and stepped aside of the door. He then advised Allison to do the same. Rattling soon echoed from the inside but War just looked dully. As Stein fell out of the door way on his wheeled chair, War went to step on the doctor’s face but missed as he got up before his foot could land. War growled as Stein went back to try again. “This is insane…” He said to himself. “We first only had him…and now Riku Sensei does it as well…” He said sounding a bit annoyed as he remembered Riku almost running over him and Dante’s partner the other day cause of this. He then watched stein do it again and this time hopped over the entrances bar and skid to a stop before them.

War sighed and looked at Stein as he asked about maintenance or upgrade, and soon looked at War and asked about Supplementary Lesson. A chill went up his spine as he asked that. “N-No we’re here for maintenance…And why you look at me when asking for supplementary lesions!?” War asked with a growl.

Elam wasn't quite sure what to make of Lord Death as he and Aiko left the Death Room. Elam found him easy enough to talk to, mostly due to the fact that he didn't think Lord Death was human, but he acted human enough that Elam wasn't uneasy around him. He's certainly not what I imagined a God of Death to be like. This place just keeps getting weirder.

His thoughts turned to the mission as he and Aiko traversed the halls, eyes forward but looking at something that wasn't there as he tried to figure the monster's tricks out. He glanced briefly to Aiko as she spoke, then let out a grunt of agreement. "Something's definitely not right here. We're missing a piece of the puzzle, that's for sure. Monsters don't just phase in and out of existence.'

'From the sound of it I'd guess that this monster has Soul Perception, or at least something like it if it always runs before being spotted. Maybe it just has an amazing sense of smell or something. Anyway, how it gets away is the real problem at hand. Maybe it can change its wavelength to look like a normal person, or maybe it blocks its wavelength in or something, Bah, I don't know, none of this feels right. Hopefully sneaking around is all it's good at." Elam scratched at his face, a sinking feeling forming in the pit of his stomach. An invisible monster that only appears on nights with a full moon, kills at random, then disappears without a trace certainly felt like it was capable of more than just stealth.

After a brief shake of his head to clear his thoughts out, Elam quietly huffed and sunk his hands into his hoodie's pockets. "Well, no use getting worked up over it now. We'll just have to chase the thing down before it sees us as a threat."

@The Velveteen Rabbit

Aiko nodded quietly in agreement, still trying to picture such a monster in her mind. It certainly made her uneasy. This monster seemed to be exceptionally unique compared to the monster Aiko and Percy fought their first year. In some ways, she almost felt as if Lord Death was trying to challenge them more than usual. With it being Elam's first mission, this seemed hardly fair, especially for a current N.O.T student.

Is he trying to learn more about Elam's wavelength? It almost feels like this is an experiment to see his strengths and limitations.

Continuing to frown towards the ground in thought, Aiko looked up when the blinding sun suddenly began shining down on them as they entered the courtyard in front of the DWMA. Like Elam had said, there was no use worrying about it. They would just have to wait and find out.

"You're right... Let's not worry about it for now. We've still got an hour or two before sundown." Aiko murmured, looking up towards the blue sky with a hopeful glint in her milky eyes, the warm breeze rustling her hair just slightly. An idea popped into her mind, and the white-haired meister swiveled her gaze to his, smiling happily.

"Since our solo mission is today, I'm guessing Lord Death had Sid postpone our remedial lessons. Want to head back to my apartment? I can make both of us lunch before we head out." Aiko tilted her head curiously to the side, looking almost like an excited little kid as she stared towards him.

Santeru leaned back to crack his back eagerly awaiting for the thick tension to be severed with a razor string of words his smile still large and almost childlike. "It's a bit rude to not even humor insane ramblings." Twirling a scalpel eagerly in his fingers he gazed upon Nocturne reading every single sign of movement, to bad there was very little for him to read. "A bit calm." He said amused normally being able to suppress himself was natural, but instinct kicked his rationalization out of the way to him it didn't matter is he was right or wrong only the iron grip of the icy unknown being answered calmed him. Her answer could decide the fate of many, What will happen will he willingly play into her hands as a tool or will he ease the act the thought kept tearing away at him.

Kyouko & Youko Kasan

- DWMA steps --> Courtyard

Just for the trip up the stairs, Kyouko allowed her sister to take the reigns. The girl was leaping up the stairs, laughing and shouting out how much fun she was having, until they hit the top of the stairs. She landed rather comically, being on her tippy toes and her arms spread out.

Let me back in control...

And right then and there, her arms dropped. She had a rather cold look compared to her large smile a second ago. She quietly analyzed the area, crossing her arms.

Damn this place is cool! And lookit that huge skull sis!

"Just be quiet, i'll go... Ask... How to get around." Just the thought of speaking to someone drove a spike in her back. Her gaze swept to the two chatting a little ways away, though was hesitant to talk to them.

Suddenly she was leaping towards them with a huge smile on her face.

"Hi!" She yelled not even that far from them, which would easily make someone's ears ring.

"Why would you do that..." She grumbled through her teeth, before she looked to the two right in front of her.

"U-uh..."

A chill went up his spine as he asked that. “N-No we’re here for maintenance…And why you look at me when asking for supplementary lesions!?” War asked with a growl.

@Genon @Wandering Hollow
The door opened up soon after Allison rung the bell, and she looked back at War. As he moved aside, she figured she should do the same. She soon heard a rattling from within. Predictably, it was Stein on his wheelchair again, and he fell over right in front of her. Before she could respond, he was back up and trying it again, hopping over the doorstep. The whole display was very strange, but then again so was everything about Dr. Stein. And when he mentioned supplementary lessons...well let's just say Stein couldn't have been creepier if he tried, and that was saying something.

"Uh...just maintenance, Dr. Stein, thank you. The clasp the held my face on one side got shot off, as you can see." She unrolled her dangling face and showed it to him. "I'll need a new clasp. And also, I got a code integrity report on the way here. Something like 20 errors or so, and that's not even counting the stuff the code fixer you incorporated couldn't find. Any chance you can fix some of that?"

"Sure, sounds great," Elam replied, barely managing to suppress the queasy feeling that had rapidly grown in his stomach. Crush or not, she's my partner now so I'm going to have to get used to her being around. I doubt it'll be that easy, though. "I can't even remember the last time someone else cooked...for me..." Elam's voice trailed off and his face grew curious, one eyebrow lifted as he heard a girl laughing as she bounded up the Academy's stairs.

Elam's curiosity only grew as the girl's attitude drastically changed after her rather awkward-looking landing, suddenly becoming quite calm and analytical. Split personality, maybe? All the people at this school are kinda out there so I wouldn't be surprised. Though, that doesn't feel quite right...

The girl seemed to be looking at him and Aiko, as if she wanted to approach but couldn't bring herself to do it. Elam glanced to Aiko to see how she was reacting, only to have his gaze drawn back as the mystery girl suddenly burst out a cheerful greeting, loud enough to make Elam's head hurt, bounding towards them happily before once more sombering up, muttering to herself.

Not sure what to make of the whole scene, Elam gave the girl a curious stare for another second before speaking. "Do you, uh, need something?"

@Chara Angel of Death

Almost as soon as Elam responded, Aiko's face lit up, and her eyes glistened with excitement. Cooking was probably one of her favorite things to do, especially if it was for other people. Her and Percy would often take turns making meals each day, but his cooking wasn't always... edible.

"Really? Well, your lucky I'm the one cooking today and not Percy." She twisted her face into a grimace, and then burst into a soft fit of laughter. Suddenly flashing him a sweet smile, Aiko reached out and gently took his hand in hers, beginning to tug him in the direction of the stairs.

"We should probably hurry. My apartment is pretty far from the DWMA." Aiko explained to him, a childlike gleam in her eyes as she prepared to burst into a sprint with him in tow down the long staircase.

After swiveling her head and taking a single step forward, Aiko froze in surprise when realizing that a girl stood right in front of them. If she hadn't stopped in time, it was likely she would have ran straight into her. It seemed Elam had already noticed the girl long before she did, and was asking her if she needed something.

I've never seen this girl before... Maybe she's new?

No longer looking bewildered, Aiko smiled warmly towards the girl, unaware Elam's hand was still grasped in hers.

"Are you perhaps new? Or need directions?" Aiko asked shortly after Elam, trying to help the girl as much as she could.

@Chara Angel of Death

"May I ask what triggered your so called, 'insane ramblings'?" Nocturne asked with an arched eyebrow, her voice smooth like honey. A sweet smile continued to linger across her lips, despite how much anger she felt boiling underneath.

At least Stein can actually control his insanity.

"Is something bothering you?" The nurse asked after a few moments of silence, her curious expression changing to a genuinely concerned one as her crimson eyes watched Santeru.

- Chatting with students

"W... well... Yes."

She straightened her posture.

Atta girl sis!

She tensed a bit at her sister's rowdy encouragement, but she took a deep breath.

"I am new here, and i've spent the last twenty minutes climbing up the stairs."

"Nuh uh! You made me do it!"

She suddenly breathed hard and pinched her nose.

"Go to sleep or something..."

Fiinnnee...

"Anyways, do you mind giving me a tour..." She side-glanced at them holding hands, "Or perhaps someone else if you are too... Occupied."

Though she didn't care much for 'romance', it was the one genre she avoided when reading, she knew she'd get a rather negative reaction from people if she demanded them to do something during their kissy time... The thought sent shivers down her spine.

Aw cmon sis, such a kill joy as usual.

Yeah, shut up.

DR FRANKEN STEIN

"Oh no reason at all, War. Just wondering why would little Allison come here with a Partner. She usually comes alone. Now then..." Stein said before glancing at Allison.

"How about we all come in and get comfortable? I'll get some tea for your Partner while we discuss repairs." Dr Stein offered while flashing a surprisingly warm smile. He then started wheeling himself back into the confines of his lab while beckoning War and Allison to follow him with a half-hearted wave. Once inside, he got off his chair and walked off towards the kitchen and set a kettle on the stove to get the water boiling. The small waiting room was sparse and lacked any form of decor.

"The clasp should be a simple fix. In fact, I'm thinking of giving you stronger ones but the thought kept on slipping my mind. As for the coding errors, I'm afraid there's not much that I can help with that. My specialty is medicine, not coding. Of course, I will try my best to fix the coding issues," he said with a particular gleam in his eye.
Hm. I should request Professor Riku for help or perhaps my boy would be able to be of assistance.

"Now then. Do you take your tea with sugar or cream?" Dr Stein asked, glancing over at War.

War grumbled a bit. “She needed to get through the back alleys to get here to avoid public eye. Besides shouldn’t a partner be there for the other in times like these.” He told stein as he crossed his arms. ‘Hopefully he has forgotten about my ability…or at most will focus on Allison.’ He thought as Stein invited them in.

War followed Allison in and looked around the lab, mostly for exits just in case, as Stein prepared the tea. He noticed how lack luster the place was and figured as such. Many liked to avoid this place now and then with how it looked on the outside, the insides just as disconcerting.

War listened to Stein as he explained to Allison of what he could do for her, which may not be much in the coding. ‘If stein’s unsure of himself about that then there’s no wonder she’s getting errors.’ He thought as he rubbed the back of his head. When stein asked him which he prefer, sugar or cream in his tea, War looked at him. “Uh, sugar’s fine.” He told the doctor. ‘Wait he said he specializes in medicine…’ War thought with a sharp eye on the doctor.

"...Occupied?"

Aiko repeated the girl's words slowly, following her gaze downwards. Her eyes settled on Elam's hand grasped in hers, staring for a moment before realizing what the girl meant. Immediately, a sheepish smile appeared on Aiko's face, and she quickly let go of Elam's hand, flashing him an embarrassed yet apologetic look. She glanced back at the girl, still smiling quite sheepishly.

"We would love to give you a tour of the grounds, but... Unfortunately, we're kind of in a hurry." She explained to the girl, looking extremely apologetic as she said it. It was completely out for character for Aiko not to help someone when they needed it, but it was true her and Elam were in a rush. Unless they planned on skipping lunch, which Aiko's stomach did not agree with. Fighting monsters on an empty stomach wasn't always the best...

"I can answer any questions you have though." Aiko perked up a little, happy to be of some use to the girl, even if it wasn't much.

Santeru straightened up an almost smug expression over took his face, While twirling the scalpel his eyes raced around her movements. "Well, this is new to me as well, It shouldn't have even happened. As most are aware my father has a madness inside him that was exploited during the kishin war. By a very particular witch." Turning slightly to reach for a nearby cup of coffee he had prepared a short while ago, He sipped it calm returning to him. "Not to be rude Madame, but you share similarities to this witch or perhaps it's just my paranoia, A war will do that." He chuckled to himself. "My own insanity aside, I believe it odd for you to give me the same instinct. Also you didn't show fear or to be more specific any sort of emotion during that outburst which really amazes me." His hazel eyes piercing into hers be it foolishness or bravery it was a challenge he was no longer suspicious it was another fire that burned inside him, the desire for a mother figure he deemed worthy be it a sociopath or not he couldn't fill the hole of despair he's had for so long.

(Did I just take that deep into an entirely different situation. Yes I did. Poor Santeru is simply just a lonely child on the inside not able to comprehend himself at some points.)

Allison was significantly creeped out by the doctor calling her "little." It sounded like he was trying to lure her in or something. But he was necessary to keep her body working for the most part, so she just went with it. Best not to do anything to upset a man like Stein, or you'll wake up one day without organs. Listening to the doctor say that he wouldn't be able to fix the coding errors, with that gleam in his eye...it was just...creepy. Her actual personality was stored in her soul, but her soul was about equal to a human brain. Which meant that the superhuman aspects of her mind, like incredible processing speed and true multitasking, were subject to fail if Stein messed up. Whatever she did, she would not let herself be brought down to normal. She had lived with her new mind and body too long to give it up now.

She sighed and said, "Well I hope you can fix them." She turned to War and explained, "My soul can take over completely in the event of a hardware failure, but then I lose all of my superhuman abilities, which neither of us want on a mission."

Then she noticed him realize something. The change in his expression was drastic. He was suspicious of something, that was for sure. But what? She ran the last few second over in her head, noticing that it was a bit harder to rewind and fast-forward the memory, sort of like swimming through JELL-O. But she analyzed it anyway, and pieced it together. A specialty in medicine, War's unique resonance that only he has, Stein's lust for discovery at the expense of others, Stein offering tea to only War, even though he knew full well that she could eat and drink like anybody else...Stein was going to drug him, wasn't he? But then again, if he was going to take her apart and start working on her, he wouldn't want to deal with an active power plant chugging away and that tea had to go somewhere. Still, the rest of it was pretty suspicious. Allison closed the memory and listened for Stein's reaction.

Dante's eyes scanned the seemingly deserted town, wondering if anyone had survived the zombie attacks, out of the corner of his eye, he caught a faint reflection just before a gunshot echoed through the silence. Dante had turned his body between Kurumi and whatever it was, a bullet ricocheting off his armored torso.

"Hold up.... These ain't zombies..." A man in a sheriff's outfit spoke up, holding a hand up as he and a few others came out. Even now, his revolver stayed aimed at Dante as the weapon kept himself between his Meister and these people. "We're with the DWMA, we're here to investigate and stop the zombie attacks" Dante called, never moving so Kurumi could be a target.

"So the cavalry finally arrived... The names Rick Grimes Warren McCollum." the sheriff remarked, holstering his pistol as he approached.

Wait what? You've got to be fucking kidding me... First we catch flak for the 'Dynamic Duo' and now even The Walking Dead is on our ass? Ugh... This is getting ridiculous! Can't we just tell an awesome story about kids with weapons(and armor) fighting all sorts of crazy supernatural stuff without everyone and their Grandma coming out of the woodwork trying to sue us?! Fine... Fine... Just change his name to Warren McCollum or something... What?! We can't even copy his personality?! I... You... UGH.... FINE!!!! Let me guess, they want him to change into some sort of clown costume now?! Oh.... they'll let the sheriff part slide? Well.... That's a lot less editing we have to do... And no references whatsoever to the rest of the cast? Well damn... That means no Glenn... Well, our writers will be working overtime fixing this... Anyway, back to the show... If you don't like the lack of development to the rest of the townies here, blame The Walking Dead.

"Yeah, my Meister and I are here to put a stop to the zombies.." Dante explained, moving aside so Kurumi could see now. Hopefully, they could get a lot of information from these guys and wrap this mission up in one night!

@Stamper

Kurumi

Kurumi about leaped out of her skin when the gun shot sounded off the vacant buildings. Maybe a growl or a disruption of debris could be a sound she was expecting. Maybe she expected footsteps. But a gun?

Zombies have guns? Since when?! Lord Death didn't say anything about that!

Dante had moved himself in front of her faster than she could process. Her first instinct was horror. It was a normal reaction to when somebody got shot in the chest after all. But of course, Dante could protect himself from a bullet. It was silly to think he could die or get horribly wounded just like that. Had she no faith? It was still taking time to get used to the fact that people were more than human, or at least being around said people.

Dante was a bit taller than her and when a voice called to them announcing his name, she peered curiously around her weapon partner. When he stepped aside, Kurumi continued to eye the man, now standing beside Dante. She took a step toward the man who went by Warren McCollum and tried for a polite smile. "Do you know anything about the zombies, sir?"

@One Mean Ghost

Angel

Angel had been listening silently, watching the three others around her with mild interest. The only time her ears perked up is when she heard the word "Witch" and the negative way in which Chloe said it, causing Angel to flinch. At first, Angel had thought she might have been talking to her but quickly shook it off when she discovered it was the nurse Chloe meant. People who discovered her origin usually said something like that similar to her with a derogatory term couple with it.

Who could blame anyone for thinking negatively of Witches? They were often horrible people who did horrible things.

When the two twins turned on her suddenly with questions, demanding that she take a side Angel back pedaled and ended up walking backwards a few steps with an alert expression. What to do? What to do?

"Um... You guys are both... I mean neither of you... I mean, uh..."

Angel was tempted to mention Silver but knew it would definitely be throwing the silver haired weapon under the bus and he didn't look like he was in the mood. With a glance between the two, Angel pulled a coin from her pocket, flipped it and glanced at the side facing up.

"Connor."

It might not have made much sense but it was much easier than taking a side based on Angel's opinion.

DR FRANKEN STEIN

"My, my. That certainly is a tense look you are giving me, War," Dr Stein spoke in a hushed tone as the kettle started to whistle. Stein stared at War for a moment before he went to fish out a cup and saucer from the cupboard and setting it down on the lounge table.

"So, how did the two of you become partners? I'm rather curious about that." Stein asked as he steeped some loose black tea leaves in a teapot after pouring the hot water in. He then procured grabbed a small bowl of sugar cubes and carried that and the teapot to the lounge. He placed them down and took a seat on his wheeled chair, peering at War and Aliison from his perch.

"Go on, you two can speak your mind. Any topic is fine really." Stein said with a small smile.

"Know about them? Hell, We've been trying to get rid of the undead bastards since they showed up a few nights ago... We've already lost a few people to the attacks..." he shook his head, the rest of his group bowing their heads. "So far, taking their heads off is the only thing that seems to stop them. Problem is the zombies drag away their redead at the end of each night and inevitably they all come back again the next night.... It's getting ridiculous. And frankly we're running out of ammo..." he sighed.

Dante nodded his head. "Well, that's why we're here. Dont' worry, Kurumi and I can handle this." Dante smiled down at his partner. He had nothing but faith in her. After all, she defeated two of the three top meisters at DWMA already. She could handle a few zombies. Of that, Dante had no doubt.

"So where do the zombies normally come from?" Dante asked.

"They usually start at the cemetery, rising out of the graves the second the sun sets. From there, they seem to come out of the ground everywhere at once...We're on our way to the Bunker right now. It's so far held up. Come on... We need to get going. Even with a full moon, it's going to be a Dark Night tough fight. Just because we can see them doesn't mean we can outlast them" Warren muttered as he motioned for them to follow his group as they walked towards a boarded up, well fortified building at the center of town.

SERIOUSLY?! They're getting after us for Dark Night now?! FOR THE LOVE OF HELL, IT'S NOT EVEN SPELLED THE SAME!!! You know what... fuck it.. Hold on, I need to make a call...

Take that you damn billionaire! Hopefully that will shut those monkeys from DC up... Marvel for life! Now, if you'll excuse me, I have a chimichanga on this plate in front of me and it's calling my name! Come to papa you delicious thing, you!~

Angel

Oh, no. What had she done? Chloe was very distraught and Angel started to wonder if the coin flipping was a good idea. Blame the coin! It's chance's fault! The blonde haired girl walked over to Chloe, and, in a gentle and very awkward way of trying to comfort her, lightly patted the top of Chloe's head with an equally sheepish and anxious smile.

She noticed the thumbs up and smile Connor intended for her, and Angel tried to return the smile. To be honest, she would have preferred to take Connor's sight as she felt she was obligated however, she felt nobody would win if she just simply chose.

Kurumi

"Taking off their heads?" Kurumi echoed meekly, trying to take all the information down for memory. In her mind, it seemed more closely to someone trying to permanently burn words into a pole or a tree. With this much thinking and forced concentration, it was likely her head would start smoking like the metaphor used to describe it.

Still, hearing Dante say those words served to relax her immensely. It's like what he said had to be true, especially when he said so with such conviction and certainty. She smiled up at him in turn and looked back toward the retreating group of survivors. The sun was setting rapidly and the man mentioned they came out at night. Did that mean they would soon begin their mission?

"Should we go over there now?" Kurumi asked him hesitantly.

"I'm going to be the best partner I can, and No One's going to stop me~!"

Where:Death City, Stein's Lab

With: Allison, and Stein

Thoughts: wasn't much to it...

War looked at Allison as she as she explained to him that her soul can take over is there’s a failure in the hardware, but at the cost of her inhuman like abilities. “Yeah I guess you’re right…” He said as he had some bit of doubts. “What all abilities exactly would you lose?” He asked as he waited for the tea.

Hearing Stein comment about him staring at him, War shuddered at the look he gave back at him. “
W-Well uh…A lot know how you are with those having special traits…” War said without thinking and covered his mouth. ‘Damn! I let it slipped!’ He thought nervously. War then looked at the tea Stein placed on the table and just looked at it a bit. He then looked back at Stein as he asked how they met. War rubbed the back of his head as he thought about while Stein sat back in his chair. When Stein said they could speak their mind, War sighed. “Well there’s not much to it…She came up to me, asked me if there was any heavy weapon, I told her I was one and well…she was finally able to wield the unwieldable Excalibur here.” He said with not much else to add to it really.

Allison turned to War and replied, "Well, to start with, I'd lose my perfect memory. My memories would start changing every time I accessed them just like a human brain, and I would begin to forget things again. I'd also lose my superhuman reaction time, my super strength, and my super speed. That tree you saw me uproot the other day? Not happening if this body stops working. My intelligence would be reduced to that of an ordinary human, and I would be unable to have true multitasking like I did before. In short, I'd be reduced to what I was before I died: an untrained, average schoolgirl. I would still have any fighting skills you gave me, but I wouldn't have had the strength or speed to beat up Slasher like I did earlier. In fact, I might have lost. However, I would still have my durability, since my soul would essentially be surrounded by a set of armor that I would be possessing. So it would arguably be harder to put me down, but it would be harder for me to dish out damage in exchange."

Then War slipped what he was afraid of. Well, I'm not the only one with a somewhat loose tongue then. Hopefully Stein doesn't actually try anything.

War explained how they met. "Yeah, that about sums it up," Allison added.

THE TWINS

"Hissss!" Chloe said, scooting away from Angel and hiding behind Silver. She playfully swiped at Angel's hand in the same manner as a cat would when its annoyed. Connor smiled and chuckled happily at the sight.

"Looks like Chloe is mad. I wonder what can we do to make her feel better...?" Connor said, entering a thinking pose. Chloe playfully peeked out from behind Silver. "Some treats for the kitty?"

"Hmm. Sure, sure that might work.... Silver. Mind watching over my sister for a bit? I forgot something important I have to do with Angel." Connor said, shooting a small smile at Angel. "It might take anywhere between an hour and an entire afternoon so.... Good luck~"

With a small wave to beckon Angel to follow him, Connor started walking off while Chloe watched the two with interest.
Important business? Hmm... I wonder...? Chloe thought before thinking of two things. One of them being a syncing session and the other is something I cannot post here because its against site rules. And before you think its that. No, its not.

DR FRANKEN STEIN

"Hm? So that's how the two of you met? How nice of Allison to be your partner then War. After all this time. Heheh. Anyway, help yourself to the tea. A friend of mine from overseas sent me a bag of loose leaf fruit tea. Rather surprising seeing as how the two of us don't see eye-to-eye all the time." Stein said with a small chuckle before peering at War.

Special abilities hm? This is getting rather... interesting... Stein thought to himself before smiling at Allison. "Now then. We should really get to fixing the hinges first. The coding will take some time so I'd say its best to work on your facial clasps." Stein said, getting up from his chair and walking over to the door leading to the operating room. He placed a hand on the door knob before turning back to stare at War.

"Do help yourself to the tea. I can assure you that there is nothing wrong with it." He said with a smile and a chuckle before pushing the door open.

Thoughts: Does she not want to be human...?

War just listened to what Allison said as he looked down at the tea. He couldn’t help but feel sad for some reason for her as she seemed to repeat one word over and over again. Human. War looked at her with a sad look. “So you don’t want to be human ever again?” He asked her. He pretty much knew the answer however with how she was talking.

War turned his attention back to Stein as he congratulated him pretty must for finally finding a partner. War nodded about the tea, not worrying too much about it now as what Allison was talking about was going through his head. A shiver went down his spine taking his mind off such thoughts as he heard Stein chuckle. He looked up at the doctor with worry full eyes. ‘What is he thinking…? What is that look for…?’ He thought worrying again about where he was again. When The doctor assured him about the tea, War couldn’t help but be more on edge about it.
