Fantasy Son's and Daughters of Olympus

She opened one eye and looked up at him. "I'm scared that Draven will come to finish me off," she joked in a stage whisper as she tried to give him a serious look. It only lasted a few seconds before she began to smile. "Honestly I'm just missing Freya. She's pretty much the only person who cares if I live or die so I'm just feeling a bit lonely."

Demetri looked at her weirdly, ''Don't say that,'' he said a bit saddened, '' I care if you live or die. As hell, I wouldn't let anyone hurt you. I'll end their lives before they touch your blonde hair.'' he trailed off, ''By the way, we are not barely friends..We are friends so now stop saying no one cares for you or love you. Cause I know I adore you.'' he said looking at her seriously and with all honesty. He knew she had a bit of a self esteem issue but not that much.

"You adore me huh? You know I'm never gonna let that go right?" she teased as she rolled onto her side and snuggled up next to him. Letting out a yawn, she closed her eyes. "I like that you're my friend," she murmured as she drifted off to sleep, praying that she wouldn't talk like she usually did.

Demetri shook his head sideways in disbelief but laughing(does it make sense lol?). He was saying the truth tho. He really liked her and that was the main reason he was even here. Usually, he would just sleep with the girl and act like he never knew her but with her..it was different. He enjoyed her company. She snuggled next to him and he simply stayed there, one of his arms under head wrapping around her waist. He had slept before and simply stayed there thinking and pretty much looking at the ceiling..sometimes her. She was really cute while sleeping.

Abby let out a whimper as she slept, her brow creasing as she frowned. "I feel it," she said softly as she slept, her dreams weaving through her subconscious as her mother intruded.

"You have to prepare, Abigail. They are coming."

"They are coming," she repeated out loud as she took in a sharp breath, inhaling Demetri's scent.

"Do what you have to, Abz. They are coming for him."

"Coming for you?" she asked in her dream, confused.

"You know who I'm talking about Abigail."

"Demetri," she said, murmuring his name a few times as she tightened her hold on Demetri. "Don't go."

Demetri was blowing his cheeks passing the time till she woke up. He occasionally laughed hearing her sleep talk like him. It was probably the most annoying thing when he did it but he found it adorable on her. He was blowing his cheeks making the most annoying noise to pass time and sometime poke them to deflate them. He wasn't paying much attention to what she was saying until she tightened her hold on him while repeating his name. He looked at her curious and she seemed confused, worried. He smiled a bit pulling her closer to him, '' I'm not going anywhere, don't worry about it.'' he said chuckling a bit curious. She was still asleep and probably having a nightmare or something. So he simply got closer to her hoping it would help ease her up.

Abby shifted, laying her head on his chest as her breathing evened out. "I won't let them take him," she murmured. "He's too important." Her mother began to fade as she began to shift back awake but she desperatly tried to cling on to the image of her mother. As she did, her entire appearance shifted to how her mother had appeared to her, glowing skin, blue eyes, long dark brown hair and tanned skin.

Demetri got a bit worried since she was changing appearance again and the words she was saying were pretty much about him. He slowly shook her shoulder, ''Come on now, It's only a dream Abby.'' he said trying to wake her up. He didn't want her to go all power on him or to lose control to whatever dream she was having.

Abby's eyes shot open and she stiffened. "They're coming," she whispered, pulling back slightly as she looked at him with the same blue eyes. "They're coming here. It's not safe we have to prep the bunker," she said, swallowing hard. Her appearance hadn't shifted back, the stress forcing her to stay that way.

Demetri looked at her chock, '' Oye there, calm down now.... Who's coming? Is that how you wake up all the time after training? All tense and stressed?'' he asked slowly putting one of her locks behind her ear. He had no idea who she was referring too and didn't feel like rushing like she seemed to be about to do. He was relaxing and didn't feel like moving to make a bunker or anything.

She breathed heavily and laid back her head on his chest. "No, just when my mother visits," she said trying to get her breathing back under control. Taking in a deep breath, she let it out slowly trying to sooth her own thoughts. "She told me that someone or something is coming for us, to attack us. But she couldn't stay. Her movements are being watched now and they're looking for traitors everywhere."

Demetri played with the now brown hair, '' So, basically something is going to attack the resort?..When there is thousand of civilians living around here? When there is people having vacation?'' he asked chuckling a bit. He absolutely believed her but there was nothing that gave off that feel. Except if a traitor is the threat. That could make sense.

"Actually Kythira's population has significantly diminished. There are only a few hundred living here right now because it's off season and most are on the other side of the island. Our last human guest was due to check out this morning. It's one of the only camp's left because Zeus refused to build new ones. He said it was up to us to survive and it had nothing to do with them. It's why this place is practically a fortress," she mumbled as she stretched out her legs, pressing her hands to his chest.

''Ok..yeah I understand...'' Demetri said absorbing pretty much everything she just said. He thought about it all, if they had somekind of force field to protect them from all of this.It could be useful. He then thought about it, he was able to make kind of a shield on him..If he was able to make one for the resort, like a sphere that can protect them from anything with dark powers. It would be very useful especially with the times now. Unconsciously, he placed his hand over hers on his chest and looked at the ceiling..''Well, maybe we don't need to create a bunker..like you said, this is almost a fortress so with the help of a little force field around, I bet it would be the best protection.'' he said thinking at the same time.

Abby considered it. "We wouldn't need it until right when they arrive and they'd have to get through the outer defenses first. They have to be taken down from the inside and only part or whole humans can get through them. We have to take them down whenever a God decides to show, it's why we have a separate alarm for it," she said with a yawn. "But I don't want you to over exert yourself. I'm not sure what I'd do if I lost you."

Demetri smiled, ''Lose me? Who ever said you would lose me? I'm the strongest question of powers in this whole resort.'' he said winking at her It wasn't a lie. He did practice a lot his powers young and making an illusion or using his powers barely took him any energy. Tho, a whole force field around the camp would take a lot more but he could handle it.

She stiffened and pulled away from him. "Come on, we have to get started," she said reluctantly as she moved off of the bed and over to her wardrobe. She pulled out her armor and sighed. "Do you want me to come with you to get yours? It's mandatory once the alarm's been sounded," she said as she began to pull on the black coloured second skin that hugged her body. On the patch over her heart was a symbol for the camp in white and gold. Pulling her dark hair up into a ponytail, she secured it and looked back at Demetri with a panicked expression. It was the last time she'd be able to show it because afterwards she'd have to be strong. She was their leader here and the only one left who had even a chance of using their loyalty. Taking a deep shaking breath, she lifted the walkie talkie to her lips and began to speak.

"Freya, are you there?" she said, closing her eyes.

After a few moments, Freya's happy voice came through the walkie talkie with a soft giggle. "Hey Abz, what's up?" she asked and Abby swallowed hard.

"Initiating war protocols, all remaining Demigods are to report to designated safe houses. Camp Pragma will be protected but you know what that means." Abby said in a deadly serious voice as the colour seemed to drain from her face.

"I understand, Abz.....Wait we're calling it Camp Pragma now?"

"It's as good a name as any. I'm so sorry, Frey."

"Don't be, you're doing what you have to do. We'll head on up to the safe house in Rome. Claudia's running a Venus based thing there so we'll be safe for a while. Keep me posted ok? And don't forget about the-"

"Yeah I know, don't forget about the protocols. I won't Frey, we'll be fine."

Abby looked and Demetri again set down the walkie talkie, grabbing a large hardback book off of the bookshelf and bringing it down onto the walkie talkie, smashing it to pieces.

Meanwhile, Freya was doing the same thing with teary eyes. She hoped that she would see her sister again, but knew that there was a possibility she wouldn't. Abigail was a good warrior, but she lacked the motivation to kill that made Freya and Abby's pairing so perfect. Abby was the brains and she was the brawn. Freya just hoped that they had enough warriors to follow her that meant they could manage on their own. After smashing the walkie talkie on the ground, she dropped it into the fountain and swallowed hard as she thought about what Abby would have to do next. She looked up at Luke with tear filled eyes, before standing slowly as she continued to hide her mauled hand behind her. "I need to find the others."

Demetri shrugged with a sight. He wasn't expecting to move camps, but Abby seemed convinced something was coming. '' Yeah sure. I don't even know where to find this armor...and why is it mandatory?'' he asked pulling himself off the wheelchair . He picked up the teddy bear that fell and placed it on the night cupboard. He saw her panicked face, he grabbed her hand squeezing it.''Don't worry so much, nothing happened yet.'' he said. He took his walkie talkie, the only source of communication beside his phone and gave it to Abby since it seemed like she had to cut off all communication.

Abby took it with a small smile. "Because they enhance powers and protect you. They were created with a hardened shell that blocks incoming knives and will decrease the effects of punches, kicks and that kind of thing. Each is lined with gold, except for Freya's and my own, so that we can use our powers on full blast and it won't affect the other campers. Each suit is different based on which God-like parent you have. They're in the armory," she said as she broke the walkie talkie into pieces. Squeezing his hand she released him and unraveled the thin gold strands from around her ankles. Letting out a deep sigh, she could feel the love, lust and desire flowing through the camp as if it were alive. "It's next to Frey's office, off of the training room," she continued as she began to walk out of the room. "You'll want the Apollo suit of course, I'll grab it for you and you can change in the office," she said as her thoughts began to list through the jobs she had to do.

1) Cut off all communication in and out.

2) Sound the alarm to signify war has began.

3) Send messages to all other camps to be on guard for attacks.

4) Convene the war council and hand out orders.

5) Set up defense perimeters and guard schedules.

She was snapped out of her thoughts as she reached the armory and she opened the door. It was a long room with two glass cases running along either side of the door. On the left were the suits in alphabetical order depending on which God parent you had, from Z to A, and on the right were a large variety of weapons and ammunition. Walking through the room, she made her way to A and fished out one of Apollo's suits and turned back to Demetri as she held it in her hands.

Demetri looked at the armor raising his eyebrows, ''Do I really have to wear this...cosplay almost? It looks like some assassins creed armor..'' he said looking at the excess of clothes on it and the old fashioned metal and the gadget.

"Unless you want to be affected by my powers and fall desperately in love with me, I'd suggest you did," she said handing it to him as she moved to the other rack. Pulling out a dual bladed staff, she gripped it in her hand and sighed. She picked up a shield and attached it to her back, testing the balance of the staff. "It'll do," she murmured before looking back up at him sadly.

''Well Falling in love with you seems better than wearing this crap.. I thought Apollo had better taste.'' Demetri said grumbly taking the armor from her hands. He somehow managed to wear it without much help despite all of it. He didn't care if she was there looking at him change. It's not like she didn't see him naked before. He looked at his left hip. When he got attacked by Hades, there was that pretty big dark spot on it but it seemed to slowly disappear. Huh...gonna have to check on this once I get a computer..he thought.

Abby giggled softly and winked at him. "It can be arranged if you'd prefer, but I have to say. You look kinda hot in it, Glykia," she said, trying to make him feel better as she left the room and used the eye scanner to open the bright red door to Freya's office. Stepping inside she scanned the wall for the alarm she needed and moved towards it, typing in the code and sounding the alarm.

Demetri snickered before pulling out his phone. He texted Hunter to come to the armory and it didn't take much time. Demetri looked at him, ''Sup.'' he simply said. Hunter jogged inside with his eyes always amazed when he sees something he never saw before, ''Oha!! What the hell? I feel like I'm in war time! And the Alarm is't helping!'' he said/shouted starting to shuffle between the armors finding them all so interesting.

Abby took her place in the training room, standing on a small chair as her brown hair flowed down her back. The Demigods had rushed to the area and were beginning to argue among themselves. Abby got tried of it quickly. Placing two fingers in her mouth, she let out a high pitched whistle and shouted at the top of her lungs. ""That's enough!" The Demigods fell silent one at a time, turning to Abby as the alarm began to quieten. "Most of you know what's going to happen next but for those who don't we are now at war. You will leave all communication devices in the box by my side. That includes mobile phones, laptops, walkietalkie's, etc. If it can send a message to anyone, you can't have it. If you are caught with one of these devices, it will be taken from you and destroyed. The way I see it is if you give it up voluntarily you can have it back when the war is over," she said loudly as she took the battery out of her phone and dropped both parts into the box. "You will all be expected to wear your armor at all times, each of you will find one specifically designated to you in the armory. You will also be required to carry a weapon. We need to pull together now, and I know that we are few in numbers but we are in one of the only camp's left and I have no doubt that we can defeat the evil that is before us." She swallowed and closed her eyes to try and gather as much courage as she had.

"I'll need to convene the war council in Frey's office. Terry.... Demetri... Hunter... if you'd join us please," she said as she stepped down from the chair. "The rest of you get started with preparations. I want everything sealed and locked down within a 5 mile radius of this resort."
