Fantasy Son's and Daughters of Olympus

Demetri and Hunter looked at everyone starting to wear their armor and putting their phones on the bucket next to them. Demetri wasn't gonna let go of his phone so easily. He looked at Abby who was busy doing something and he just put his phone in Airplane mode before shoving it in one of his pockets. Hunter snickered seeing him and went for the armors to take his. Once he wore his armor, Hunter walked back to Demetri '' Why are you the only one that looks like you are cosplaying?'' he asked pointing at the armor. ''Guess Apollo wanted to pull a damn Joke on me'' he simply said annoyed by his father habit of embarrassing him in many ways. He rolled towards Abby with Hunter and Terry following.

Abby sat behind her sisters desk and pulled out a map of the island, stretching it across the table. Switching the lights on, she picked out a marker pen and draw the 5 mile perimeter around the surface. She began to explain about all the defensive measure in the area. It was obvious that the waterfront would be patrolled by the children of Achelous, Galene, Oceanus, Pan and Triton, each the descendant of a powerful water deity and led by an older girl on the council named Jennifer. Abby separated the rest of the surrounding area into five sections and handed them out accordingly. One to Draven, son of Chaos, one to a daughter of Pluto, another to a daughter of Elpis, one to a son of Tyche and the final she took for herself. The campers had been split into groups beforehand, some staying back to protect the resort and others on patrol. Pulling out a draw of small devices she handed one to each and sighed. They were small black boxes with a light on top, that each of the council knew would light up if they were in charge. Abby's was glowing a bright blue colour and she sighed. "This is it, don't let me down," she said to them before turning to the three boys. "You'll all need to go where you can and help out I suppose but don't get in the way. I'll be out in section three just beyond the archers if you need me," she told them before leaving the room. As she left she collected a large bottle of clear liquid and began to drink it as she hurried out on her own to section three. She knew it was for the best, her defending the front line of this section on her own but she couldn't help but feel nervous. When they'd planned it, it had been her and Freya but they didn't have much of an option now that it was finally happening.

Idris's eyes slid open as she heard a banging noise. She saw Freya smashing the walkie-talkie. "Why are you doing that?" She asked, looking no where near as alarmed as she felt. @Vaila

"They're no use now," she said with a half shrug, trying not to show her panic. "With no one on the other end they're all but useless," she continued as she stood, looking down at the floor as she reassured herself in her thoughts that everyone back at the resort would be fine. "All communication devices within the camp are to be disengaged, it's part of the war protocols I set up six months ago. We won't even be able to get back into the camp after this is all over. I have a sister, Claudia, in Rome who can take us in."

It had been a while since Abby explained the plan, pretty much everyone was assigned a position. Demetri didn't bother with his sword since he was in wheelchair. He rolled back to his room and drank his usual medicine but somehow, this time it made him really sleepy. It actually felt like something was making him fall asleep. Without any signs of it, he ended up dozing off in his wheelchair and falling from it because of his weight.

Meanwhile, Hunter was pretty much on guard duty. He was able to use a crossbow and handle a sword. As he walked towards his designated place, Draven bumped into him. Hunter without realizing it made him fall on the ground. He honestly felt bad at first ''Oh Sorry.''

"They've been warned of an attack," she said as some of the worry seeped out into her voice. She reigned it in quickly and swallowed, running a hand through her dark hair.
Draven sneered, recognizing Hunter from a picture on Freya's bedroom wall. "Watch where you're going," he growled at him. "You don't want to mess with me." He ran a hand through his jet black hair as he got to his feet and stepped towards Hunter with his sword in hand. He gripped it and glared, hatred pumping through his blood.

"He's hitting us on two fronts." Idris said, realizing it as she said it. She looked up at Freya and saw the worry mired there. "It will be alright. They'll take care of themselves and the other campers." She paused. "But we can't tell Ira. Not until after this mission is over. Something's wrong with her, and if she knows hunter is in danger I don't know what she's going to do."

"Abby will take care of him," she said, trying to reassuring herself. "And Demetri and Terry too, I just worry what she'll do. The defense strategy is iron clad, I should know I came up with them but she'll be covering a section on her own..." she trailed off and shook her head. "I agree, we should keep this from everyone. Just make sure none of them head back to Kythira."

Hunter wasn't sure how to react. He wasn't one to usually get hated so easily, ''Oh, Chill out man..I just bumped into you.'' he said raising one eyebrow at him. That guy was pretty susceptible and he could see the glare that could kill anyone on the spot. He clenched his medium sized sword a bit worried when he got closer to him.

"And it was your first mistake," he growled out. "I'll be waiting for your next one so I can get you out of my section." He stared down at Hunter, looking him straight in the eye with a clenched jaw. "Stay out of my way and do as I say, do you understand me boy?" he practically spat.

Hunter looked at him like he was stupid, ''Hum..Nah, you were just too weak to stand on your two feet, But sure chief.'' he said shrugging while running a hand in his hair. He honestly didn't like that guy much. Rude with anger management, now he was acting all bossy and calling him boy. That wasn't exactly with who Hunter went along but he didn't want to have any problems.

"Mistake number two," he sneered. "Why don't you say it again so I have an excuse to run you through with my sword," he said smiling sadistically. "Or have you not been humiliated enough by allowing Freya to take control of you like that, or maybe you didn't and you just wanted a scapegoat so you could have a go with Freya and run back home to your little girlfriend. I wouldn't blame you man. I've seen Freya can do, and boy is she good. Her mouth just leaves you wanting more doesn't it?" he said rhetorically as his smile grew. "But don't worry, when you're girlfriend leaves you, I'll be there to pick up the pieces and enjoy her all night long."

(@32sillylight32 Did I go too far?))

Hunter snickered and simply pulled out one of his trowing dagger before throwing it towards him. It grazed the cheek but the split of second where his attention would be focused on that dagger. He had enough time to step and punching him straight to it's jaw making him crash on the ground. With repeated punches on the face, Hunter could feel the anger bubbling in him. The rage, he was almost enjoying this. He never lost it but it actually felt great punching someone and let all frustration disipate with every punch. '' You talk like that.......about my girlfriend or me...again...I'll make sure not one woman...will be able to look at you!'' he shouted between every words as his face reddened with anger

Draven retaliated, swinging himself over and landing punch after punch on his head and body. It wasn't until four other Demigods pulled him apart that they finally stopped. "Get off of my section," he sneered, wiping blood away from his lip as he pulled away from the two demigods who had hold of him. "Take him to Abigail in 3." He picked up his sword. "Before I kill him for the fun of it." The Demigods who had hold of Hunter's shoulders began to take him to the next section over, letting him walk on his own as Draven walked out of sight. When they reached the line of archers who held back in section 3 drinking coffee and talking, one of them turned to Hunter and smiled softly. "Sorry about him, he's a little wound up. I'd say he wasn't normally this bad but it would be a lie," he said before walking back towards their posts.

Idris smiled at Freya. "You're not worried I'm going to try to return?" She asked, eyes laughing a little, trying to find some humor in this situation.

Hunter pretty much had a bruised eyes with a few other bruises scattered on his body and a but lip. He licked the blood dripping from his mouth. All of his muscles were still tensed and he could feel the anger still in him. He walked standing tall like most of the time, people were always so small around him and Demetri. Both stood above 6 foot and Demetri was taller then Hunter. He looked at the person who just addressed him, '' Wound up or not I don't care.''

"It's your choice, but you'd be shot down on site. They don't try to distinguish between Demigod and Monster, and besides you seem to be just as dedicated to defeating Cronus as I am," she said with a half shrug and a smile. "Besides, I trust you."
One of the archers looked up at Hunter alarmed. "What happened to you?" he asked, and one of the guys who had escorted him looked back. "He picked a fight with Draven. He told us to bring him here to Abby," he shouted back and the archer nodded.

"She's out in the field just over that hill," he said gesturing. "You can't miss her."

Hunter just let the others talk at his place feeling unwilling to talk. What that guy told him just shocked him and he knew it was false. Tho, was that what the others thought of him. He slowly walked down the field over the hill when he spotted Abby. He didn't even know why he went to see her. It's not like he had anything to say.

Abby heard him coming and spun around with her double bladed staff in hand. She paused when she saw him and stared. "You really shouldn't sneak up on me like that," she said as he got closer before noticing "What... what happened to you? Has the resort been attacked already?"

Idris smiled, but said nothing. She wasn't dedicated to defeating Kronos. She had come along initially to just move her muscles, and then because she'd promised to protect someone. She was genuinely touched, though, that Freya trusted her. Sweeping up the remains of the walkie-talkie and dumping it in the trash can, she began moving out the door. "Let's go. We're in Athens, I'm going to explore." She looked Freya in the eye. "Will you come with me, or is there something else you have to do?"

'' More like whatever his name was attacked me. Who in there right mind gives leadership to some guy with anger management?'' Hunter said feeling all the bruises in his body. He simply looked at her before sitting next to her. He ran a hand in his brown hair before sighting and loosely wrapping his arms around his knees to relax. '' Who is suppose to attack anyway? Kronos?

Freya shook her head. "I'd love to come," she said with a soft smile. "Have you been to Athens before?" she asked, closing her eyes as she attempted to make her hand look normal without all the scars and chunks of skin missing.

----

"Draven," she said knowing exactly who he meant. "And I gave him leadership. He doesn't do orders well and he's a great warrior but as long as he protects people and stays in his own section I don't really care what he does. Plus he's not normally that bad when Freya's around, still an ass but he's usually too distracted by her to notice anyone else. Although that seems to be a common thing among her boyfriends," she said as she let her body relax showing him her own bruises. "These are mine that he gave to me," she said showing him the bruises that littered her neck and face. She sat down next to him and looked out at the Greek landscape. "Creatures I'd imagine. To try and distract the others who are fighting him in Athens. The only thing is, is that I got to Freya first before the alarm was sounded and she probably won't tell anyone. So it's kind of pointless." She drew a strand of brown hair over her shoulder and began to twirl it around her finger
