They're simply not tournament legal and their effects would make a tournament unfair because it'd make it possible for the same people to reach the top faster. Their value comes not from their power, but from their immense rarity as tournament prizes.

Now that you're reading this, you also have an obligation to watch the entirety of F91 because it's available on Youtube officially.​
