“Well...good point.” Cheng likewise agreed. Not everyone in Gaia has ever seen something like Scientia before after all.

“That said,I believe you should be careful when using the adhesive rifle. Assuming you're decently well-known in Eden,they may notice something familiar about your creations.” Scientia advised.

“Well,I'm only well known within my division,but sure. Also...” Cheng sighed before continuing. “You do know how awkward it is to be talking to a cover shaped like a weirdly formed mountain right?”

“This here is one of the more rural parts of Ikaruga.” Xenon explained as he and Wendy were walking by the region.

“There wasn't much tourists here compared to when I first came here. I'm guessing the broken bridge over there had something to do with it.” Xenon spoke,pointing at the bridge that was hastily connected by several wooden planks for pedestrians to cross onto land. It does end up being quite an unwelcoming sight for some.

"Oh, I see..." Wendy said at the sight.​

“That settlement up and around the mountains over there is known as the "Yama-no-Kami".” Xenon said,pointing at the mountains where man-made structures could be seen around and on top of it. “The legends say that it was once built in the past by worshippers wanting to be closer to the beings above whom they revere. Right now it still is kind of used for exactly that,but it's been a pretty popular spot for visitors to take in a bird's eye view from the top as well.”

“Huh....sun's starting to set already. I better head back to the inn now,you coming too?” Xenon asked.

“Yeah uh....she's the tenant I mentioned I'll be acting as a tour guide for during my walk.” Xenon explained.

"Hello, I'm Wendelynn Lee, but you can call me Wendy." She introduced herself to Rachelle, which she responds with "Hello, I'm Rachelle Valtimor, nice to meet you."​

“I'm Ruri!” The dragon girl greeted with a smile. “Nice to meet you,Wendy-neechan!”

“Are Clair and Ryutaro still training?” Xenon asked Rachelle.

No sooner than a split second after she said it,they heard an audible thud from within the inn.

“Guess they're done then.” Xenon spoke,nervously wondering about what on earth they were doing that escalated into wamhat he presumed to be a pretty hard drop.
