As indicated the two charms have the same scope. All the same, I'd like to attempt a stunt where Toun strains himself toward the scope of "Measure the Wind" to draw upon the theme of feeding on the power of spirits.

After all... What is a Lunar, if not one that endeavors to transgress boundaries? I rather like that theme this time around. I hope it remains in the new "Essence" edition as well.
