I can make some slight changes to get a Command merit of 2 for a military force of Size 3, Might 0, and an Average Drill.
Or a simhata, if I wanted. However, I thinking finding a proper Simhata would be more fun than herding the start of an army together.

Would I be allowed to have the ●● Command merit? It would grant me a talon to a wing of soldiers, however much you determine it to be.
Basically the idea being that this force she gathered to take on the predators of the North. Barbarians, gangs, raiders, fae, and the like. Most likely made up of people who used to fight for fortitude but share her desire for the second chance, farmers and natives who seek to protect their land, or barbarians and mercenaries looking to serve with a legend.
What do you think?
Yes, I’m totally fine with it. I just want to hear how you got these soldiers and who they are. But, you’ve covered that. So, I’m good to go.Lol Afereru seems to be turning into the Lu Bu of the North.
Well Sigrdrífa is more than welcome to have joined up or travel with them! Any additional companions, especially exalted ones, would make them all the more fearsome. Double the legend!
Yup. Loyalty comes standard. But the thought of their origin is not lost on me.
A first it could have been while she was near Fortitude, those who came to kill her. A simple as enemies who sought to hunt her down being won over by the solar brilliance of an exalted. With a reputation of knowing she could cut through them being the catalyst for their turning coat. After that, her dedication to turning over a new leaf inspiring loyalty in them, cleansing from them the dark thirsts they once held in Fortitude.
A small grouping at first, but growing as she moved onward. People she protected, their sons and daughters joining in to make their land a better place. Barbarians she defeated joining for glory. And mercenaries looking for a steady gig stuck around, becaming infected by the growing cause.
However! Afureru doesn't have the resources to maintain an army. And she does not wish to raid for supplies. It might be an idea that she takes her army to the noble Whitewall to petition for resources so they can make the North safer.
Sounds like a good time to be threatened with. The death cult that follows the Deathlord known as Lover Clad in the Raiment of Tears.

Somewhere between 100-200 troops. Roll 2d100 and that’s the number.Sounds like a good time to be threatened with.
I'll throw up a bit of brief description of them and their origin in my CS to keep track of them as they grow or shrink. Any goodies or stuff they acquire. And any notable members that pop up (though I don't have any ideas in mind)
A banner indicative of Afureru should be pretty easy to come up with. A golden ring with four red dots in the middle. The ring representing the fearsome halo's of the White reaper style, the gold and red for the glory of the sun, and the dots representing the arrows that helped make her a different person.
How many men would you like me to start with?
LOL. Okay, 100 and...6 troops.Alright. Trying it fresh!
Well poo. Oh well, i shall have to give them all the more love. Bloodlight Siren and the Hundred Band. Or something like that.LOL. Okay, 100 and...6 troops.
It was! I do love rolling me some dice.I tried to make it cool. Alas...
Ah I don't mind! I'll take whichever you want me to have. The more the merrier! 200 it shall be.I mean, just thinking on it more, it doesn’t matter. They’re size 3. So take 200 if you want.

Other than simply more backstory, I've only got a couple of minor finishing touches and tweaks to commit to the sheet. As long as this isn't holding anyone else up, I'm ready to start.Sounds good to me!
So, we talked about potentially starting tomorrow. How are we feeling? I know we have a few who are finished 100%. And some that aren’t. For those that aren’t, do you need a few more days?
Those that are done, sound off for me again, if you don’t mind. I think I’ll start the final approval process so I can rubber stamp ‘em.

Past editions have set a precedent for what could be called an "Adopted God-Blooded". Basically as a result of a God or Elemental's charms they have not been "enlightened" to higher essence as a mortal, they have been realigned as if they were a child of that spirit complete with divine essence of their patron's aspect.Originally Afereru was intended as having essence before exalting, like stronger martial artists and stuff in 2e. However 3e apparently did away with that, and humans now require to be granted essence committed to them by powerful beings. Should that be the case, would it be okay if the God enlightened her with his training.
And continuing that! Would it be okay if I though up a few ideas for others like her that had been trained by the God. Some other Fortitude champions.
Mechanically done, and I have the whole idea in my head, so I'm ready to go. Backstory is only half on (digital) paper, I'll work on putting the other half on my CS today. It is possibly a little bit too long. So, we talked about potentially starting tomorrow. How are we feeling?
I think I'll be travelling with Afureru's monster hunting warband. I think Toun is there, too, but if not Sigrdrífa wants to challenge him to a rematch (that she will lose) when they meet. Do we need an established relationship with all PCs or just several? We need to figure out how we start, don't we? We're meant to have established relations before go time?
I like the idea that Toun would ordinarily be traveling with Sigrdryfa and Afureru but had to leave to undergo the induction to the Silver Pact. He will be returning to meet them now with the tattoos and his new artifacts. I already intended his rite of passage as a Full Moon being the hunt of a giant sea monster that I keep calling the Karkinos, a crustacean of nearly behemoth proportions. Since I wanted his Exaltation within the last month or two, I like the timing of how this would pan out.I think I'll be travelling with Afureru's monster hunting warband. This seems like a great way for the groups to come together once we meet up. Whitewall always needs monsters killed and Zoya is definitely in a position to represent the circle to the Syndics.Such as Zoya being an intermediary for them and the Syndics
