I don't see any particular reason we couldn't move things around a bit in our version of Creation - for instance switch its location with the Winter Folk's wyld zone to the north west.
On second thought, this isn't quite correct. It should still have a tendril extending across the road, but other than that it can mostly be whereever.

Yeah, the book just says south and east. It totally wiped away almost all the about Whitewall, which is kind of fun.

I think I’d like to keep it there as it makes more sense that the Fae ride down from the northern mountains on the other side.

So as our Storyteller just said, I've been offered a place in this game, and naturally, I've decided to take it. WlfSamurai WlfSamurai and Teh Frixz Teh Frixz , nice to meet you, and looking forward to RPing with you. Esbilon Esbilon and Epiphany Epiphany , been a while, but looking forward to another game with the two of you. D. Rex D. Rex , Random Word Random Word , Rykon Rykon and Sherwood Sherwood , nice try, but you do not get to just ditch me when it comes to Exalted.

In terms of character ideas, looking at what's already been posted in the characters section, I'm thinking of going with a Changing Moon Lunar, seeing as we've already got four Solars, two Full Moons, two sorcerers, and no-one who specializes in stealth and infiltration. So far, looking towards an urchin turned thief or assassin from Nexus (though I can swap this for a northern city if anyone feels this would be more appropriate), with either a fox, owl or raiton for my totem.

Just an FYI friends:

Zeno Ori dropped out of the game. So jaydude jaydude will be filling their spot. Welcome! Glad to have you!

I'm sad for the circumstances that have made Zeno drop. I hope everyone there is doing well.

I'm certainly happy to have jaydude jaydude along for another adventure though! Welcome!

I'd like to keep the new dominion between the Icewalkers and Whitewall as well, as that's where Toun and Tyree's vengeance lies. So keeping things as intended works best for me for what that's worth.

For pursuing long-term objectives like conquest and expansion I think it'll be less friction to develop our own albeit neighboring society some hundred or so miles away at least. Whitewall isn't really portrayed as an impressive military power. Not to say that it isn't, just isn't their standout thing. So I wouldn't say it's completely redundant just an extension and an opportunity.

Looking forward to the game as well. Also, seeing as the three of us are playing Lunars, are there any plans to integrate backstories? Even if it's just saying we all knew each other before any of the Solars through the Silver Pact?

Hope you don't mind, but is there anything you feel I should be aware of while creating my character? Overall plans for the game, and all that?

Certainly! Sherwood and I were looking at some shared aspects and connections but it's a work in progress as far as I'm aware. So far both have reasons to go up against the Icewalker horde for revenge. I see the pair being good friends at least.

Aside from that I think the only other connection I have for Toun is being Rinzen's Lunar mate, but I didn't get a concrete answer on that. I do know that the current course is for the two of them to work on building up the area around her manses to be a prosperous and formidable actor in world events.

Nothing like that. We’re doing The North in and around Whitewall, mostly. Other than that, not much to know. There’s so many direct threats in this part of Creation. Just take a look at what’s in there as far as characters, like you did.

Speaking of, definitely need some more volunteers to start in Whitewall with Esbilon Esbilon .
Just off my assumptions and interpretation as it stands...

Toun-Bailong Valley
Tyree-Whitewall?
Afureru-Whitewall?
Aeliana-Whitewall?
Rinzen-Bailong Valley
Zoya-Whitewall
Epiphany-Whitewall
Jaydude-?

Still working on my character, but if circumstances require, I can start out in Whitewall.

Okay, never mind! LOL.

Thanks. One of the key differences I've noticed between the Solars and the Lunars, besides the latter being all animal-based, is that in contrast to the newly-returning Solars, the Lunars have been around for centuries and have a massive support network. I think it only right that I reference that in my character's backstory.

Hmm. For my character - who I'm calling Kettu at the moment - I'm planning to have his backstory be that of an urban con-artist from either Nexus (First place I thought of with regard to "major Wretched Hive") or Whitewall (Local city). So if there are going to be any pre-game interactions, they'll have to be after all three Lunars Exalted.

What about shahan-yas? Or Lunar Dominions? Or any other involvement with the Silver Pact? Currently thinking of having Kettu spend some time within the Spider King's domain, simply because it and Shattersea Bastion are the two canon dominions closest to Whitewall.

I need to research the new set of canon dominions, so I'll get back to you on a final answer. My first take was Gerd from 2E, but after some internal conflict and merit shuffling I'll be delaying mentor while Toun adapts to his new station his own way.

I actually haven’t read enough of the Lunar book to know what’s canon in 3e yet.

If it’s not covered or conflicting in the 3e book, I’m fine adding based on your backstory. Just let me know what you’re looking for.

Take as much time as you need. Again, I'm still working out the basics for my character, so it may be that my backstory changes.

Thanks. Still working out the details.

jaydude jaydude Check out the link that WlfSamauri posted to the various Charm trees. I was done with my character before it was shared, but in the future, I hope to make good use of them.

You're welcome. I have only skimmed over the trees, but they all look very useful.
