The Capital is the original Kingdom of Light that is currently undergoing a transformation into an urban metropolis, and its the center of the Church and State. The South is... damn... you tell me about the South.

The mercenary in question is Lupescar, and he was found guilty of being responsible for killing 10,000 Mercians in the town of Colet by poisoning their water supplies.

And that's where worldbuilding comes in...

What kind of trade? What kind of natural resources are present in both Elysium and the Oceanic League that people are interested in? How strong is the currency of both kingdoms? What merchant guilds in each kingdom has a competitive advantage?

These are the questions you must ask, Wanda, to make things a little more interesting and to give it a twist. Though I won't force you to do it and you can tell me if you want to stop.
