Then ive got a set up similar to freezing where vampires and humans have been coexisting for awhile now and have been going to a type if military academy where vampires serve as the vanguard due to their superior phsyical abilities and humans serve as their magical counterparts. They work in pairs to take down a scourge. A different strain of vampire that are nothing more than mindless beasts, searching for their next kill.
Once partners have been chosen, vampires and humans are able to join senses by having the vampire partner exchange blood with the human one in something called a "insert name here". This doubles their combat capacity and blahblahblah cuz I havent worked out the details of this temporary union.
These military students die all of the time on the field and is a more serious tone when it comes to combat while maintaining all of the comedy silliness and romantic opportunities. A good blend of all 3 worlds in my opinion

Because vampires are cool and you make good RPs, plus I already have a cool character idea, a vampire who does bloodborne esque blood ministraition, like an alchemist but edgier!
Also allow me to take the time to announce my own RP! A very near future scenario about inter solar system travel with intrigue, adventure and even economics!
