Dictator is the leader of Shi, CS is up for Ningyo, Killing Intent is the energy that Shi, Dictator, Reijingu, and Ningyo uses.

If I did have the plot going in the background, Reijingu wouldn't be evil and Dictator would be running a completely separate kingdom using an altered version of Psycho Power.

His name is Dictator because that's all he's known as.
