Personality: Weston is quiet. She usually keeps to herself, although she is not shy nor is she afraid to speak her mind when she feels the need to. She is sensitive, caring and kind but can sometimes be mistaken as rude even though that is never her intention. She's mature, creative, intelligent and determined. She always gets what she wants; by earning it with hard work. She’s got her own ways and her own ideas, and she doesn’t let anyone tell her what to do. Biography: Weston grew up jumping from foster home to foster home, before turning 17 when she decided she had had enough. The first 8 years of her life she was able to learn everything not to do to become successful and happy, and she made a promise to herself she would never fall into her parent's footsteps. At the age of 17 she got a full-time job at a local bakery, created an individual education program with her school in order to graduate and moved into a run down apartment with a roommate. The bakery shut down a couple years later and things got hard. She had no family or friends to fall back on so she jumped at the first job she was offered, which was dancing. It payed well and she was able to move on her own . She soon after met her boyfriend and became pregnant. Having a daughter changed her life completely. She wants to get out of dancing and go back to school to become a nurse, but right now the dancing pays well enough that she can provide for her daughter.

Individual lost: Daughter's father. Although they haven't been together in a while, she will always love him for bringing her greatest joy into the world with her.

Hannah is very much an extrovert, she has no problem socialising and loves talking to people when she has the chance. However, it's not exactly unusual to see her on her own sometimes, Hannah does prefer to be alone at times - probably listening to music or reading a book. You wouldn't describe Hannah as boring, she always tries to lighten the mood even in the worst of situations and can't stand it when she's in a dull situation. People who know her could describe her as weird, not overly weird, but people find her weirdness funny.


She is also a self-determined person. You won't see her hesitating about a decision or asking other's input. Not out of arrogance or she thinks their opinion is invalid. It's just that she wants to get things done quickly. Hannah is very passionate at the things she does, whether it be her job or just singing a song. Now one thing she absolutely adores is singing. Do not disturb her when she is in the middle of a song, especially when she's really gotten into it, or prepare to be bitched at.


Compassionate and caring, Hannah protects anybody close to her. Just like disturbing her whilst she's singing, insulting those close to her will result in you seeing her bad side. She does become overly-protective over people and dislikes insulting them. She tries to avoid arguments at all costs with the people close to her.


Background:


Born on the 16th February, Hannah was born into a loving family. Every family member cared for her deeply and would try to make her feel as loved as possible. She has a younger sister named Jessica who she loves so much. The two always got along and only had arguments over the small things that sisters usually do. Her parents were particularly busy people, so she never really got to see them often. But when she did, her and her sister were absolutely spoiled with affection and care.


Growing up, she lived a fairly happy childhood. Having many friends and few enemies, she always tried to talk to as many people as possible and make them feel accepted. It didn't matter who it was, the popular ones, weird ones, goths/emos - she was at least friends with one of them. Hannah never deemed herself as 'popular' though, even though many people liked her, she didn't prefer having all the attention the popular people had. It was only recently that she became the extreme extrovert that she is now. As a child she was more introverted, normally sitting inside and absorbing herself into books and music. The whole scene of partying and doing drugs never really appealed to her, but as she grew up and matured, she came out of shell and became more extroverted; now she loves going out partying and the such, not really doing drugs but she doesn't mind drinking alcohol.


Her education wasn't bad, it wasn't the best but she was never at the bottom of her class. I guess she was average. It was more of the fact she didn't try than her not being intelligent. Hannah just couldn't exactly mind the motivation to study or actually do a lot of work in class. Still, her parents never became annoyed at her over this and tried to encourage her as much as possible. And around her last few years of High School, she finally decided to work hard in school and left with very good grades. Hannah now works as an Assistant Teacher and due to her loving personality, the children love seeing her during school.


Around 20 years old, she met a guy called James. The two hit it off straight away and fell deeply in love. They were basically inseparable and believed to be each others soul mates. Unfortunately, the happiness hasn't lasted that long due to James' mysterious disappearance.

Biography:


The frozen north came with it's perks: the first snow was beautiful, Christmas was whimsical, and it was a bountiful cornucopia of snow sports. Though the winter brought the double-edged sword. Dylan had a normal life growing up; playing in the summer and snuggling up in a warm house in the winter. Though when she was twenty years old, she was driving to her parents house for a New Years Eve party. Her parents lived on a farm in a rural area, so as she drove out to the farm her 1998 Grand Marquis lost traction control and rolled on the dirt road.


While the car rolled, everything happened in slow motion. She watched the wind shield shatter and pepper her face with glass, effectively slicing flesh and forcing her to cover her face with her hands. Her body bounced around and she must have shut her eyes because she doesn't remember watching the dash crush downwards on her legs. When the car finally stopped, she was upside down, her head was against the roof of the Grand Marquis and she was hanging by her left leg. For Dylan, time moved slowly, she swore she could count the snow flakes as they came down. Blood trickled down her body, dripping from her fingers and mixing with the dirt, glass, and snow. The EMTs arrived minutes, maybe hours, later. She did not not know the time as she kept blacking out the longer she hung upside down. The biggest aspect she remember of the crash was the flashing lights of the EMS and the biting cold that held like a heavy blanket on her.


The next thing she remembered was waking up in a hospital, the antiseptic smell assaulting her nostrils and the fluorescent lights providing an unflattering glare that stung her pupils. She was briefed that when the car rolled she had broken her arm, multiple ribs, ruptured her spleen, and had gotten an open compound fracture in her fibula and tibia, plus deep frostbite. She lost her left leg that day, and had to start the long road to rehabilitation. Though Dylan was not the same, she was more afraid, she took less risks. She floated through life, going through the motions. Even her passion, boxing, had lost it's flare.


In a way to bring back her spark, her best friend Arthur proposed they move and open a gym. Whether she did not compete in any matches she could still coach. It would be just what she needed to get pulled out of the slump she was in. After months of preparation Arthur and Dylan moved to Finbrady, specifically the Julius District. It was a down-grade for sure, but it was a different place. No one knew about the prosthesis, no small town sympathy and over-helpfulness.


The gym was the downstairs of one of the run down apartments. They financed enough to get enough decent heavy bags, gloves, hand wraps, and a ring. Arthur went to fights, while she trained fighters and people that just wanted to do self defense. It was going fine, she slowly found her passion in boxing, but she still did not enter any fights. Though on a Thursday fight night, Arthur never came home. He didn't come home the next day, or the day after. She began to worry. She checked the bars, the jails, the arena, and everything she could think of. Soon the rumors of Finbrady began to penetrate Dylan's thoughts and she chose to investigate. Arthur would not just leave, and she was sure of it. So she found others that have had the same problem, and hopefully pooling their thoughts, she could find Arthur.

Occupation: A police Cadet at the Finbrady Police Department and since Phoebe's disappearance, he's been working part-time as a barista/cashier at a small cafe in College Square to compensate for her half of the bills.


Individual Lost: His twin sister, Phoebe Soleil Portera, who has been missing for almost three and a half weeks. It wasn't uncommon for her to stay the night at friends house during the week, but when he received a phone call that she hadn't showed up for work three days in a row, Baz began to worry.

• Stoic, independent, and emotionally reserved, Sebastian is at odds with himself after the disappearance of his twin sister. Without her wings, Baz is learning the hard way what it's like to live with feet planted firmly on the ground. Moody and impatient, he has no tolerance for people who try and waste his time. Time is money, and money keeps life operating smoothly. Sebastian despises smalltalk, and is happily content in staying silent. Resilient and mentally strong, Baz will do anything to keep his beloved family together - even if it means risking his life in the process.

  With his shrewd perspective on life, Baz has always had trouble finding and keeping friends. Callum, his best friend since childhood, left Finbrady about eight months ago, and he's been quite lonely since. And especially after his sister's mysterious disappearance. His aloof manner has a tendency to throw people a curve ball, but he's not as standoffish as most seem to think. Baz just prefers honest and sincere conversations and friendships. Sebastian isn't one to anger quickly - that's Phoebe's trademark - it takes a lot for him to blow his casket, but when he does, it's torrential. He keeps everything inside him and when it's released it is misery at its finest.
  
  
  He's meticulous and well organized, and likes to keep a close eye on the details with his analytical mind. To him, life is a lot like a puzzle; difficult at first - but as every piece finds its rightful place, it gets easier and easier. Intelligent, proud, and just as stubborn as his twin, Sebastian can do just about anything he sets his mind to. Decisive and canny, Baz likes to be (and feel) on top of things, and rarely will you find him just sitting around doing nothing. Calm, cautious, and contemplative, Baz likes to weigh out his options before jumping into decisions. With that being said, he usually doesn't take too long to decide on something, and once his mind has been made, nothing and noone can change his mind.
• Born and raised in Finbrady, he spent most of his childhood in a large, beautiful house located in a small neighborhood within Nymph Grove. Even though he was born second, he considers Phoebe his "little sister" and as such, has always been overprotective of her. Especially after the loss of their father. The first time he stepped foot out of Finbrady he and Phoebe were seven years old, and they went on a family vacation down south. It was interesting to see new places, but Baz prefered his hometown, no matter what scenery he came across. He's always been indifferent towards change - knowing that it's useful and necessary but the fact of the matter is that he still doesn't like it.

  When he and Phoebe were twelve years old, their father died while on duty, in a freak wrong-way driver car accident. He made a traffic violation stop on the freeway and seemingly out of nowhere a wrong-way driver hit him, his vehicle, and the vehicle he had stopped. Life without a man in the house was hard on Sebastian at first, until he came to the realization that he was now the man of the house. He took care of the remaining family he had left, even securing a job at a small family-owned restaurant in Nymph Grove when he was fourteen.
  
  
  His mother fell ill with depression and anxiety shortly thereafter, and the twins did their best to keep up with the bills (still being teenagers at the time) but they had to move out of their family home and into a smaller townhouse on the outskirts of Nymph Grove. There they stayed until they were both adults, and moved on to university. Phoebe chose to live on campus, but Callum and Baz decided to stay in Nymph Grove, and rented a place not too far away from his mother's.
  
  
  After obtaining his associate's in criminal justice, he started working more and more jobs to save up money to help pay for his mother's bills and medication. His mother never remarried, nor did the twins ever see her with another man after the death of her father, so it was a surprise to both of them when she declared that she was moving to the east coast to be with her "lover." That was almost three years ago, and albeit he misses her, Baz can tell by her phone calls and letters that her depression has lifted, and she's in a much better state of mind.
  
  
  A little over a year ago, he and Callum decided to become police officers and started training, exercising, and working out almost everyday in order to hone their bodies for the job they dearly wanted. Callum's father is a sheriff down in Arizona, and when he called asking him for help, Callum went rather reluctantly. Baz was on his own for the first time in as long as he could remember - until Phoebe asked to move in. He gladly accepted, and they've been living together again for about six months.

For Alice, she felt as though she lost her brother to her father and around the same time met Brad Alcott at a New Years party held in the wealthiest part of Nymph Grove. The two seemed a perfect match with him being the son of James Alcott, one of the town's leading lawyers, and the two began their little high school romance which quickly blossomed into a full blown college relationship. It wasn't until they two were both enrolled in law school did anything change between the two and as Alice succeeded, Brad found himself heavy into the party scene. One night he returned to her dorm room while her roommate was gone for the weekend and their argument developed into shattered glass and broken dreams.
  
  
  Caught up in love, Alice had no idea how to face the deteriorating status of their relationship and held on tightly to it with both hands. Growing up, she had never really had much in terms of love from either her father or mother and certainly not from her brother after he moved into his own house and got himself a pretty little wife, Vivian. Brad was all she had to truly call hers, that and her career, so when the punches kept coming and the broken glass turned to bruised limbs and broken hearts, she left him.
  
  
  But not all was as it seemed and the two continued their little dance until one day Brad disappeared without a trace. Having grown so dependent on his presence, Alice felt genuinely terrified for the first time in her life that she would have to try and figure out how to move on without him. Worst of all, she is stuck between wanting him back and hoping he stays gone, but cannot stop herself from joining the search.

Personality:


Carmelo is certainly a nice guy. Does he show that side of him? Not really… Not exactly. The answer- It’s no. Not at all. Carmelo is one to share smiles but that’s about the best type of friendliness you’ll get out of him. He doesn’t exactly like talking much when he doesn’t need to. Due to that there a many who think he’s a mute kind of guy. But he’s not, he just doesn’t trust easily and would rather watch that interact before he finally talks. But once one if able to get past the wall he’s built up around himself they’re met with a nice guy. He is very inquisitive, always willing to lend an ear to those who need to vent and give advice, even if he’s never been through it himself. He’s always very blunt with what he says because to Carmelo there is no such thing as sugar coating. Either you get the good news, or you take the bad. Either way, you shouldn’t whine about it. He’s very good at handling his emotions and doesn’t have a quick temper. But it’s the fact of him handling his emotions that doesn’t always end up being the best. He likes to bottle his emotions up since he doesn’t want anyone to see him as weak but eventually the bottle can’t hold it anymore and that’s when he finally lets loose, being rude, getting physical, and not lightening up on anything until he’s let out enough emotions.

Stuck inside the belly of the beast

Biography:

Cj was born into a family of a mother, father, and two older siblings. One a sister. The other a brother. His parents Leslie and Jermaine weren’t at the top of the chain and were like many others who were in the rat race for a better life. Having had the oldest child at such a young age and being kicked out, they eloped and moved to Nymph Grove where they got a small townhouse. That became their home, even though it would seen become too cramped as more children came into the Johnson equation, including the three children that came after Cj himself. They didn’t have a lot of money to provide for much and ended up only having the essentials. There wouldn’t even be a television in the home until Cj turned ten. One of the memories Cj does enjoy is the memory of all five siblings going to war with one another for who would get to watch their favorite show. With that limited shopping and less than fashionable outfits the Johnson family would sport, their social lives weren’t always the best.


Cj had plenty of friends but wasn’t exactly in the “in-crowd” but he couldn’t say he was the school loner or one of the kids bullies targeted everyday. Sure he got his fair share of bullying but Cj was never one to really take it to heart. If anything he liked to let it roll off his back and if it wasn’t a good day then he’d even be willing to knock some sense into them physically though nine times out of ten it lead to him getting in trouble. That was how he grew up though and he wouldn’t have wanted it any other way until he reached the age of 13. The money his parents were bringing in wasn’t enough to keep the family going. This lead to his older siblings looking for work and their work spaces weren’t exactly the best. His sister wound up finding her job in the Ruby Red District while her brother found illegal work in the Julius District. Despite their jobs not being the most reputable, it did bring in the money so no one complained. That was until both of his older siblings met their horrible fates. HIs sister was killed by one of her customers when she refused to perform a specific act on him. As soon as she was buried, his older brother would be shot two days later from a deal gone wrong. HIs family was torn to pieces afterwards. His parents were so broken by the sudden lose of their children that they weren’t doing their own jobs.

Cj tried his best to get his parents to come back around but by the time he managed to complete the task it was already years too late. Both of them lost their jobs that had been helping provide for the family and were only able to get jobs that made even less money. Despite not wanting to, Cj dropped out of his senior year of high school to get his own job to help support his younger siblings. He didn’t want to go down the path his brother and sister had went down so he instead found two jobs. He worked in a retail store over in College Square as well as a being a night time janitor in one of the many companies in Midas Corner. Before long his parents both stopped working. His father was too weak to do the manual labor he’d been doing and his mother had grown lazy and had become something of a drunkard. Cj did his best to do his family well, working long hours that made him tired and weak. His mother’s drinking only continued to get worse and after the death of his father it only got worse. After another year of struggling to pay for his mother’s destructive drinking and his two younger siblings, Cj finally packed himself up along with his younger sister and brother before moving to their own home and away from their mother.


It was here that Cj believed they could have a fresh start. He went back and received his GED and was slowly saving up for college for not only himself but his siblings (though their college came first). The days were looking brighter but Cj still found himself going to the Ruby Red district more often. The girls helped him forget about his tough life and Cj would be lying if he said he hadn’t fallen head over heels for about five of the workers he saw on a regular basis. But they never saw him as anything else and with that Cj continued to work, take care of his siblings, and pretend that maybe one day he’d find a good job to settle down and relax. HIs dream continued to go forward until the disappearance of his sister. Now he’s not sure why he even tries at this point and prays his brother who is the only family member left he cares about will help him continue to function in this world. Even if it is him functioning on auto-pilot.

Marcus may be somewhat of a very cynical individual, a trait he received because of his previously shattered idealism, leading him to put on his, rather metaphorical, jade-coloured glasses. Although one may expect him to a real bad guy, he still has some semblance of good left in them, even if it's quite skewed as he does tend to bend the rules of morality every now and then, actually going on to believe that what he does won't really make a difference in the end, but it still allies with his conscience in the more definite end. Simply putting it, he does try, from time to time, to be idealistic of the near future, but this is often overshadowed by his aforementioned cynicism, and his bugging depression which he keeps overshadowed with his regular use of humour of the darkest sort. He, at one time, was a confident and wide-eyed individual with bright, fresh mind, but now? He's just your regular gruff old man, who's afflicted alcoholism and a lack of self-preservation. Couple that thingamabob in with the unwavering tinge of suicidal contemplation. For him, this a crapsack world where everything's shitty, bleak and too damn dark for him to see anything probably, and that leaves him a lot of space to possibly try to predict situations, fuelling his cynicism in turn.


Generally, he's a sarcastic fellow, and a bitter one at that, although there are those rare times when he appears to be slightly whimsical, although that is probably a part of his sarcasm too. He has a real tough personality, left more concrete by his stubbornness. He also seems to harbour a very dry wit. He's also rather hot-headed to a certain amount, although not to an extreme point, no. But he does seem to keep up with a composed demeanour, possibly a facade as he contains some possibly minor tendencies. But he doesn't seem to have any compunction about killing anyone who gets in his way or in front of his objective. Thus making him one very remorseless and cold-blooded man, and effectively conflicting with the earlier bits of his personality, which in turn, generally classifies him as a troubled man, however, he tends to lean on his more moral side, which is generally kept hidden. He's also quite resourceful and has a fair enough amount of street smarts.

Personality: A rather amiable and well-liked person in his corner of the world, Hardeep is all smiles when it comes to business and strangers. Biography

Born to two immigrants that had moved to Finbrady in search of a better life, Hardeep did not find himself surrounded by material wealth from a young age. His family lived on the outskirts of Nymph Grove, as far away from the true suburbs as one could get before they could be formally, or more importantly, informally, classified as residents of the Julius District. Hardeep had no siblings and as a result, commanded all of his parents' attention. While at first they recklessly showered it upon him whenever he demanded, they soon pushed him to do better in school, only giving him the spotlight when it was deserved. As a result, Hardeep turned to his classmates for attention and would often do elaborate feats such as stealing something from the teacher's desk or irritating an adult that no one quite liked. He soon discovered that attention from a single individual was enough to sate his desire for the spotlight and began to shower other people with affections to earn it.


From this, Hardeep saw that everyone was more or less like him. They wanted to be the center of attention, to command the spotlight and the eyes of the room. He also learned that his semi-foolish tasks could and would be carried out by another if they believed that they would be given respect or attention for it. Using this, Hardeep tricked many a peer into doing "favors" for him, from taking an answer sheet off of a podium to distracting an administrator for a long enough period of time for him to get away.


His charm would wear off on a few but he would quickly move onto the next, realizing that he had also been graced with fine figures that hardly blemished and that made many a girl giggle (and a few boys that he saw every now and then). He used this to his full advantage, though he never went far in his advances, always backing off before things became a relationship. As a result, Hardeep was often seen as a heartbreaker and rumors floated around that he was actually homosexual. He vehemently denied this, having been raised in a somewhat traditional household and believed homosexuality a sin alongside premarital sex.


However, when he went to college and to the College Square, with its free reign of ideals and actions, Hardeep found himself questioning the ideas he had held dear for so long. He met Tyler in the second semester of his sophomore year and found himself enraptured by the other youth, though for reasons he could not yet pinpoint. He, at one point, avoided the other man in fear that he had been "cursed" but eventually came around to accepting his feelings and his own sexuality.


While this was not well-received by Hardeep's parents, who still dreamed of their son marrying a woman and having children, Hardeep began his relationship with Tyler as soon as possible. The two became inseparable and eventually ventured into the same business together, creating a budding and blossoming company.


Recently, the two have talked about marrying, especially with the new same-sex ruling and have planned for a ceremony within two years. Tyler's aunt, who he was close to, fell ill, however, and Tyler left to care for her in the Julius District, hoping to bring her into their apartment.


That was two months ago.


Hardeep has not heard from either one of them since.

Biography:

Justine was born into a Family of South Korean Immigrants. She was an only child, so her parents did give her quite a bit of their attention. Up until the end of Junior High though, her parents were often busy with work, so Justine stayed with her Grandparents during the weekdays, but always got to spend time with her parents on the weekends. In Academics, Justine was very concentrated on them, but even then her parents were very lenient about her dating because they themselves were not allowed to date when they where her age. Aside from Academics, she was also really into Cars, Videogames and Guns. Her Dad got her first project car when she was in sixth grade, which was at first a totaled car. Growing up, Justine got to learn a lot of useful skills outside of school, which included auto mechanics, shooting and how to cut hair, as her mother was a Hair Dresser.



Justine graduated High School with Honors, an Associate of Arts Degree thanks to taking running start and a Scholarship to a prestigious University. In College, Justine double majored in Psychology and Creative Writing, along with having a minor in Criminology. Around the age of twenty-one, Justine graduated with her bachelor's degree. After graduating from University, Justine took some time off for herself and decided to take some time for herself to travel and have fun before entering the workforce. Biography

Jason Smith, a plain name for a plain man. Jason grew up in a standard family, in a standard home, in a standard city. He is the eldest of the the family, so his parent always told him to set an example for his brother. But while Jason was doing his best and excelling at school, in sports and socially, Kenneth was falling behind, failing whenever he had the opportunity, taking the wrong decision at every turn. Kenneth then got caught up in gangs and drugs. His situation weighed heavily on the family. Even though Jason knew he could not take his brother's decisions for him, he still felt responsible for where his brother had gotten. By the age of 17, when Jason was 22, Kenneth left home due to the constant fighting there was between him and his parents, cutting all ties with them. Because of the responsibility Jason felt for his brother, he helped him whenever he could, either by lending him money, more precisey giving, because Jason knew he would never get it back, or getting him out of trouble most of the time. Most of the time, he had to get him home drunk from somewhere in Ruby Red or in Julius District.

While dealing with the drama of his brother, Jason continued his biology studies at Faraday University. While there, he did not make many friends, but he had excellent grades. He got his degree with an honorary mention. Before beginning his Ph.D., Jason assisted Paul Parker, a renowned biologist, in his research of a cure for cancer by gene alterations. After a few years, the project got closed down for dubious reasons. Soon after, his mentor passed away from a heart attack, or at least that was what was wrote in the newspaper. Jason then continued his studies, getting a Ph.D. in the evolution and adaptation of the human genome. At this point, he did not want to do research, so he started teaching at Faraday University. He's been teaching there for seven years now. Currently, Jason lives in an appartment near the University.

Due to his time consuming activities, Jason never had a relationship. Sure, he experimented with women in college and hooked up with a few over the years, but nothing was serious, and he didn't feel much of anything with them. He never took the time to figure out his sexuality, so he does not really realize he's gay. He might know deep down, but it is not something he wants to work on right now. He has other issues to deal with. Running, working and sleeping is all he needs.




Personality

Jason feels the need to always be the good guy. Because he falied at helping his brother, he has a hard time saying no to people. Helping them makes him feel better about himself for not being able to save his brother from the streets, even if it's just for a short while. His feelings towards Kenneth are very mixed; he feels regrets for the situation his brother's in, but he also feel like he is a burden, which led to some kind of resentment. But his sense of responsibility prevent him from cutting Kenneth loose.

Jason never really drew attention to him intensionnaly, being a very discrete person. He does not open up easily either, nobody in his entourage knows about his brother. Most of them think he's an only child. Even at home he can't talk about him, his parents denying Kenneth as their son. To everyone, he will seem like a good and happy person who is doing his job as a citizen. He does not know much about himself, he doesn't introspect. Instead, he is hiding behind high and thick walls.​
