The IC. Let's say I write up a response to the thread, mmk? Now what if I get to the end and want to interact with another player? Well, are we going to spam the thread with multiple, short responses just to talk? No. I'm going to pm that person, have our conversation, and then copy paste that whole dialogue into my emote.
