Yes! Just try to stay true to character. As long as it's in the range of things she would believably do, you can write her however you'd like.

Was the "superfreak" you mentioned intended to be Cora? Because she didn't advertise in a newspaper, she sent letters to the indexed individuals. In addition to that, she's trying to keep her powers under wraps so the only people that would know about them are the Avengers, Fury, Hill, and any HYDRA folk who may have worked with her. If that's your implication, please specify.


Also did you have your character in the diner? Because it said that the diner was empty except for Cora and the owner's son.

Don't worry! It doesn't have to be perfection. Just as long as we don't end up with Melinda May sobbing over your character leaving xD

I'm still confused about the person that advertised in the newspaper. If that's meant to be my character, like I said, she personally sent letters to the indexed individuals. If it's not her, how did your character happen across this soon-to-be meeting?

Ok, I misinterpreted something majorly wrong. I thought she had sent out a thing in a newspaper. FFS I'm so sorry.

This is why I mentioned before that you had to be patient, @Bullet Tooth Tony... Rea hadn't actually had any intention of the antagonists showing up at the start of the roleplay; what I meant by being patient was that it would probably be best if you just hung around for a little while and didn't post anything, because there would basically be nothing for the villains to post about at this time.

No worries. Just remember that Cora has gone through most, if not all HYDRA procedures and would be very keen as to not get back under their control (as in she would be very subtle about being out in the world)

Don't worry about it. Everyone makes mistakes. In the meantime, if you haven't already, I suggest reading through all the CSes of approved characters so you know what you're working with. For example, Cora's history with HYDRA is something you should know if you playing a character associated with HYDRA.


 
Official Update Post Thingy

If you are unaware, the roleplay has officially started. As stated before, there is no posting order so feel free to post at your leisure. Try to have everyone who is in the same scene as your character get a reply in before you post a second one.


The roleplay is not going to continue on indefinitely (in its current state). The roleplay will have "intermissions" between "acts" to recast if necessary/tie up loose ends/progress the story over a long period of IC time where not much happens plot-wise/etc. At the end of an act, anyone who would like to continue into the next act will simply have to let me know and you won't have to repeat the application process. If you leave or get kicked from the roleplay and then wish to return, you will have to go through the application process again.


The end of act one is yet to be determined but we'll burn that bridge when we cross it. (^.^) As always, I'm here for questions or suggestions.

So got a message to see If I was still interested, I am. Guessing I didn't make the first cut as my character is not in the applications section. If I am free to post I will. If there needs to be adjustments to my original application I will make them. If it's none of that and just a spot of confusion on my part, Sorry and I'll post right away.

Sorry about not getting back to you earlier! I wasn't officially on until just now. So you understand the situation? There were a few posts that you were tagged in that you never responded to, hence my thought that you were no longer interested.
