Disciple slid Aether into Aegis and opened his menu again, hoping to refresh it. Nope, still wasn't there. This had to be a bug of some sorts....right?

Oh man. This was far from the news Aria wanted to hear. Who on Earth would want to trap them all here intentionally? And why? It was just unbelievable. This had to be a glitch, it just had to.


"So, what you're getting at is that we're...trapped? Stuck? Forever? This can't be happening right now! ...at least I won't have to deal with student debt, but that's beside the point!"

"This kind of thing did not even happen in the Beta.... I do not think it is a Glitch.." Violet Sighs. "Guess that Pro Game meet will have to wait" She mumbled to herself as she walked towards the town of beginnings

"I dont know but I dont think so.." At that moment everyone in SAO was enveloped in a bright light and appeared in the town of beginnings. Chatting and complains echoed through the town. "Someone forced a teleport.." She mutters while looking around.

First, no logout button, now she was just randomly teleported? Aria was at least half sure she was going to die.


"W-what is it now?!" she said to anyone who would listen. Now she wished all of her friends didn't ditch her. This was just plain freaky. Now that she thought about it, her friends were in the same situation. Sure, they were jerks, but she hoped that they were making the best of this situation.

(Ok back.) Aero looks around as something began to form in the sky. Soon enough a cloaked figure was formed and began to explain what was happening. It mentioned who it was and that the log out button missing was not a glitch. The cloaked figure cobtinued to talk for a while explaining how if you die in the game you die irl. Murmurs and gasps could be heard. Then proceeded to bring up the news feed. He went on for a bit more until he put an item in everyone's inventory.

Tobias was about to catch up to Aero as the duel was intense at the end. Then everyone had freaked about no logout button as he pulled up his menu, sure enough it was not there. Suddenly he was teleported back to town of beginnings and immediately lost in the immense crowd as Kayaba or so he called himself explained everything. Tobi's eyes went wide as a girl beside him screamed, he stood frozen as people cried, yelled, and swore but did nothing. Suddenly an item popped into his inventory but he swiped it away in irritation. "Aero!" be yelled out but his voice was lost in the sea of players around him. Suddenly people were panicking a stampede of players coming toward him. The boy pushed past some but was taken down getting trampled a few times before standing. Suddenly a thought hit him as he cut right heading for a less congested area. Running into a tavern he opened his menu heading to friends listing only one was their so it was easy. Hitting message to sender before swiping the menu off and heading headlong back into the maelstorm of people out the main gate. Tobias was not stupid, with everyone freaked he needed to be far away from the city right now. He linked up with a few others and traveled to a less populated town.

After the exclamation, Violet pulled Aria through the crowd and into the fields. "Listen, I can help you survive if you help me okay." She said with a grin. "I have an Idea but we need to level up alright?"

Aero was very confused everyone looked different and frankly she didn't recognize anyone. Due to her size Aero was being pushed, shoved, and knocked over. She was currenly on the ground swearing at people as they stepped one her. "Watch where the fuck your STEPPING!" She shouts while tripping several people. Aero gets the message and sighs, this is gonna be crazy but at least she had a friend. 'I'll be there pretty damn soon.. Well when I get out of this damn crowd.' She messages him back. She didint care at that moment and knew the twon he was in so she grabs a teleport crystal and teleports to the town where he was at. It probably wasnt worth using something that expensive for such a short dostance but she didnt like being stepped on and there was no way she was getting out of there anytime soon. From there the girl sets out to the mines while still cursing in her head. Now she couldnt even see her mother.. This was just great..

"My weapon forging level is pretty good right now, of course I did not think we would be in this predicament...." She then went on rambling a bit as she checked her stats

Tobias finished the message waving goodbye to the other few beta testers that had made the run with him here. Turning around he was at the mines now he would just wait for Aero might as well grind a bit as he waited. Tobi drew his spear and descended into the mine to find and slay the countless kobolds,goblins, and other creatures.

Aero trudges through town with a pissed expression on her face. People part to let her through and back away from her. She was ready to murder someone or something. If that whole dilema happned in a pvp area she would of lost a third of her health. A fricken THIRD. Like just screw everything...





About 10 more minutes of swearing, shoving and shouting later Aero finally makes it to the mine and sighs. Why did I have to get lost?.. Before.. Oh whatever! The girl grumbles to herself then makes walking into the mines. She searched for her friend not really sur how deep into the mine he is. "Tobias?!" She shouts.

Tobias' head perked up as he heard Aero's distinct voice from somewhere in the mines. His attention being on it only momentarily before turning back to the group of angered kobolds before him *tch* I got to get back now so i would appreciate it if you... got the hell outta my way! He thought before a series of slashes,parries and sword skill activation sounds were made followed by pixels shattering. " Over here, Geez you look pissed" Tobias stated as he dropped down from a shaft overhead some dust settling as he landed. He gave a goofy smile before pointing downward into the mineshafts. "The tavern here costs more than it used to, and we will definitely need money for where we are going" He breathed calmly as if the announcement hadnt even happened keeping a logical outlook on the situation.

"Yeah I am pissed. Very pissed at the people who fricken stomped on me and knocked me over. I had to waste a stupid teleport crystal to get out. Or it would of taken me all day and more!... Ok lets get grinding some mobs then." She says while swearing again, "that twat didn't give me back my rapier! Well now im using a dagger.. Whatever.." She grabs her dagger and grips it tightly. She needed to blow off some steam and quick.

Tobias just stared blankly as she went on a rant. When he asked he had not really expected such a.... verbally unique answer. As she continued to go on about missing her rapier Tobias just sighed opening his menu and scrolling down a bit until a slight aero smirk grew on his face. He tossed over a trade window to her the item was a brandished rapier not as good as she was used to but better than the dagger she now wielded. "Here, I found this a while ago and thought to hang onto it. Looks like it was for a good reason" He stated as he locked in the trade waiting for her to accept.

"Oh thanks man." Aero says. Its like her mood just switched to normal from wanting to murder someone. She accepts the trade request and grins at him. "Its pretty cool for just finding it." She says and and equips it. She then unsheathes it.

Tobias started to say well yeah... but then remembered her earlier remark about showing his emotions and being real with her. He just sighed "Okay I bought it when I got into town had a feeling you would need it" The man spoke truthfully slightly embarassed for doing so since it had cost most of the col he had collected so far. As he eyes the blade as well he even dropped by a blacksmith, one of the few not losing their shit who weighted it and adjusted the tang for even greater speed.

Aero's grin widens, she gives him a friendly punch to the shoulder. "Ah thanks thats sweet of you, you know me way to well." She says with a cute grin. She was swinging the rapier around noticing how well it sliced through the air. Eh I'll pay him back some time well in a way he wouldnt think of it as being repayed... Hm never know maybe he may need some kind of nee gear sometime.. Aero pushed that thought aside for now then looked around the mine. "So how much more is the tavern now? Like I got way to much col from grinding all of beta." She chuckles.

"500 col a night, I guess when Kayaba locked us in here he wanted to make living a bit rougher too. If we were newbies this would be a lot rougher than usual." Tobias explained cooly as he started down a tunnel on a slight decline. He started to hum a little tune as he moved his eyes open for mobs, and treasure.

Tobias sighed Well some of us just spent a whole lotta of money on your "gift" He thought as his eyebrow raised seeing her yawn. He walked over to her placing a hand on her continuously moving shoulder applying a little pressure so as to stop her. "You should rest, you have been at it all day Aero" Tobi called letting go of her quickly so as to not piss her off. After everything from the duels to the news over the town, they both could use a small break. Tobias opened his menu clicking a few buttons a rolled up cot materializing. Grabbing it in one hand Tobias set it down against a cut in the tunnel. "Here I will take watch, Can't be too careful" He said as he crouchex down leaning his spear against his chest.
