Saga of the Seven Sins - The Second Cycle

Keep in mind this is in the middle of a festival that attracts visitors all across the south. There are a bunch of weird folks out and about right now. ALthough an investigation roll or essence sight might reveal more.
 
For the record, now that Viktor has found me I'm concealing myself from Essence sight. I don't usually walk around glowing so any Sidereal can pick me out.
 
I'm not! Viktor hasn't the means to do so anyway, and wouldn't if he did. He's also accompanied by a Wood-aspect Terrestrial, and three dematerialized szmiya.
 
It will be a miracle if we all survive the initial encounter with each other.


 
Looks to me like there is a very clingy Lunar on the prowl. Viktor, you'd better not look at another woman while she is around!
 
Haha, Opal doesn't care if he sleeps with someone else. She cares if they try to murder him, though ( :P )

I'm not sure you want Darian to be the first one to see Opal. We have history, after all.
 
Heh. Not likely to be an issue... getting more sex is pretty far down his list of priorities at the moment.


You wouldn't likely recognize Opal if you did see her. But I'm out there being all blatant and stuff... Darian and Viktor have never met, so you have a chance to make a good first impression. ( ;) )

Does Viktor have mortal guards with him, or just the supernatural ones?

Are you currently visible to Essence sight, or do you appear to be mortal?


 
You should be more worried about my guards... there will be lashings in the barracks tonight for letting you slip through, if I don't learn what you are! :P
 
Pretty sure that's inevitable, but I wouldn't worry. I can't actually touch you, remember? The instant you realize who I am and either get close to me or activate your Form I'm powerless.


Also, she is supernally fast, I wouldn't expect mortal guards to be able to stop her, even if she wasn't trying.
 
The only Charm I have running currently is Prior Warning, but I in Essence Sight I do have multiple artifacts and hearthstones on me. I am traveling under the guise of a Dragon Blooded at the moment, since most mortals won't know the difference between magical material types to see the starmetal on me.
 
True... but I'm not sure if I know that yet. ( ;) )

One that will explain her use of Essence powers and having her familiars; after all, she flew here on a gryffon that is back in the stables.
 
Oh, we aren't allowed to fight? I definitely expected to end up coming to blows with her on a regular basis - at a fraction of full power and with no real intent to harm, of course. I'm not actually capable of harming her, after all. Playfighting is fun, though.
 
Sort of. I have an Intimacy of Lust towards her from the last time we fought (Inflicting a single HL of damage on someone allows her to create such an Intimacy. I assumed she would have hurt me at least a little bit.) She has a Form-type Charm that makes it so anyone with ANY Intimacy towards her can't harm her without spending WP. I hate spending WP to overcome unless it's absurdly important to the character, so I almost never do it. Essentially, if we ever fought seriously, Darian could beat on Opal all she liked and Opal could only withdraw. The intimacy also just makes it extremely unlikely Opal would fight her for long or seriously without becoming embarrassed and withdrawing.
