". . .It's personal. Let's say i'm trying to find a certain person." Abo'r said, remembering that day when their village was burnt to ashes by a madman. He didn't know how he looks, but he recalled him wearing some sort of Cloak. "They've taken something very dear to me in the past, that's why i'll hunt them down in any means possible. Even by becoming a Huntsman to do so." He gave a glare, almost crushing the bottle he just bought. Abo'r drank from the bottle, finishing it. He sighed, putting the bottle neside him.

Heather watched the Ginger girl's actions and listened more intently to the way she speaks, she doesn't seemed as nervous once she gets her barrings. A good trait in a huntress but her staff seems quite quaintly for a modern day Huntress but weapons are always more reliable then most Huntresses and Huntsmen in training. But that might just be in comparison of her own Heaven and Hearth which are more advanced then some of Atlas' own military weapons. Not that's she bragging, much.

Once the girl finally introduced herself as Clementine Sienna, and with an intro much like her own Heather politely nodded her in response, rather if she is a good teammate or not, it will not matter as all Huntresses and Huntsmen always go back to being on their own without any help or any need for friends. For she's here to make friends, she's here to win.

"A pleasure, Clementine... It looks to me we are Teammates, so I hope for both our sake that we can work off each other... well enough." Heather responded back to Clementine with an undertone of sharpness to it. "The artifacts we need to get are over there, I suggest you get a Silver One since that's the one I picked up myself."

"Me? I just want to help other people, that's all." Incarat smiled, remembering the time when she found Abo'r on the back of their home. She felt joy on helping people, so she decided it'll be best for both Human and Faunus to live in peace without any misunderstandings. Aside from that, she would like to have fun by fighting off Grimm or some criminals. That's why she's helping Abo'r, too. "Truth be told, i don't have any other goal than that." She shrugged, heading for the vending machine near them.

Clementine Sienna

Although the Heather's sharp tone stll remained, Clementine couldn't help but feel relieved that she didn't screw up her first impression. She blinked a couple of times at the mention of them being teammates, but then remembered the rules of the initiation. The way the girl with braided hair worded that statement didn't help her confidence at all too.

"Oh, the statues! They're nearby?" she asked rhetorically. She looked over, and saw what looked like ruins, with a few others standing in it. "Thank you, I'll be back in a minute," she stated, and then took off towards the temple.

When she had almost arrived, some of the people who she thought were at the temple already had left, with only a few remaining. She waved at them while she walked past them. If they saw her she had no clue, the second she stepped into the temple, she turned away from them, focused on the statues. There were several empty spots amongst them, but there were still several there. Silver, right? she thought, remembering what Heather said. Looking over the silver statues left, she picked one up that held a longsword in front of them, big enough to cover the lower half of their body. After that, she ran back to Heather, holding the statue.

The Heaven and Hearth units hovered silently above the pair as they were sharing the exchange. Clementine had a look of confusion creep onto her expression when Heather mentioned teammates, admittedly Heather wished the idea was tossed aside to better work on their independent fighting styles instead of Teammate work since it might make the future Huntresses and Huntsmen overly dependent to each other, like a hunting hound to it's master. But she won't be chained down to anyone as long as she lives.

Clementine asked a rhetorical question which Heather respond with a quick nod, which after the Ginger rushed over to the ruins. Heather closed her eyes for a few moments and sighed quietly, then she reopened her to see the Heaven and Hearth units hovering closer to Heather. She was never one to talk to others but it looks like she is forced to do so, at least it will only last for four years, until then she might as well not make enemies with her shallow allies.

Clementine returned with a statue in tow, and it's the correct one. Heather was tempted to praise the girl like a dog for doing a simple task right but she decided to hold her tongue for now. Instead Heather nodded her head in affirmation.
"Good. Now, we best make our way back to the Cliff where we started from so we can confirm our status to the Headmaster."

Clementine Sienna

Clementine looked up, trying to look beyond the trees. Very distantly, she cold make out the wall of the cliff a bit of ways ahead, with the grass on top being apparent. There it is, she thought, before looking back down. "Well then, let's get going," she commented, and then started to walking in the direction of the cliff. While she walked, she lightly tossed the statue in the air, not enough to mke it go that high above her, and then she smirked as she caught it in her free hand. Before she got much farther from where she stood before, she stopped and turned to see behind her, to wait for Heather.

Heather Hart

Heather cocked her head to the side when Clementine tossed her statue up in the air. Heather could never understand how such tomfoolery can be any fun, she has to guess a fool's foolish tomfoolery can only amuse a fool for being such a foolish fool. It was quite silly.

Heather glanced at the nearest Heaven unit which seemed to be slowly rising and lowering itself as if mimicking the ginger girl's own actions. Soon enough the other Heaven units follow suit. The Hearth units followed behind Heather evenly without them pointlessly bobbing up and down like the Heaven units. Heather made a mental note to correct the Heaven units signal, they seem to be acting up.

Heather noticed that Clementine was looking back at her while she's thinking, Heather still had a stoic expression but she was a smidgen embarrassed that she was caught off guard. She has to do better. Heather followed the Ginger with her Weapons right behind her and the Heaven units seem to have corrected themselves as they followed evenly.

"Pardon my sluggishness, I was making a mental note on my Heaven units, they seemed to be acting up."

Clementine Sienna

The foolish-fool-who-a-moment-ago-was-being-a-fool in question watched as some of Heather drones were pratically bouncing, but the rest were almost completely still. Clementine stared at them. Most of the technology she had seen couldn't even compare to them, and although she hadn't really seen that much of the world to compare them to, she was nevertheless in awe. Once Heather had caught up to her, she walked along side of her.

Aquaknight said:
"Pardon my sluggishness, I was making a mental note on my Heaven units, they seemed to be acting up."
"Don't worry, it didn't really bother me," she responded, shaking her head. She looked being Heather, all of the 'bots were following her, but the repetitive movement a few of them were doing had stopped. She blinked, but sure enough, it was almost like it never happened. Trying to shrug it off, she turned back to Heather. "I was wondering, where - or maybe, how did you get those drones? I've never seen anything like them before! Did you get them from someone, or maybe you built them?"

Heather while walking towards Clementine she noticed a look of awe at her Heaven and Hearth Units. It give her a feeling of of pride at her achievements particularly with the weapons the Bumpkin seemed to be so impressed with, as most people should be. Her pride swelled

twofold when Clementine asked her about her Weapons, the answer was obvious but she decided to indulge the ginger bumpkin.

"Like any Huntress worth their salt, I made Heaven and Hearth with my own two hands, with technology not yet implemented in the Atlas Military, the most important aspect of Heaven and Hearth is their seamless control and precision which how I produced myself with the help of a control chip within my skull." Heather responded with pride and as she talked the Heaven and Hearth units started to spin in tight circles at such high speeds that the Drones were merely blurs to the eyes, as she made them to keep up with her and her Semblance. While she would never admit it but she did have a little help from a 'Friend' back in her last school but that's ancient history and she has to focus on the now.

Heather slowed down the Drones to a more relaxed speed and for politeness sake she asked Clementine a question about her own weapon.

"Pray tell what is your weapon?"

Clementine Sienna

"Wow..." Clementine managed to whisper, listening to her teammate's explanation, not to mention the blur the floating drones behind her became. She wasn't sure if she made it herself, she knew she made hers, but Heather's was so much more advanced. What would even need to have to get materials beyond what Atlas had, she wondered.

"My weapon?" There was a sudden chirp to her voice, her eyes sparkling like a child getting ice cream. She put away the statue and retrieved her weapon. "I call it 'Jarrahdale'!" she said, holding what looked like a metal pipe the size of a canister. However, with a mechanical clicking accompanying it, it tranformed into a staff, her other hand grabbing onto it as it grew longer. "I designed it myself, as a staff, its designed for mobility and defense against attacks. The material used is super sturdy, so it's hard to leave a dent in it! On the inside, there's a long chain with a blade connected to, which I use for offense, but I'm leaving it inside. I don't want to accidentally hurt you."

Heather's pride swell at the Ginger girl's amazement, it was top of the line and quiet complex for a Huntress and Huntsmen in training to have, but that what makes having such an amazing weapon all the better. While it cost a lot of money to make and a lot of time but it was worth it all to make a weapon as precise and fast as she is and the fact they are strong and quite durable was a plus.

When Heather asked Clementine about her own weapon, which Heather admitted like to talk about since weapons no matter how simple or benign they were always better to learn about then any person especially if they weren't a Huntress of some amazing caliber. As Clementine was showing off "Jarrahdale" which while simple compared to Heaven And Hearth was still more interesting then any person here. Heather lsitened intently as the Ginger girl explain the weapon the Hearth Units started to circle around Clementine as if they themselves were listening to the girl talk Jarrahdale. And when Clementine say she won't hurt Heather, she let out her first good-natured smile since the test began.

"You don't have to worry about hurting me, I'm good at keeping and getting distance on and off the battlefield," Heather spoke proudly alluding to her semblance which gives her super heighten speed to the point that neither Grimm nor Humans can see her move when she activates it. Heather expression quickly returned to its neutral stoic expression. "But we best be making our way back to the cliff before it gets too late."

Azure Sneaux & Joy Citron

Joy, with Cruor in one hand and a tiny faunus in the other, moved quickly through the foliage. When she felt they began to keep up on their own she let them go, the two following behind her. Azure kept up, despite her disadvantage. She was used to it, quickly taking in scents, feeling the change in air around her, keeping track of vibrations, and sometimes even looking at the shadowy objects and obstacles infront of her. This was how she lived her everyday life, this was how she got around. Her blindness made other senses hieghtened, to compensate for what she can not use. She took in twice the amount of information needed to move about about, more than people that can still use their eyes, but she can mentally keep up. She has a sharp mind, and it can give out information just as quickly as it can take it in.

The trio traveled not too far. Still, Azure would glance at the lime-yellow aura (Joy) with a puzzled expression, wondering how on Remnant did she know where to go. But every time she wondered she brushed it off, best not to question it, it made things easier for her anyway. After some minutes of non-stop running, Joy led them into a clearing, the temple straight ahead. The three slowed down,"Well, there it is," Joy gestured with one hand, the other resting on her hip while she caught her breath. Azure slowed to a stop, taking in one deep breath then releasing it. Compared to Joy who was more about strength, Azure had more stamina and agility, so she didnt mind the run too much. Ears flicked at the rhythmic thumps of a quick heart beat after their blood pumping activity."Well, Im off to pick myself a statue~" she chimed, and eagerly headed for the temple with out waiting for the others. Azure's two-tone eyes moved to Cruor, giving him a nod and then following after the bubbly girl at a leisurely, unrushed pace.

Inside, was strange. There was so much space, Azure could sense it. The way her footsteps echoed in the hollow room, sound waves bounced off the walls continuously, the heavy draft of air that blew into her face when she first stepped in. But she could hear some waves coming back to her quicker than others. Once again they formed a map in her minds eye,'Pillars.....sixteen objects on them, in groups of four,' she told herself. In the middle of the room were the statues held on low pedestal pillars in an assortment of materials. Joy was already there deciding which she wanted to pick. Some were already missing, which meant others were there before them. "Um...this one!" She plucked one of them from where it stood, turning around to face Azure with a heavy bronze statue in hand,"I took the last bronze one, so we cant be in a team," she frowned but quickly sprung back into a smile,"But no ones taken the gold ones~!" She waved and passed Azure, heading back out,"See ya!"

Azure stood there for a moment, and blinked,'Whats gold?' she tilted her head. It seems Joy had forgotten (or was too dense to notice) that the fox was blind, she cant label certain things by what theyre really called. The faunus approached the pillars, standing between the silver and gold statues. Tiny hands reached out to pick one of each, one heavier than the other. Gold was more dense than silver, and therefore was heavier. She replaced the silver one, taking the gold statue that no one seemed to have wanted to take, considering she was the first. Her eyes looked down at the object,'Why hasnt anyone selected this? Is it unattractive?' she wondered, staring at the fuzzy grey figure in her hand. In any case, she chose one now, and it was time to head back....

Yarrow was standing at the cliff. He noticed that Azure and Joy had returned. "Congratulations. You have returned safely." He gives Joy a clipboard and a pen. Combat focus classes were Aura Development, Grimm Physiology, and Dueling. Non-combat focus classes were Lore and Fairy Tales, Grimm Geography, and Dust Mechanics. "Choose one of each, Ms. Citron." He told Joy. Yarrow looked at Azure. The headmaster seemed to realize that the fox girl was blind, so he held the clipboard and pen for her. "Ms. Sneaux..." This seemed to catch her attention. "There are three combat-related classes; Aura Development, Grimm Physiology, and Dueling. There are also three non-combat-related classes; Lore and Fairy Tales, Grimm Geography, and Dust Mechanics. You have to pick one of each. Tell me which classes you want." Yarrow said to Azure.

Cruor eyed the golden statues. The irony in this was rather unreal. His arena name was Golden Rage, the same color as the statue now in his hand. With a chuckle, he started to trek back to the cliffs. When he arrived, he saw the headmaster standing next to another professor. However, the gladiator's weapon was in its two handed axe form. Both him and the weapon were covered in Grimm blood, Cruor seemingly unaffected by the dark liquid covering a portion of his form.

Professor Varien Ember

Varien watched the two girls as they were handed the papers. "A fairly interesting combination...It's a shame you two are not on the same team." His gaze turned towards Cruor, bloodied and neutral. "Welcome back Mister Almos." He said, looking the boy up and down.

@HoneyBear-Kat @AnimeNerd5678

Yarrow looked at Cruor and gave him a clipboard and pen with three combat-related classes and three non-combat related classes. "Check off one of each." The red-haired headmaster told Cruor.

Cruor Almos

Cruor looked from the clipboard, to the girls, to the headmaster, then to the professor before taking the pen and clipboard. Embedding his axe into the ground, he swiftly marked off two of the classes, dueling and fairy tales. Both were something he thouroughly enjoyed. He handed the clipboard back to the headmaster and nodded. He ripped his weapon from the earth and rested it on his shoulder. "I see you two missed the pack of wolves." The gladiator said before walking off towards the acade

Professor Varien Ember

Varien watched the child before him with curiosity. Nobody called Beowolves 'wolves' anymore. But that wasn't the interesting part. The interesting part was that he took out a whole pack of the Grimm alone, and came out in one piece. "How very intriguing..." He thought aloud as Cruor walked away.

@HoneyBear-Kat @AnimeNerd5678

Yarrow had to admit; Cruor calling Beowolves 'Wolves' was a bit strange. Huh... it's as if he doesn't know what Beowolves are really called...

@HoneyBear-Kat

Aqua was having a nice conversation with his team. Just then, Aqua noticed someone with blonde hair come in. "Hmm?" Aqua looked and saw a man with an axe in his hand.

Cruor was starting to feel rather tired. He looked down at himself and saw the bloodied form of himself. He needed to shower before anything. Cruor began to walk, looking for the washroom. As he walked, he saw another student look up at him. Shooting a quick glance his way, the gladiator continued to search for the washroom. He weapon needed to be scrubbed down and he needed a change of clothes, which were in the small pack strapped to his back.

Clementine Sienna

Clementine was beaming when she was rambling, only partially replaced by bewilderment at the Heath units. They were apparently drones controlled by Heather, but it felt like they had a mind of their own. She almost wanted to reach out her hand, like a princess letting a bird sit on her finger. Except, the situation was completely different. In the end, she tried to not mind the units too much, turning her attention back to Heather after her response.

"I figured you would be, I just try to be careful," she explained. Following that, Jarrahdale was back in its sheathed form, and then she put it away. A small frown flashed on her face, looking back looming cliff in front of them. "That's true. We aren't too far from it though, so it shouldn't be too much of a problem." Despite saying that, her pace quickened slightly as she continued to walk again.

Roux Willow

As the team was talking, with Roux mostly listening, the conversation seemed to be interrupted. A young man walked into the room, casually carrying an axe, with bloodstains that matched his eyes. Aqua seemed to notice him first, and without a word, he walked away. Roux stared at him before averting his gaze away.

"... I wonder whom that was," he commented quietly, almost vacant as always if it weren't for the edge of curiosity.

NOIR KING & BUCK BIRCH

The whole forest rung with the screams of what seemed to be a young adult male. The scene that lay before those watching the forest was probably the weirdest any would ever see. Buck had known they were behind so he decided to come up with a plan of attack. Being a speedy guy he decided to tie the lasso around his arm and tie another to Noir's shield. Before- "How do you plan for this to work? I dont want to die...shut up it LOOKS LIKE FUN" Noir says raising a fist and punching himself. Buck was wrapping the rope around his arm and watching the guy run through about 7 emotions before he eventually got tired and shut up. Buck pulled the rope and it glowed black again, he really had to use his gravity lasso so much that day. He never used that thing. "Have y'all ever surfed on an airship before." Buck asked and Noir looked at him with the weirdest look "HAVE YOU!?" Noir says as Buck looked forward and glyphs started to form on the ground in front on him. "Just hold on or somethin, I don't know." Buck says before taking off. In that instant Noir fell and held on for dear life.

Now Noir was holding onto the top of his shield while screaming as Buck was dragging him behind him. Many would wonder why they never hit any trees. Well the fact of the matter is Buck could care less about what happened to Noir. Well he did care it was the rope that was doing all the work. Whenever a tree came and Buck knew the giant shield and butler would not make it he would change the rope so that the mass of the shield would increase causing it to smash through the tree then he would change the rope back so he could tow the guy. They made it to the area the statues were in, there were justa lot of grimm there from the noises of the other kids going there. "
BUCK! I THINK WE SHOULD JUST QUIT!!!! WE WOULD HAVE NEVER ALWAYS WE WOULD HAVE WON." Noir says making about zero sense. Buck saw all the grimm he thought about it was he sped towards the area. Buck changed the rope again so the surfing Noir and his shield would be super heavy. He stopped and decided to use Noir as a Flail. Buck quickly smashed his feet into the ground and grabbed the rope and begun to move it in a sweeping fashion as the grimm neared. Noir looked to Buck as he go into his field of vision "WHAT ARE YOU DOING I'M NOT SOME SORT OF WEAPON AHHHHHHHHHHH!" Noir screamed as he smashed into a couple of Beowolves who were all but obliterated by the impact. Only problem was Buck lost his grip on the rope, before leaving his arm it made sure to give him rope burn. He quickly grabbed his arm because of the pain. However he forgot about poor Noir.

Noir was sent flying towards a very big sized ursa. Through his tear and screams it never occurred to him that he still had the rope attached and was still very heavy. He was like a human bowling ball. the ursa came in for a swing but Noir was going to fast. He shot through the grimms chest and into the temple wall. Buck looked up as the Ursa fell the ground "Just like herding I reckon" he says looking at the devastation he and Noir had made. The screaming subsided as Noir connected with the Building so Buck presumed he was probably dead or somethin. Buck walked into the temple and heard a groan from a pile of rubble "CHRIST Your still kickin over there. Kid you don't know when to stay down do ya" Buck says walking over the the rubble and finding a hand raised. He grabbed it and ripped Noir out of all the rubble. Noir was covered in grimm blood and was dazed. His shield was wedged in a wall with Bucks rope on it. Buck went and grabbed one end of the rope and made it so gravity did not effect the shield making it weightless so it unwedged then he pulled his rope back so it would fall to the ground, He turned to wrap his rope around his arm and heard a yelp. Buck turned to see Noir crushed under his shield "Boy what in heavens name are you doin. I just pulled yall out of rubble over then and you get your britches up and scedaddle over to try to save your shield. You got a deathwish!?" Buck says only to get a thumbs up as a response. "By god kid" Buck says grabbing both the gold statues and walking over to Noir who was now getting up. Buck stopped in his tracks. Noir looked at him "Is there something on my face?" Noir says as he attempted to raise his arm to wipe the blood off but when he looked to his arm for help he noticed it was all messed up. A loud yell could be heard from the temple.

Buck and Noir walked back to school. Buck was all but normal and Noir was covered in blood, good news was his arm was fixed, either his aura fixed it or Buck did. That scene will not be visited at this time. Noir carried his shield on his back and slowly they trudged to the teachers. Buck took off his Helmet and put back on his cowboy hat. And Noir looked like he had the worst day ever. Little combo of Dirt and blood on him and a couple of branches in his hair. Good news was the blood was turning to ash but now he was going to look like he just fell in a fire but whatever. "
Is it too late to quit?" Buck said as he approached the Teachers.

"Yes. Yes it is." Yarrow said, giving the two of them each a clipboard and a pen. There were six classes. The Combat Classes were Aura Development, Grimm Physiology, and Dueling. The Non-Combat Classes were Lore and Fairy Tales, Grimm Geography, and Dust Mechanics. "Check off one of each."

Yarrow noticed Clementine and Heather walking toward him. "Ah, Ms. Sienna. Ms. Hart. Good to see you." He gave both of them clipboards and pens. In the Combat Classes, there was Aura Development, Grimm Physiology, and Dueling. In the Non-Combat Classes, there was Lore and Fairy Tales, Grimm Geography, and Dust Mechanics. "Check off one in the Combat Classes, and check off one in the Non-Combat Classes." The headmaster said.

@HoneyBear-Kat and @BlackJack You two need to decide on your classes)
