Both, and since 9 is taken care of I'd like you to explain what Herbert Orion Wilkshire3 has to do with color.
And to all else, as long as your team name makes you think of a color it counts.

Herb is short for Herbert, and well Herbs are green, so Herbert has a green thing kinda going on. The Orion Wilkshire the third part just comes from an adlibbed name I did during a drama assignment for a posh British lord once.

I think a good place to start with Team names is rather than using the whole list and trying to find words, find the people you want to form a team with (either ones that you roleplay well with, one's you've already agreed to a team up with IC or OOC, etc) and then try to fit a name from there. It's easier to take 4 letters and find one of millions of colors to fit it than it is to do the same with 10 letters. It just narrows down your choices, and you might find a name that suits the feel of your team, rather than creating an arbitrary name and forcing yourself to interact with people you might not like.

If you're referring to Velvet Scarletina, I'm pretty sure her color is supposed to be Scarlet. I think The color based last name negates the need for a themed first name. Can you imagine being like.. Indigo Scarletina. What color would that character wear? xD

But pistols can't snipe. The barrels are too short to encourage a straight path for long distances. Not to mention, 3 out of 4 of Lamina's forms are for short and mid-range combat. So Sapphire doesn't really need Lazuli to assist nor Lazuli her. But most of the sign ups have significant melee skill so I guess no one really needs Lazuli anyway.


And she's not going to bully the weak, in strength or personality. Her favorite targets are those who get really angry really easily, those who keep so calm and collected that she feels compelled to break them and those who are really cocky or arrogant. So basically, she loves to anger and annoy people. And from what I've seen in the ic, no one really fits that bill. Everyone's just too nice which doesn't make it fun for her.


Also, Lazuli has multiple color names. Blue for Lazuli and White/Yellow/Ash gray for Ashtrum (A combination of ash and the latin word for star which usually connotes a white or yellow color). And she wears colors from both.
