Realistic or Modern Romance in the Dorms

Melody

Mel smiled devilishly and replied,

"It's a secret until we get upstairs Princey Boy!"

She winked and took his hand in hers and entwined her fingers with his as she lead him inside the building. A woman at the apartment buildings front desk smiled politely and said,

"Hey Mel! Long time no see."

Mel smiled and waved,

"Hi Mrs.Kelly. This is Prince Charming aka Doyle Dixion. Princey that lady over ther is Mrs.Kelly the security woman of this building."

The older woman stated hello to Doyle and Mel waited for the two to become briefly aqua tied before continuing upstairs. She dragged Doyle along with her into the buildings elevator and watched as the number rose up to the twentieth floor. As soon as the elevator doors slid open Mel lead Doyle to an apartment, opened the door and walked inside.

"Now Princey I shall tell you where we are."

She states as she drops her keys down onto the counter as her bag with her clothes was dropped into a couch nearby.

"This here is a apartment my Mother purchased and left behind for me to inherit from her. And this very apartment I now own and use when I do not wish to sleep in the dorms. This very apartment is also where we shall cook."

She smiled happily as excitement shone from within her eyes.

Apartment

After showering, Bobby made his way to the art room and walked in looking for Lucy. He had thought about what she said, and he wasn't sure if she was serious, and if she was, he understood why everyone had said no, he was nervous and they hadn't talked serious about it yet.

Lucy was in the backroom getting a stool and an esle to put her drawing pad on. As she came out of the backroom she spotted him. "Hey, i'm glad you came." she said while looking at him.

"Hey." He smiled and looked at her, "So.. uh.. were you serious? Cause uh... I.. Um... I mean, I dunno." He blushed a little, "Ive never uh.. posed before." He looked around the art room afterwards, at the other stuff some kids had left in the room

Erik paused for a second and looked over his shoulder. He quietly said, "Umm...no that wasn't me." He looked at his guitar and smiled, "I wish it was, but I don't really sing." He chuckled. "Anyway....I have to go to the music room." Erik said, and continued down the hall.

Mel grabbed Doyle's hand and led him inside the building. He wondered why there was a security guard inside the building. After their little chat, Doyle found out that the security guard's name was Kelly. After they entered the elevator, Doyle watched how the numbers went up and held Mel's hand tight. Once the elevator's door opened, Mel brought Doyle inside an apartment. His jaw dropped as he looked around the apartment, but the first thing he did once he was inside was to go look at the view through the glass.

"Wow. This is an amazing apartment! I never thought you'd bring me in this type of apartment. Just look at the view! Jesus! If you can see the sun going to rest from here, then we have to do this one day! We sure gotta do this!" he said, excited. "It's beautiful." he said, turning away from the view and then to Mel. He walked over to her and grabbed her cheeks gently. Rubbing his thumb on her cheek, he looked at her in the eyes. Then, he leaned down and pressed his lips directly on her forehead, kissing it gently. "By the way." he said, while his lips were still on her forehead. Breaking the forehead kiss and trying to wipe any saliva -if there was any- from her forehead with his fingers, he said. "Do you got a blender? It will make it a bit easier for your first time, but the next one, I swear, we are doing it without a blender.".

Lucy huffed slightly. "Yes I am serious, I need to work on dealing with it and how to draw it properly or i'm never going to make it in my art class. And it's not that hard... you just gotta stay in the same pose for about 20 minutes and then you can take a break." she said while looking at him.

"Well can we at least like.. cover up the windows or something? Im not ashamed or anything, but if more people get to look other than you I get to start charging right?" He blushed a little and sat down, clearly thinking it over, "What pose would I do? The thinker?" He did the classic pose, then laughed a little at his own lame joke.

Lucy nodded as she went and closed the blinds and sat back down. "You can do anything, but make sure you can hold it for 20 minutes." she said while blushing a bit as she realized he was really thinking about accepting to do this.

"I kind of wish I could hold the Heisman pose for 20 minutes... Pick a pose for me I dunno what I'd pick..." He stood and looked at her, " then... We start..."

Tanner was well aware of the fact that he left his keys in the ignition and that someone was probably going to grab his wheels--Melody, seeing as she always asks after borrowing. Today, he couldn't ring himself to care. Suddenly, he was overcome with the need for human interaction. After walking a mile and being oggled on the way, he made it back to the main hall. Tanner scanned the area for someone to talk to. The first person he saw was Spencer. "Bingo." he mumbled as started jogging his way. "Hey, man! Why are you all alone?" he called out, echoing in the hallway.

Melody

Mel smiled at Doyle's excitement as he looked at the view. If he was happy then so was she. But the moment his lips touched her forehead Mel began to feel nervous as her face became a scarlet red all the way up to the tips of her ears. She instinctively tried to hide her face by turning to face to kitchen,

"U-uh umm I don't think mommy bought a blender. But whatever equipment is here is what I have. But I do have the ingredients to make pancakes since I allow my friends to use my apartment when they need a place to crash after a night of drinking."

She replied shakily as she began to walk into the kitchen.

((Sorry for my slow replies! The Internet in my house is acting up and my half-brother is trying to see if he can fix it.))

Lucy walks over to him and takes his arms and moves them so his hands are on his hips and tilts his chin up slightly. "There... Pose like that." she said while looking at him and going back to her pad of paper.

"Alright..." Bobby let his muscles get use to it so he could go back, then started to undress. "So uh... Who else did you ask? To do this?" Bobby took his shirt off and set it down. He had a bruise where Melody kicked his side the night before

((If anyone saw my last post, just ignore it, Spencer is at school again oops haha))

Spencer turns and directs his attention to Tanner, and he grins. "I don't know, actually, I went to the beach with Doyle but he's with Mel and they've gone God knows where, so I came back here." He shrugs his shoulders, "What about you? Well, not why are you alone or anything..." He chews the inside of his cheek, "in fact, ignore the question," he laughs slightly, scratching the back of his neck.

Lucy shrugged slightly. "I mostly asked Tanner if he would be alright with it, but no cigar. He's the only other guy friend I have." she said while hiding behind her esle while blushing slightly.

"really? He seems like he would do anything..." Bobby took in a breath, then took his shorts and underwear off. "It's uh.. Cold in here." He was a shade of red but went back to the pose she wanted. "So do I have to stop talking?"

Doyle couldn't hold himself as he hugged Mel from behind. "The way you said mommy was so adorable." he said, holding her tight, but not so tight. "If we don't have a blender, then that's alright. We can do it the other way." he told her. Despite wishing to get started, Doyle didn't want to let go of Mel, so, instead, he improvised. He lifted Mel a bit, making sure her feet were not touching the ground, then, ditching his shoes for a better performance, he slowly lowered Mel so her feet would land on his. Then, holding her well, he tried to walk with her like that, but couldn't do it. "Damn it, it works only the other way around!" he said. "Please allow me to turn you around," he asked. He didn't wait for an answer, he just did it, turned her around, lifted her and landed her on his feet. "Much better." he said.

He walked over the kitchen with her, holding her carefully, smiling, laughing, having a great time. "We could use some music. Do you have something? Or should I hear your voice now? I still want to hear it pretty badly." he told her, smiling at her. He was feeling happy. He was feeling great, sharing amazing moments with Mel. He couldn't wait for tonight either. The beach, the Chinese food and Mel.

(Apparently things are getting pretty...chilly, between Robert and Lucy.)

Erik moved his way toward the music room. He opened the door and glanced inside. The room was pitch black which meant no one was inside. Erik smiled, "Perfect." he whispered. He flicked the switch and light flooded the huge room.

To the left, chairs and music stands lined the floor in an orchestrated fashion. This was normally occupied by the orchestra and choir students. The right side of the room was more open. On the far right wall of the room lied a small stage that held a drum set, a couple of guitar stands, three mics, and loads of cables. The cables made their way towards a mid-sized booth that was sitting in the back-right corner. This was for the performance students that did more band style music.

Erik made his way over to the small stage and set his guitar case down. He grabbed an offset music stand and a stool and set them in the center most mic. He flicked open his case and place his notebook along with a pencil on the stand. Erik looked over the room and took a breath. Silence. He enjoyed the peace. It was the way he preferred playing.

Erik made his way over to the booth and flicked on the set. Lights flickered all over the board. Erik moved up the volume on the knob title, "Main V. Mic". A light buzz started to come from the nearby speakers and Erik smiled knowing he was now ready to write something amazing.

"Someone borrowed my car." Tanner answered, using air quotations to emphasize his sarcasm. "So, why are you so shy?" he follwed, placing a hand on the guy's shoulder. "I know you're different. I can see it in you--the way you walk and talk. Always thinking of the most randomly beautiful things and taking them back in the same breath." Tanner grinned and cocked his head. "You ought to speak more. I like it."
