Background Info:


Daniel Kim was born in Seoul, South Korea in the year 2004. He and his parents moved to America looking for a better job, due to the massive recession that was ongoing in South Korea in 2011. A year after they moved, South Korea was conquered by North Korea, making Daniel's parents horrified, as most of their family was still stuck in the occupied South. As a result, Daniel was indoctrinated to hate the "new" Korea and everything it stood for, making him an extremely loyal and patriotic Korean-American.


At a young age, he excelled in his studies and managed to be accepted into UC Davis with a scholarship in 2022. Unfortunately for Daniel, the GRK invaded the United States just a year after he began his studies, prompting him to seek shelter and avoid the invading Koreans, as the GRK took an exceptionally ruthless stance against Korean-Americans, believing that they were "traitors to the regime." Thankfully, Davis was a sleepy little town that the GRK relatively ignored. However, his parents were caught in San Francisco and sent to prison camps, being executed shortly afterwards after being branded as traitors. This only increased Daniel's loyalty to the United States and his hatred towards the GRK showed no limits. When the Resistance formed, he was one of the first to join and began to wreck havoc on the occupiers, using his engineering skills.


After the brief liberation of San Francisco, in which Daniel helped the US military blow up the Bay Bridge to prevent GRK reinforcements from over running positions, Daniel was seen as one of the important leaders of the Resistance. Now, it is rumored that he is working in his "home" town of San Jose, recruiting his old friends into the Resistance to throw off the chains of oppression once and for all.
