Realistic or Modern Retaliation

Breckenridge walked over to the couch and sat down with a relaxing sigh. She took out her phone and started scrolling through twitter. Once she got bored of that and started to scroll through facebook. She was quickly bored then put her phone away. She got up heading back to the group where her friends were. "Guys...I'm bored...I really didn't want to come but I wanted to be with my friends..." She said crossing her arms.

Lexi Montreal

Lexi raises her eyebrow at Ingrid when she says this, "I think I'll pass." She says with a small smile. "I don't really drink beer." She shrugs her shoulders slightly. 'Was I the only one here who didn't drink? They all seemed to want to and I didn't think Cameron would bring a bag of beer all for himself.. or maybe he would..' The thought made her chuckle and she shook her head. "Where's the rest of us?" Lexi asks, staring at who was in the room and counting. There were definitely more of us.

Cameron was sure to deposit his bag of treats in the room where all the other kids were associating. Kids, in the terms as much as he himself was one; they all were practically the same age. Though, Cameron did not linger about for long. He was sure to greet every parent who was present at the Jameson's house, just as he always had. Cameron never had anything to hide, and never was one to be rude - especially to those hosting the events. Before too much time had passed, Cameron walked back into the section of the house which he belonged, alongside a couple of bottles of soda which were supposed to be used as chasers for the harder alcohol. If others wanted to drink that alone, though, Cameron was not one to give a shit. After all, aside from the fact that it was not his, it was only soda. Easily replaceable so long as there was a gas station nearby, at least.

The tension in the room seemed a bit rough, but Cameron wasn't one to talk much as it was. Eyes found a sliding door connecting the back patio to the room which everyone was in - and Cameron was going to be sure to utilize such an object. A couple of familiar faces were about, some of which he was not aware of. Others, he knew all too well. Regardless, Cameron was the first to grab a bottle of alcohol. It was Hennessey; bourbon. He poured the equivalent of three shots into a red solo cup, followed by a bit of coke. Not too much to completely drown out the top-shelf alcohol, but enough to give it a nice little taste and some carbonation.

Using a hand to brush through the top of his hair, his right hand brought the cup to his lips. Taking a lengthy sip, eventually Cameron would bring his cup back to the same couch he found himself plopping down on. When he looked around to see that not everyone was indulging, Cameron got the impression that perhaps some of the people within the room thought he only brought it for himself. Looking about, Cameron parted his lips to speak, breaking the monotony of silence in the process. "It's ain't only for me. Everyone who wants some can take. Loosen up."

Sarah arrived at the Parker's and noticed a group of people were already there. She noticed her siblings all beat her there. That was because she had gotten a phone call from one of her gals, and they were in desperate need of help. It was boy trouble, of course. Sarah took fifteen minutes to stop at the girl's house and try to comfort her. She succeeded, telling her friend to just put on a hot dress and go find a party. Her friend was bound to find a guy to help distract her from her problems.

Sarah smiled as she got out of her car then quickly ran, excited to get inside. She rang the doorbell, and the large, bubbly smile stayed plastered on her face.

Ashlynn got a text from Quentin and turned her attention away from Ace. She read the text and smiled softly, pleased that he already there. She was about to reply when she got a text from Hunter. She scowled slightly and texted him back, "No. Mom is taking me to the reunion. Dad's going to take Emet." She sighed, sending the text. After, she ran out of her room and went up to her mom. "Mom, we have to go. The reunion started." With that, she went out to the garage and got into the car, her mom following after her. They started the car up, and began to head to the Parker's.

Benji watched as almost everyone in that section of the house began to talk about alcohol. It wasn't for him at all. Nope. He got up from his seat and walked to the drinks to pour himself a cup of apple juice. Just as he was about to pour the juice, the bell rang through the house. His gaze shifted over to both groups of people. They all seemed too busy anyway. Benji dashed toward the door and slid a bit with the remaining space he had. He immediately swung the door open after looking through the peephole, "Hey there!"

Within a few moments the Callahan family arrived in front of the Parker Residence. Greyson parked the car and looked over at his mom and sister, "I'll bring the chips down". Ms. Callahan thanked Grey then left the car closing the door in a much lighter manner than she usually did. She entered the house and waved at the teens/kids before making her way over to the parents area. Better work. Greyson thought to himself. Prior to leaning over and grabbing the chips in the back row.

Sarah's eyes widened in excitement and her grin grew when Ben opened the door. "Benji!" She exclaimed, then threw her arms around him, giving him a squeezing hug. "I'm so excited! We're all going to have so much fun! Whose all here? Cool people, like you, I hope! Ugh, it's been forever since we've all been together..." She rambled quickly, as she kept her arms tight around Ben.

The car pulled into the Parker's driveway and Ash hesitated before going inside. "I bet most of them won't remember me. What if I'm all alone in there, and nobody wants to hang out with me?" She asked her mom. "Don't worry Ash. If you feel like that, you can hang out with me." Ash pursed her lips, "I'll, uh, figure it out." She replied. Her mom just smiled softly, "Come on, let's go in." They started to get out of the car.

Ace

He was still tired, as heck, after all he had run a pretty long distance, judging that his brother had gone for Hunter in a car, so, he was in the right to be sweating like a pig in this moment. Then, he heard her little, mature sister shout to him. He really didn't get what her tiny voice said, so he gave a tiny frown, before seeing her duck and check a message, going deeper in the house. Ace pondered around for a bit, before deciding to go for his car. His feet weren't handling any more hardcore running, so he decided to kind of run, yet at a not-so-fast pace, seeing the family car wooshing ahead to Parker's residence, a reunioin, party, thinga-majig that Ace couldn't help less than to not care about the reunion, they had already seen their face for all the time, why for another dang time? The only person he liked hanging around certain girls, and certain boys, because other girls and boys were just bubbly idiotic people, that made him roll his eyes so much he could see what was in his head.

Jogging with quite the effort, he arrived at the mechanic, him bearly finishing up the car, looking as black and shiny as ever. A black, chevrolet 1970, side-exhausts that made the rumbling sound even louder, the tinted windows and excellent rims, he couldn't help but smile when looking at his car. It was the one of a badass, and he deserved it, not like those sport ''cars'' that had an engine that sounder like a cat purring, nah, he wanted one that sounded like a wolf howling.
''Pay me later Ace, just 'cause you gave me the product earlier.'' the fat, sweaty mechanic said, giving him the keys to the car and slowly walking away.

Ace got in the car, turning it on and plugging the cellphone in with the AUX cord, stepping on the pedal and going to the Parker's place. Ace arrived, after a short drive, compared to him running. His bass and noise was flooding all the neighborhood, of his favorite rock band, Hollywood Undead. He slowly stepped out of the car, putting on some tinted aviators, then giving a quick glance at the place, wearing a black leather jacket and black, faded tight jeans, with some black work boots.

He saw the car of the Callahan's, yet didn't pay much attention to it, heading to the door and knocking, waiting for a while.

Nora drifted away from most of the other talking kids, and the alcohol. She didn't want to have to tell them off for it, as she had a feeling they thought she was stuck-up already. Even if their parents were ignoring the drinking, she wouldn't have any, because if her coach found out, Nora would be dead. She moved over to the window, peeking through through the curtains, and spotted another families car.

"Hey!" she shouted over the cacaphony, taking another glance outside to make out the faces of the people getting out of the car. "More Jamesons are here!"

Benji smiled and hugged Sarah back. "Most of the group is here already. Just waiting for a few others" He responded waving at Ace who was just behind Sarah. "Hey we got to take care of that hand shake though" Benji furrowed his brows turning his head a bit to look at Sarah. While in the hug, Benji lifted Sarah up and moved her into the house to make some way for Ace to enter.

Greyson faced back forward and exited the car. It wasn't the most luxurious car to begin with. He just put in some mods by himself on his spare time. It was nothing special though. His head turned to see Ace, Benji, and Sarah at the doorway after hearing the blaring music from a black Chevy that seemed to be proudly owned by Ace. Grey slipped the keys into his pocket and began to make his way to the entrance.

Lexi Montreal

Lexi sat on the couch quietly as she watched the family members communicate, some drinking, some laughing, all that stuff. It was a nice sight to see, everyone back together but it was definitely weird at the same time. She pulled up her polaroid camera that was resting around her neck by the strap, taking a picture of everyone talking and laughing. 'This would be nice in a scrapbook..' She thought to herself as she waited patiently for the image to print out. One the photo was out, she waved it in the air for a couple seconds and looking at it with a smile before slipping it into her bag carefully and going back to taking a couple more photos.

Her attention was caught by Nora shouting out from the window, a smile appearing on her face. 'Finally they've come.. I need more pictures.' She laughs to herself, standing up and letting go of the camera for it to dangle against her chest. She walks to do the door and sports Benji and Sarah hugging, quickly taking a picture of the two before they pulled away. "Hey guys!" Lexi calls out with a smile, waving at Sarah, Ace and Greyson who stood at the doorway.

Violet didn’t go to school to far away from the Callahan’s, so instead of changing and heading there, she stayed after school and tried to do as much homework as possible before boredom struck her. It didn’t take as long as she thought it would. Standing up, she sighed and stuffed a bunch of her leftover homework into her bag, and walking to her locker. She grabbed her coat, and skateboard, before heading towards the doors.

It didn’t take long to get to the Callahan’s, and she kept her skateboard next to her as she walked over to the door, smiling to herself as she saw ace there. “Hey there.” She said, gripping her skateboard. She must’ve sounded idiotic.

She laughed softly from the hug, then out of the corner of her eye, Sarah saw the flash of her sister's camera. She looked over at Lexi and stuck her tongue out jokingly then smiled at her. "Make me a copy of that one, will ya?" She took a moment to glance around and take in the surroundings. She saw Nora and slightly smiled at her, "Hey." Then glancing over, she noticed Ace, and her other sister Violet talking to him. Behind them, there was Grey, Ashlynn, and Ms. Jameson. Sarah gave a slight wave as a greeting to all of them, then turned her attention back to Benji, smiling. "Ugh, are you still going on about that handshake? I don't know Benji. That's weird!" She joked.

Ashlynn smiled at the people waving to them at the front entrance and gave a shy wave back. She saw her brother Ace in front of her, and relaxed ever so slightly. She was also happy to see Nora, Lexi, and Benji. She walked with her mom inside, then once her mother stepped away, Ash turned to Nora and Lexi. "Hey guys!" She said, trying to hide her nervousness.

"Hi Ashlynn! Lexi!" Nora exclaimed, turning her attention away from the window. She'd been watching Ace and his car with a raised eyebrow and stern look on her face. She hadn't even seen the girls come in. "It's been forever, hasn't it? It's weird seeing everyone here at once." She gestured around the room to the other people milling about."It's just...crazy." It was a word she used a lot, for many different reasons, though she usually didn't mean it in the way other people did.

Lexi grinned at her sister and nodded her head, "Sure will do." She says and laughs, grabbing the photo that printed out of her polaroid, waving it in the air then putting it into her bag carefully. She let go of her camera for it to dangle once again at her chest as she watched them all. She was glad to see Sarah happy and be her usual self, it made her smile. That was normal after all. She steps up on her tip-toes a little as she glances back to see her one year older sister, Violet, greet Ace.

She shrugs her shoulders and rests greeted Mrs. Jameson as she and Ashlynn walked through the door then turned to look at Ashlynn when her mother walks away. "Hey Ashlynn." Lexi smiles as she greets her, giving her a small hug. She seemed a bit nervous so she just wanted to make her feel a little better. After all, it had been a while since we all actually got together. She then turned to look at Nora, "Hey you." She laughs a bit and gives her a hug also, "Still using the word crazy, huh?" She pulls back and grins at her.

"That or we both learn sign language. Your call" Benji said walking into the living room away from the congested entrance. "Watch, one day you'll thank me for this" He stated looking back at Sarah and smiling. "And one day that'll be worth more than a million" Benji joked glancing at the picture in Lexi's hand.

Greyson nodded at Sarah and Lexi who greeted him from afar. The teen walked into the house not shifting his gaze from the counter. He placed the chips down then turned around to view the group. Everyone's grown. No surprise. Grey went into the living room attempting to recall everyone's names then shifting his gaze to the clock.

Ace

Ace walked in, looking around the place and seeing all the ''familiar faces'', and some of which he ignored with pleasure, he didn't like most of the people here, and they didn't like him. A list of people who he liked? Greyson, Cameron, his brother and sister, Violet and Ingrid, the rest, he couldn't care less about them, being the person who he is. Then, he heard a soft voice, one he recognized. “Hey there.” the pink haired at his side exclaimed, a bit awkwardly. He stared at her for a bit, before smiling and hugging her neck with one arm, kissing her in the forehead, after all, Ace was a giant dude, most people called him russian, due to he was buff and tall, about 6'5. Sure, there were taller, but those guys couldn't even lean before breaking their back.
''What's up my pink flower?''

The man walked trough all the people, seeing people like Nora and Benjamin and couldn't help btu to roll his eyes. Ace yawned a bit, before leaning on the wall and stretching, looking around the place shortly after.

Nora smiles sheepishly. "Sadly, all attempts to remove it from my vocabulary have failed." She shrugs. "What have you been up to? How's school?" She asked, desperate to turn the conversation away from herself. It was a tactic she had learned at a young age, as most of the attention she got back then was comparing her to Brec, so, turning it away was some sort of self-defense mechanism. After a while, it simply became habit.

Violet flushed, her eyes rolling to the stupid nickname he had given her. "Oh, so I'm a flower, am I?" She said, laughing to herself, internally. Trying desperately to keep her cool. "If I'm a flower then you're, like, a tree." She said, with yet another roll of her eyes as she leaned against him when his arm pulled her closer, it wrapped around her neck.

Sarah grinned back at Lexi and laughed at Benji's comment about the picture, then turned back to him. "Sign language!? Hell no! That takes way too much effort." She replied. She considered it for a moment while following him to the living room, "Besides, you've probably already gotten a head start knowing you. Or maybe you already know all of it, and just want to laugh at me when I fail!" She looked around the living room, glancing over all the faces and smiling. Suddenly her eyes landed on Cameron and the alcohol, and her smile fell. "You've got to be kidding me..." She looked at Benji again feeling angry. She muttered while rolling her eyes, "Leave it to him to bring the booze. And half of them look so excited to drink it all up..." Sarah didn't like drugs. Ever since her brother went to rehab from them, she's grown a strong disgust for drugs. Alcohol included. Sarah sighed and ran a hand through her hair, "On second thought, that handshake sounds like a great idea."

Lexi made Ashlynn feel a little better when she hugged her. Then Ash grinned softly at Nora, and nodded in agreement with the other girl's words. She laughed slightly when Nora turned turned sheepish,"It is crazy though!" She told her. "School's been good. Except they assigned me homework over break. I already finished it though." She replied to Nora's question, then looked at Lexi, smiling.

"Things are getting awfully exciting."

Mumbling the statement under his breath, Cameron took another sip of his drink before getting up to his feet. Avoiding pretty much everyone, who was busy in their own respects, the young man would use a hand to slide open the glass door leading from the room to the back patio. Being sure to close the door carefully so that it made as little noise as possible, Cameron would remove his pack of cigarettes from his pocket. Inside was a mix of cigarettes and a few joints, which were separate from the blunts he had previously rolled. Those were for sharing. Joints were for personal. Size difference was the key.

The reunion was something that was more obligatory. Removing a cigarette from the pack, Cameron brought flame to the end opposite from his face. He would have to wait until later to bust out the good stuff - when he could get away with it. For now, the adults were still up and probably sober for the most part. Cameron was betting on that not lasting very long. A stream of smoke ascended from slightly parted lips as he looked up to the sky. Not a star in sight, but the moon was looking rather bright.

Lexi laughs at Nora's response and smiles, "It's a cool word anyway." She tells her as she changes the subject. She glances at Ashlynn as she says this, "Wow, you've already finished?" She raises her eyebrows at her slightly, kinda suprised and shocked as we just broke up from school today. "I have a couple of projects to do." She nods her a bit, "I'll get back to those later though but school's going great for me." Her eyes wonder the place as she talks, one of her arms crossing against her chest, holding onto the other arm.

She spots her big brother Cameron get up from the couch and head outside to the back patio. "I'll be back.." Lexi tells Nora and Ashlynn with a smile before heading towards the sliding doors also, opening it and stepping outside before shutting the door again. "Caught you." Lexi says jokingly as she catches her brother smoking. It wasn't really something new watching her brother smoke, she was used to it. "What ya' doing out here?" She asks as she steps besides him, slipping her hands into the back pockets of her shorts.

"Oi you okay?" Benji nudged Sarah noticing her change in emotion. He thought for a bit then looked over at Ash and Nora, "Hey, you guys want to go upstairs? I got some stuff to show you which I think might interest you both". Not everyone was interested in his genius side so why would he bother showing the rest. It wasn't random sheets of paper though. Not a test grade or anything like that. Just a few of his gadgets which he recently got together. Such tedious work. He wasn't really that gifted with the whole construction thing. "Come on we can make that handshake there so we can avoid drunken interruptions" Benji said looking back at Sarah. "Greyson" Benji called out watching the older teen observe his surroundings. Greyson kept his gaze on the clock after looking around a bit. He hadn't been in such a nice house for a long time. A voice suddenly caught his attention causing him to hesitantly look over at Benji. "Want to come up? I can show you around" Benji suggested smiling a bit since it seemed like Grey didn't really have anything better to do at the moment anyway. Grey blinked a couple of times then nodded as he headed toward the stairs. "Awesome!" Benji said quickly running to the second level.

Breckenridge was bored out of her mind. Well...not really but she was bored. She snuck...not really snuck more like walked in when no one was around and opened the fridge. She looked around in it before she found a bottle of alcohol then took it. It was like the other bottles probably an extra but she didn't care. She walked out the kitchen taking a glass with her before she saw her dad. She didn't see him before so hopefully he doesn't see her. She slipped by him with ease then headed some place quiet but bumped into Cameron and almost dropped the bottle and glass. She sighed when she caught it the gave Cameron a glare. "Be careful now...wouldn't want it to break..." She said to him.

@Tree

Sarah closed her eyes momentarily, losing interest in talking to the others she hadn't greeted. She opened her eyes, then looked at Benji, "I'm fine. Let's go up and make that handshake you're so excited about." She managed a small smile then looked at Nora and Ash. Sarah was aware the two other girls weren't overly fond of her, but shrugged it off. She glanced at Grey and smiled at him, then quickly bounded up the stairs after Benji.

Ash had laughed softly from Lexi's surprise over her already finishing her homework. The girl cast a quick glance into the living room, and caught a glimpse of alcohol. She made a face and looked down. There was no way she was drinking, but it felt like nearly everybody else was. A sinking feeling went through her gut. That is, until Benji offered her and Nora to come upstairs. She smiled, relieved, "Yeah, okay! Sounds like fun." She followed after the older kids up the stairs. She noticed Sarah and Grey were also among the group. She felt a little nervous about Sarah. The girl always intimidated her. Grey, on the other hand, she didn't remember a whole lot about him. She glanced at him curiously.
