I try so damn hard to make non-edgy characters, so none of them have tragic backstories except for Hunter now. Thing is, I don't wanna make him edgy like "parents died when he was 3 and he sought revenge and tortured their murderers". Nah, he's just doing his own fucked up things, getting traumatized, and repressing memories until he breaks down and learns to accept himself and realize what happened isn't his fault. Except for the murders. But he doesn't care about the murders, just the fact that he was pimped and demeaned.


Boom. Character development.
