Just as Helrica finished patching up Sarah’s wounds, the sounds of numerous footfalls came from the distance and just around the corner of a building. A series of soldiers, all in full combat gear with urban camo, came storming around the corner, guns in hand and at the ready. They boasted a various array of weapons including several bazookas. Moments behind them a legitimate armored tank turned the corner as well, it’s giant gun already aimed in the direction of Tidus’s former position as it came into view. The soldiers shouted at each other as they assessed the area and stopped in place behind barriers of broken cars, building chunks, and building corners. One of the seeming commanders gestured toward Helrica, Sarah, Victoria, and Swallowtails and a small group of soldiers approached, keeping their weapons pointed down and as non-aggressive as possible.

“Come with us, we need to evacuate immediately. There’s no telling when another creature might strike,” one of the soldiers announced quickly and brusquely. “There are shelters nearby and medics to treat any of your wounds.” His gaze rested on Helrica’s horns briefly and his lips flattened into a firm line. “We also need any information you might have on what is happening and where you people are coming from.”

Helrica seized with apprehension at the approach of the soldiers, taken in shock at the rapid approach. When they came to them and started talking, Helrica watched them warily, looking along the line of soldiers, glancing up, considering something. Finally, they sighed, stowing their spear at their back. Then, Helrica levelled their gaze towards the unit commander who had first spoken to them. "Very well, lead me and speak."
