The second one is more story-oriented, the first one is more gameplay-oriented. Personally, I found the second one more interesting cause I'm a sucker for story, but that's for you to decide. First one is also shorter.

I'm not the biggest fan of dancing, but it would be something I could manage for half an hour a day. Just to pass time. I already sweat playing Mario and Sonic at the Olypmic Games.

When you really put youself into it you'll find yourself sweating as if you were in the sahara desert. No joke. Dance is fun but it's quite the workout.
