Invasion is interesting though. Sitting around talking about trade routes is boring. Honestly i'm thinking there might be 1-3 major wars in this RP before the big major event, and a lot of character adventuring. Maybe a bit of politics for fun.

Lol I just realized that the orc kingdoms are like completely surrounded. If they invade one way, they will be attacked from behind by other nations that are afraid of them. Unless i'm their ally, but that probably won't happen.

Alright. You roll when you engage in combat (i'll give you the first turn). An attack calls for a roll of the d20. If you land a number higher than my AC, I roll to dodge if I want to. If I don't dodge it, you roll for damage, which is like a d6 for the guards.


 
You add your dexterity or strength modifiers on to the roll when you attack.
