The blood on Arya's lip dripped down her chin in a steady trickle. "My fuckimg wrist hurts like a bitch now...." She whispered.

(In a stressed out environment such as this, with the occupation of slaying reapers/weavers day in, and day out.. I would be surprised if anyone in Squad 8 didn't smoke. We're the upfront fighters after all from my acknowledgement. Even so, he can simply refuse.)

Staring for a few final moments at the few people trying to shred each other like pulled pork, Leah turned away. She didn't want to lose her life in such a trivial way. Heck, she had no intention of losing her life at all! She gave a chuckle, more resembling a simple exhale, at the thought. Again, she noticed Kano, now accompanied by another person offering him a cigarrett. She wrinkled her nose at the thing, but approached anyway. Only thing around here to do besides loiter. Loiter with another person. She greeted the two with an awkward twitch of her raised hand and a shout.


"Hey! You're that light weaver... Kano, right? And who're you? I've not seen you. I've not been aquainted with many people here, actually." She rolled her eyes toward the sky at her last sentance. She knew no one here but Kano and Aidan."

Aura came up behind Kano. "Hello peoples." He said, using a thick accent so that his voice wouldnt be recognised by anyone. Had been doing so exept for the talk with Scourge, the entire time.

 

[Maxwell Catastrophe]

A woman strolled toward Max, and his Squad Leader who's name appeared to be Kano. Her nose twitched at the scent of his cigarette's aroma, though she seemed to ignore it, asking for his name upon approach. "Max - Squad 8." He shifted the positioning of the cigarette so the smoke would blow opposite of her direction. "And you?"

"I wonder if I was like that before..."





Kano sighed and examined Max.


"Don't die out there kid".

"I'm Leah." She made a tiny nid of her head to acknowledge and silently thank him blowing his lung cancer somewhere else, but she wasn't sure if it could even be seen. A weird thing with her, she could at any time move absolutely imperceptibly, but she was completely unaware as to when.

Another stranger who he did recognize appeared behind his Squad Leader Kano, who blurted out a greeting. "Yo." He nodded in the man's direction, before turning his attention to Kano, who responded ignorantly to his gesturing. Something that didn't sit right with Max were two thing: Enemy weavers, and unwelcomed rudeness.

"Eh? You want to talk back to me? Lets teach you a lesson..."





Kano grabs the collar of Max's shirt and Kano's threads slowly corrupted Max's head with blinding light. Kano's threads created an explosion of light almost enough to blind someone. Kano retracted and he threw Max at the wall, the wall made a depression at impact.

Aura gently pushed aside Kano and grabbed max by the collar of his shirt and got in his face. This man had not quite had enough yet. the long scar on Aura's face being acceanted by the shadows. He was so mad he forgot the accent, so Kano could maybe recognize his voive, but only of paying attention. "Listen here MAGGOT! You will NOT speak to your commanding officer like that. Now when I drop you you better drop and give me fifty."

In one sudden whiplike movement, Leah backhanded Kano across the face with her free hand.


"What're you thinking!?" She glared in surprise at him. "I get that he was being jerky, but that's no reason to fight over it! He of our squad, for heck's sake! Get a grip!" Her head flipped toward Max and Aura, her hair fanning behind her for a moment.


"You two as well! Relax. We've already got people shredding each other, we don't need more casualties. If someone offends you, deal with it and kindly tell them later, so as to avoid a surplus of corpses." Leah crossed her arms and rolled her eyes.

 

[Maxwell Catastrophe]

As soon as Kano uttered the words teach you a lesson Max unsheathed his 9MM Pistol, realizing now that both Kano, and the stranger were reaching out to grab his collar, shooting one round of explosive ammunition at the ground, putting distance between his captain Kano, and the ignorant stranger wishing to interrupt.

The explosion was sucked up and Kano was unharmed.

"I had no intention of harming you. You're my Squad Leader." Max let out a sigh, this isn't a fight, more a battle of respect. If you wish to become well respected by your teammates, you treat them as equals, not as mere strangers. A team is supposed to be a family, get with it Kano. He readied his Pistol in case his leader wished to be ignorant.


"You absorbed the explosion due to lightweaving I assume?" Max asked.


(No that'd be godmodding lol. Just because I say I shot you in the head would you say its true?)

(Fuck it.... Imma roll with it.) Aura coated himself in his famous and well known thread armor to avoid taking damage from the blast he then walked right up to max and said. "Learn your place rookie. I am Aura Tsukiborido, the acting director of this bace. You dare undermine my authority?" Aura said, forgetting he was 'under cover'

"Woah woah woah... Aura!?"


Kano was surprised. Not really though but still.

After some sort of blast, Leah had been struck onto the ground. All she could see at this point was blurry faces above her and a cacophony of sounds. She, being in line between Max and Kano, had been struck with the destructive round more or less directly. Her vision began to tunnel and a ringing in her ears grew prominent until she lost consciousness in the midst of their annoying argument.

 

[Maxwell Catastrophe]

Max eyeballed the stranger who introduced himself as Aura Tsukiborido, not paying much attention to him, but giving him the benefit of the doubt. "My respect belongs to my captain. If my captain sees you as someone I should respect then I will acknowledge you, but even so, until Kano gives me the proper regards his say so is irrelevant."


Max walked passed Aurath, rejoining Leah, and Kano.

Aura cursed in some strange language and then responded to Kano. "Yeah.... I'm alive. I disuised myself so the sins wouldn't recognize me. Zen is in on it. And you should talk some sence into your squad. Get him doing pushups for his insubordination. And the frea dlh fire. I have to take this girl to the medbay." Aura said, picking the girl up gently.
