As mentioned before, we will almost always want to keep characters rank high 4 or under if they are recruits. For characters who have already been part of Weave, we prefer the max rank to be low 6.

How is that determined? By their Rank?

Well the squads are loosely ranked by their numbers, the higher the number (10 being highest) the weaker on average the members are. This is so it is easier to figure out which Squads will go on which missions.

I see. My character wouldn't have any supernatural healing powers or anything, basically she'd just be good at patching people up when they are hurt. Is that alright?
