I really wanted to have my cs done already by now. However, life at times has it's way of getting in the way, and when I say life I mean my friends and family. If I wasn't spending the day with family it was with friends and vice versa. I have taken the bits of time I have had to work on the cs in the workshop. It's just not completed yet, and what I don't have written down I already have thought about. I I won't give myself a date since if I miss it I will feel bad about that. Instead, I will just say that I will have my cs up as soon as possible (aka when people let me have some time to rest).

Quick question but what are the limits on abilities? Like, are types of abilities that are considered rare in canon allowed? I imagine something like vector control isn't, but would teleporting style abilities be allowed? Because I joined this without any idea of what power to use and I'm having a hell of a time figuring that out rofl.

Well my character's ability is control over gravity which if I am correct is more of a rare ability. Also I did mention before that I thinking of making a character who's esper ability is to teleport. Celtic didn't seem to have a problem with it. In other words I am assuming if should be fine.

Lol, I relate to this post all to well.
I don't have any restrictions on rare abilities at the moment. The big restriction is that nobody can be a level five Esper at the start, and so you'll have to give the characters abilities appropriate of a lower level Esper. So if somebody had vector, they wouldn't be nearly as powerful as Accelerator. If that makes sense. If it does seem like that is gonna start causing problems, I will change things up, but I'd like to give you guys the benefit of the doubt that you know how to play appropriately in an RP.

I've got the first post about halfway done, but it's starting to get late and I'm starting to hit walls. I think my creativity is shot for the night, so I'll have the full post up tomorrow, but I'm gonna add the first part introducing the setting right now.

Mmm, I'm not the GM but I'd definitely say both of your characters are Level 5 tier powerful. Rebecca could body any canon Esper that isn't Accelerator without breaking a sweat. Hell, there's a canon character that's considered to be the failsafe for the Level Fives and they just have power copying, let alone disabling, tracking and amplification. Angels are above Level 5 power level beings, so summoning one would be an auto-win in pretty much every fight. Being able to make something from nothing is also insane, as is eating someone's Magic like Angel does.

Jesus Christ, that's not even level 5 and Saint level, each of those characters is litterally cheating... It's not just OP they have a universal and all specific counters rolled up into one, for each character

Wouldn't that make it less fine? For one thing, these powers are supposed to be unique, and for two, characters within a show can afford to be more powerful than in a RP, as balance is not necessarily required...
But oh well, if the GM said so, then I just need to avoid running into your character at all costs

There's only three other espers beside Rinoa and one of them is immune to her power anyway. The majority of the characters would kick her ass lol. After all, to anyone who doesn't rely on ESPer powers she's just a small 5'6 little girl.
