Level 4 AIM Stalker is JUST tracking, is the point being made. Level 5 is when you can use all the other fancy abilities as, by the time those abilities were able to be used it was considered a level 5 power. So it isn't that AIM stalker has no other abilities, it's that those abilities make it no longer level 5. And since we aren't allowed level 5's you shouldn't be able to do anything other than track people.

It'd be like me taking vector control and being able to do all the same stuff accelerator can do while saying I'm level 4. As that's literally what you're doing with Rinora. She has ALL the abilities that a character took the series to unlock and became level 5 to access. A level 4 vector control, or level 4 electromaster, etc etc can not do the same things as their level 5 counterparts.

You copy-pasted a level 5 ability from canon and then gave your character cliche "they're the best evar but it's ok because they're super humble and lazy so they wont abuse it unless you make them mad!". Seriously, I don't wanna be an ass but you get what you give. All people did was come in and saying you have a level 5 character and they don't really like that and instead of being nice and amicable about it you turn right around and act like a prick and talk down to people.

This'll be my last post but let me try to make this super clear to you. It isn't your character that's the issue here. It's your attitude. You're toxic as fuck. People politely pointed it out to you, they weren't mean about it. They just pointed out that it was too strong. And how'd you respond? With vitriol and dismissiveness. Even now look at that post. I made the mistake of dismissing the second ability because it wasn't relevant to the point. You trying to latch onto that doesn't help your argument and just makes you look like an ass. Xel seems to have mostly taken care of things here, but stop being a jerk. You have no right to complain about people when you were the first one to go on the attack, especially when all I did was point out issues with your character. Don't "wow profanity" people when you were the first one to start insulting people by calling them ignorant, stuck up, and etc.

Get over it. If you want to make a character as strong as the ones you have right now wait until you're allowed to make a Level 5. I don't care if Celtic said your power is acceptable, if he did he's wrong and I'm not going to just sit here and let you do whatever you want.

Give Rinora the Level 4 version of AIM Stalker. Simple.

Make Angel not able to summon Angels, an Angel killing weapon, give his item creation limits, and either explain the limits on his magic eating or add them.
