Xavier wanted to protest at Rena, feeling like it wasn't nesscarily to link arms together but he bit his tongue as he noticed Rena looking so happy. He does his best to match uo to her pace until Rain walked up to them.

"Oh hey. Ash you say? Well he gave Rena a map on where he was going, sooo..." Xavier nudged Rena for her attention, avoiding eye contact with the elf only because he was still embarrassed.

"Oh, right! Here's the map."

Rena handed Rain the map, then pondered for a while.

"We're suppose to meet up with Ash after we're done buying potions. Do you mind tagging along with us? We can all head over to the castle afterwards since there's only one map."

"That area...! It can't be!"

"I wouldn't imagine that Wally is still active in this dimension."

Coming out of her inner thoughts, Rain gives the most normal smile she can.

"Sure, I'll tag along. Lead the way."

"We never pursued that area in our dimension, so it's a new experience for us."

"I did tell you your memories won't help here. I also have to remember not to push this body so hard."

"We can't afford to lose our voices."

"Come on then. Let's buy as much potions as needed," Xavier said once Rain agreed to stick with them. He beckoned her to follow as he tugged Rena along towards the potion shop. He managed to relax with the elf, feeling more comfortable being around her.

He wasn't sure how to describe it, but Rena is almost like a mother he never had. Maybe it was an overstatement, since she was only being nice and caring to him and everyone else. Or maybe it was another feeling he was unable to describe. Whatever it was, Xavier hoped it last for a good long while.

An hour later, the trio walked out of the store. Rena kept pestering Xavier about the bag on his back.

"Are you sure the bag isn't heavy? We bought quite a lot of things besides potions as well... and we already bought a lot of potions to start with..."

The group had spent the entire bag of gold on potions, organic apples, elixirs- even some throwing orbs were bought in bulks and stuffed into the bag. Each of them also bought spare sets of clothing after Rena stated that their old ones looked quite beaten up and dirty, or at least they were heading toward that direction. An extra set of clothing for Ash was also tucked into the bag.

"I-I can't believe you-!"

"Hahahaha! Finally, more familiar clothing!"

"W-we're not wearing that ever!"

"You better believe your shy ass that we are!"

"I swear the cashier was looking at us strangely."

"If it makes you feel any better, I bought us a sewing kit so we could fix your dress."

Rain once again opens her own bag to glare at the offending outfit. Oh how she wanted to burn it or slash it with her daggers.

"You little vixen!"

"AHAHAHAHAHA!!!! I'm just having too much fun~!"

Xavier and Rena observes her sudden shift in mood, both unsure of whether or not to ask her what's wrong. They did see her run around the store rather discreetly.

"Im fine Rena, I really am. If we're done here, should we get going?" Xavier asked, ready to call back Komodo since the little reptile went off to do his little exploring around. He took a glance at Rain, wondering what is really up with her. It kinda worries him. "Well, we really spent up the money Ash gave us," he commented, taking a couple steps forward to see if he can actually carry the bag around.

It was heavy, but he can manage.

"Alright, if you say so..."

Rena turned her attention to Rain. As she watched the girl seemingly bicker with herself, she didn't know whether to laugh at the scene from earlier or to ask her if something was wrong. The girl had tried on quite a lot of... bold dresses in the store. Rena was shocked at how the girl seemed to had a sudden change of personality. But she also had to admit, the girl had a good sense of fashion.

In the end, she decided that they had spent too much time shopping and went after Xavier, calling over her shoulder.

"Rain, we should get going. Ash is probably tired of waiting for us."

Snapping out of her internal argument with her other self, Rain stutters out her response.

"O-oh, sure."

"He won't know what he hit him~"

"Does anything else go through your mind because making me embarrassed and anything sexual?"

"I don't get why you're so shy, Rain. Men love women with sex appeal."

Quickly snapping that thought out of her head, Rain runs to catch up to her other comrades. As Rena and Xavier look over the map again, the dancer takes the time to look around her surroundings. It looks exactly as she remembered, the same chip in that tree, the same worn trail...

As she looks around, her other self remains strangely quiet.

"What's wrong?"

"Nothing...just remembering the past..."

"I see..."

She continues to walk in silence behind Rena and Xavier.

Ash was sitting down on a tree stump holding 4 ingots of Velder iron and a large amount of leather. "Alright Ares let's begin." Channeling his magical power Ash formed a pair of gloves with a bit of steel thread woven into them for durability.
"Now Ash channel Water, Ice, Fire and Earth magic into the Steel threads."
"On it." As magical power flowed through Ash's hands the gloves began to get a rainbow glow to them.
"Ho ho, Nice nice Ash. Are these for the boy?" Ares asked. Ash nodded his head.
"I used techniques that I learned from your memories Ares, they seemed rather useful."
Ash rubbed his chin a little. "I had an idea to make some boots like those Mercury used in Mount Olympus." Ash said as Ares could be heard giving a surprised chuckle.
"Those boots are interesting but I think they'll have to wait. The amount of power required is massive." Ash nodded his head in agreement with Ares. "Next it's daggers for Rain, maybe a combat outfit, like the Valkyrie?" Ash said as Ares chuckled.
"Boy here, use Angurvadal. Reforge the weapon into two daggers. The sword is known to blaze with life during times of battle giving it's owner the will and strength to keep on going forward, when battle is over the sword shines softly giving a warm feeling, making the owner feel secure. " Ash inspected the weapon, "That's a fancy story there Ares. But will she accept it?" Ash wondered. Ares sighed.
"It's a suitable weapon, the sword doesn't shine for show, during battle it tries to keep it's owner in top shape by using it's mana reserves when the owner is feeling low. "

"After a battle the soft light is actually a healing factor, no owner of that sword ever got sick when near it. Only downfall is how slow the healing factor is not as fast as a vampire but probably next to yours?" Ash shrugged his shoulders. "It doesn't seem like a bad idea." With that said Ash poured his powers into splitting the sword in two.
"That's it boy! Make sure you through the Valkyrie set in there!" Ares shouted.

After they looked over the map, Xavier took a look around in their surroundings and he whistled in three different tunes out loud. Within seconds, Komodo came flying in from a nearby tree, nearly scaring the two girls except for Xavier. Yet the teen stumbled back when Komodo landed on the bag, feeling the extra added weight. Though Komodo was smart, noticing the distress look on Xavier's face and he hopped down on the ground. Xavier got back on his balance and let out a loud sigh.

"Alright, it looks like you're holding up well, Komo," Xavier mumbled, feeling his body is starting to ache now. Yet they weren't so far from where they have to meet up with Ash. Xavier continued to walk forward like how the map was leading them to.

Rena had almost let out an embarrassing scream when Xavier's pet suddenly appeared out of nowhere. Luckily, she managed to cover her mouth in time, muffling the noise so that it sounded like she was stifling a cough. She scrambled forward to help Xavier when he lost his balance.

"Xavier, let me carry the bag for a while. Your legs look like they're about to give out."

Grinning, Airi removed his hand from Steele's hair. Lara mentioned something about a mission, but Airi didn't know the full details because of the foreign language Lara later spoke.

"Deal!"exclaimed Airi after Lara translated what she said. The red haired woman got up and asked them if they were adventurers. Airi could detect the false enthusiasm in her voice.

It pissed her off. Even merchants back in her village could do better. Damn, if you're going to fake something then don't even ask!

"Yes, we are. Is there something you need?" Replied Airi in a hostile tone.

"Done!...The daggers are complete." Ash looked at the daggers before him that where glowing softly. "I can feel it's power. They also look lovely for someone like Rain." Ash admired the daggers as he placed them inside a sheath.

"Now back to boredom....Ash why don't you ever try creating life? We could do that you know? I mean I wasn't good at it hence I dropped it and only focused on balancing the world of war." Ares said, Ash shivered at the thought.
"I mean...what can I make?" Ash wondered.
"How about a Pegasus?" Ash actually liked the idea. "I've got the clay just for it."
After sometime Ash looked at the sculpture of a Pegasus before him. "Now think of how it will look in real life, use my memory as reference."

Ash looked at the sculpture one more time, "This is the only time I am ever doing this." Placing his palm on the Pegasus's head Ash spoke in Ancient Greek. The sounds of a horse could be heard, as a nice beautiful stallion with wings stood before Ash, the stallion's fur was a lovely jet black it's elegant mane was in no way inferior with it's noble black. One would think this would draw fear, but the aura Ash could feel from the Pegasus was very noble.
"I'll name you Orion.." Ash's excitement sent shivers down his spine as he stroked the pegasus's mane.
"Ash, how's your body?"
"I know, Ishamel hasn't realized yet. We won't ever do this again."
What Ash knew was that when Zeus created life, his immortality slowly went down and down causing him to have his old age appearance. The only reason Zeus stayed alive forever is because people prayed to him in temples. But Ash didn't have a temple so this would be his only creation if he wants to hold onto his immortality.​

As she turns her attention to the elf and the boy with the dragon, Rain lets a soft smile form on her face.

"They're cute together," she whispers.

Her other self huffs at her comment, though she doesn't say anything to add to it. For once, she was confused over her counterpart's behavior.

"What's wrong? You know you can trust me."

"I know, but I rather not say."

She leaves it at that. A horse's neigh alerts her, and she runs forward to the sound. When she finally sees the creature, as well as Ash, she audibly gasps.

"A-a Pegasus...?"

The moment he stepped forward, the moment the demons became tense. With the presence of a disciple of Henir in the room, there were a few amazed whistles echoing through the room. How anyone managed to get a hold of the elusive Henir's disciples was unknown. They barely got involved in any of the meddlesome situations between humans and demons, Nasods and the rest.

He looked out around the room, the sigil behind him signifying who he really was. No one wanted to get involved with a God, but those who work under one were almost untouchable. However, the case was different here. Here, a disciple of a God wanted to get involved.

Ren's ears perked up, hearing the hostile tone in the little girl's voice. He turned his attention to the subject, who was an older-looking woman with red hair that looked like a bloody pineapple.

"Starting from today, he's going to work with us. And also, we'll be able to have a bountiful harvest this month thanks to this Crystal." He declared as he pointed towards it.

"What? Is that what you're planning to do with the crystal? Don't make me laugh!" In inquired as he laughed off. "This should be used to further general Scars vision!"

"Like hell it is! I should use it to completely put Sander under my grasp! Imagine, the Behemoth carrying it's queen while the power of this El is generating energy towards all my beautiful demons!"

"Hmm... I would like to experiment with it. This is a once in a lifetime chance to actually study the properties of El."

"None of you are going to take this crystal. The land needs it or you can say goodbye to half your rations." He threatened them.

"Say what!? Who made you in charge of the Crystal!" In complained.

"Yeah! If anything, we should be the ones to choose who gets the crystal!" Karis joined the fray.

"What do you think, Chloe?" Joaquin asked to her as she and Jin were the quiet ones.

"I'm staying out of it, Velder is already in our grasp. Having more power where we strategically placed our troops would probably throw a wrench in our plans." She commented while crossing her arms.

"Very well, I'll back away too." Joaquin said while fiddling with a flask.

"You better put that away, Joaquin. I'm not going to let you cook something to put us all to sleep." The demon clicked his tongue as his plan was discovered quite fast. "The crystal will be put on the 'harvest pedestal' and that's that. With more land to make our products, more herbs will come around, more food can be made edible and much less poison can infect the animals. I can't be the only one that doesn't like to process every single piece of meat or vegetables to make sure that the venom is gone. Unless you agree to this, I'm taking your rations in half."

"You can't do this to us, Dust! Without us, you wouldn't have gone this high in the chain command!" Karis voiced out her anger.

"That is true, but if it wasn't for me you wouldn't have gotten so much progress in your campaigns. Velder, Hamel, Sander, Lanox. All of these wouldn't have progressed further without a lil' help from me, commanding the troops, scouting the enemy, finding the loopholes in the security and even putting a people under my eye. If I say that this crystal will be for the crops, to make our lives in this realm a little bit more tolerable, then by Samael's gaze it'll go there." He called them out, they looked to the side with anger as to what he said was true. "Are we clear?"

"Crystal." In said with a dark tone.

"Good. Don't hold me by my throat, I'm just thinking what's best for us. Oblivio, you're tagging along with me. Anybody agree?"

"Already hoarding the new guy for yourself? Aren't you eager." In tried to provoke him.

"Better than to let him being in your guide. Last time someone was with you, they witnessed a man being toyed with and afterwards he renounced to staying in the military force."

"That was only one time!"

"One time is enough." He replied back while the blue demon simply huffed.

"Are we done? My troops are waiting for me." Chloe said impatiently.

"Almost. One last thing, Karis."

"What do you want now." She said a little infuriated.

"This is for you, think of it as thanks from all these years." He threw her the small crystal fragment that he took from the crystal. "Samael was able to absorb it's power, but apparently it can regenerate on it's own. I'm sure it'll help you out, if you need a small boost."

"Oh! Ohohoho! You do care about me! Maybe you want to continue-"

"Not interested, you succubus." He instantly refused while standing up. "Can one of you open a portal to Elder?" He asked them.

"You have business there?" Joaquin asked while rotating a devise to make the portal.

"You can say that." He responded while gesturing his new ally to follow him.

"Now, now, Airi. She's just greeting us." Lara said in a calm tone. It was good to know that one of her allies didn't like the Knights either. As for Steele, his reaction was controlled and only turned towards the Pyromaniac after hearing Airi's tone. The Commander had definitely hidden intentions, but causing a ruckus with a woman who could send hundreds of men to hinder their quest was not wise.

"Sorry for my companion's attitude. You seem to have come from far away. Why are you seeking adventurers for?"

Oblivio gave one last glance at the council of demons before leaving. He followed Dust into the bright town of Elder.

"...alright sure," Xavier said, agreeing for Rena to carry the bag for now. The time he gave her the bag, he was quick to stretch out his body, his face scrunched up. He was surprised to hear a neigh close by, watching Rain running off to see where it came from. "A...horse?" He questioned quietly, starting to follow after her as Komodo lagged behind, only to check if Rena was following them.

Xavier reached to where Rain was standing and did a double take at the sight of the creature, somewhat alarmed.

The second Xavier released his hold on the bag, the full weight of it crashed onto Rena's hands. She stumbled a little and quickly twisted her ankles to balance out the weight

It's ... really heavy... He's been carrying this for so long without rest... Is he okay? Next time I shouldn't suggest that we buy so much things...

She slung the bag over her shoulders and forced herself to run after the two that had gone ahead. Her expression matched theirs when she caught up.

"A... flying horse?"

"Oh you guys are finally here. Say hello to my creation. Orion the Pegasus. It'll be my only creation of life ever." Ash said as he stroked it's fur coat, "I noticed he can transmit his feelings to you if you touch him, he shows a rather noble heart."

Ash took the bag from Rena and set it down on a tree stump. "Now let's talk about the job. We've been requested to enter wally's castle and destory his creations that he plans to use for evil. We must find the lab and destroy his beta creation the Inspector. The pay for this job is 50 million ED being paid by a group of blacksmiths from Elder."

Ash took the items out of the bag and split them into 4 separate smaller bags.
"100 potions of mana and health for everyone. Now Xavier I made you these Elemental gloves using Leather and steel thread with elemental magic loaded into the thread to lighten the load on your mana costs."

Ash said as he gave everyone a bag and gave Xavier the gloves. "They have a gaulet configuration for combat where the Steel Thread thickens creating durable gauntlets with Elemental attributes, how you use them is up to you."​

"W-woah, thanks..." Xavier was surprised, not expecting to be given new gloves for combat. His eyes were full of curiosity, looking down at the gloves as Komodo peered over his shoulder with interest. He lightly traced the thread, amazed that he started to have a small smile on his face. Yet for now, he just held them in his hands, planning to give them a try later on. "Really, thank you, Ash."

Rena mentally sighed in relief when Ash took the bag off of her. She accepted the smaller bag, nodding to show that she understood the mission so far.

"We also bought some wind orbs, to lower the Inspector's defense. What's the plan to sneaking into the castle?"
