However if they have some kind of special ability, like some of the humans in the movies have, then you can put that down (like some humans were able to connect with Pokemon's hearts, others were like lucario and could sense and control aura, stuff like that).

Well, Mew is a Legendary, and a child of Arceus in this rp. Mew can take on a human form, if that's what you mean.
