That's up to you. They can have a team of up to six Pokemon with them. You don't have to fill out a form for each Pokemon, but do list what Pokemon they have and the Pokemon's level and moveset.

Of course, there's nothing stopping you from making character sheets for a full team of six, either.

Now that I think about it, do colleges even have a school nurse? Ah, well... the school is a long distance from any hospital/pokemon center, so it would be reasonable to have a school nurse on-campus.

Small problem. Pokemon that aren't Ditto, of the Zorua line, Legendaries, or Psychic-types can't have a human form. So your character would look like a normal Blissey.

Question. I saw your arceus character. There is not written it is a hybrid (i mean the male) but it has human treats. Are all pokemon like that or are those kinds hybrids?
