Hustler or not, 300 for his snacks is outrageous! He is one of, if not the best, chef/snack makers in the whole of Hoenn and he would only charge maybe 10 per snack. That is outrageous margins man!

Yes, they can change when they evolve or level up. Same basis as the video game. You can add 2 for before and after as long as they have 4 move sets only. I also understand so you don't forget.
