I haven't ever heard that rule. I've seen plenty of male contestants in Pokemon contests within the anime.

It happens. However, I have seen male performers in the Pokemon showcase as well. It's just one of those things that's clearly not as popular with the male audience. Modeling reality. Lol

If I was in the Pokemon world, I think I would prefer contests and showcases to battling. I spent all this time growing a bond with these animals just to make them fight in a ring? Nah! I'm out there performing art!

I'm telling you, I would be the most dramatic of human beings in a contest. Plus, I would use the most unpretty Pokemon, just to give myself a challenge.

Even though I don't watch the actual shows, I gotta say that pokemon contests are pretty cool.

I did a rp revolving around it and using moves to make them cool is vv fun *ahh the memories*

If you're all wondering about a plan usually just take out the grunts and so starts youe first pokemon battle. Maybe steal a truck or run into the jungle to escape? However, the rustling noise of plants can be loud and also, a chance to encounter some of the black gunk that may or may not be bad if touched.

Battling could also be kinda loud too. I didn't even consider any of them stealing a truck.

I mean, I was gonna have Tome suggest they try and sneak out through the kitchen doors? Though I was thinking about battling potentially being loud too - unless we just hit them hard af and give them concussions (now would that be all so bad?)
