Ok. Oh and please keep OOC in the OOC. It's tolerable when there is In Character stuff to go with it but otherwise try and stay here with it

Yes it's allows to switch up like that. Battles here play out more like the anime than the games. So technically "Fly" isn't a real move here. It's just basically your Pokemon becoming airborne. You could consider it just being a tackle attack from the air.

But it other than that, yeah. Battling can be switched up like that. You could even use two moves at once (as long as it's reasonable) like in the contests they do.

Just a thought... @The Fabulous Emerald why would he use Future Sight when he's so against predicting the future? Seems kinda... contradictary...

Yet again... not my character, so I shouldn't complain

because its a good move?

besides, hes against seeing the future events of everything. Im sure he's fine with sending an attack into the future. (i think thats what future sight is represented as)

Shadow ball has 100 accuracy, it can't be dodged.

I just confirmed that's true. The only time moves with 100 accuracy can miss without modifying accuracy or evasion was due to a glitch in the original gen 1 games, but since that's a glitch it doesn't count.

that sounds right. Just use sand attack next time :P

Thought it was 3 @The Fabulous Emerald

It's two

No, 100 accuracy is the average. (---) is impossible to miss. 100 has its chances to miss, it does increase when debuffed.

Nope. I just read the wiki. If evasion/accuracy aren't changed, 100 can't miss.

(---) Doesn't miss regardless of evasion/accuracy changes, 100 doesn't miss unless evasion/accuracy is changed.

From the wiki:

Quote

A move's accuracy can be any number from 1-100, reflecting the probability of the move being successful as a percentage (if neither accuracy nor evasion are modified in-battle). Currently, however, only multiples of 5 between 30 and 100 (inclusive) are used.

So 100 is 100% to hit.

-shrug- could have sworn it could miss, though not often.

If you played Gen 1, there was a 1/256 percent chance it could miss due to a bug. That's it though.

I've seen 100 accuracy moves miss multiple times in the past couple days of me playing moon.

I don't know what to say. You're remembering wrong. It CAN'T MISS. Maybe your accuracy/evasion was edited. Nonetheless, it CAN'T MISS. That's all there is to it.
