No, the closest a human could do for a non lethal hit on a Pokemon is by punching them. A knife dosnt do anything to harm a Pokemon in a non leathal other than being to dull to cut them (or your a Ryhorn that has metal skin)

It's hard for humans to uses tools to be as effective as a Pokemon.

The Lati on the other had, they seem to be built to go fast. Along with the help of levitation instead of pure muscle strength.

I would say April can probably reach Mach 1 if she's aided by gravity, but I don't see Mach 2 being possible.
Although to be fair, Pidgeot and Latis are fast for different reasons. Latis are aerodynamic, while Pidgeots have such immense wing-power that it makes up for it. And Pidgeot's ARE built to be fast, their body lengthwise is rather slim, and the way their wings were designed clearly is made for optimal speed and control.

Yeah I can see Mach 1 being somewhat possible but by comparison the Lati do have some advantages for speed.

Well, I just did some research. According to the Pokedexes, April can fly at Mach 2, while Latios can fly at about Mach 3.5-4

And the Pokédex has been know to exaggerate a lot. Like Alakazam 5000 IQ. Isn't the average humans like 200. Why haven't Alakazams taken over the world with their intelligence or help us invent hover cars alresdy.
