I'm a Sinnoh fan. Just felt gen 4 completed Pokémon. Every other gem after was bonus Pokémon

I picked Johto because it's the one I started with xD It was a close match between Johto and Kalos, though, since Kalos is where Fairy Pokemon first appeared.

I still don't like Fariy. It made us dragons weak. That and I never really understood it's propose. Every other elements has been around since Gen 1.


FYI, back in gen 1 there was only one ghost type (3 if you count evolutions) Gastly, Hauntar, Gengar. Look it up, they were the only ghost types back then.


This lead to the believe that psychic was good against ghost types. But in reality it was only super effective because of thier poison type. It's really the other way around. Ghost is good to Psychic. Once more ghost people came out some (not many) caught on that it wasn't super effective. I didn't figure it out until playing Pokemon for 2 years

Platinum was what I started on. When I got the game it was the highest version of Pokémon yet. I've played all the others up to gen 4 (sorry haven't played black and white or X and Y, my DS broke before that) but gen 4 is still my fav

Eh. I mainly like the Fairy type because I love Fairies ( ) That's really the only reason.

I've played Firered/LeafGreen to completion, Ruby/Sapphire/Emerald to near completion, Diamond/Pearl/Platinum to completion, Heartgold/Soulsilver to completion, White/Black to near completion, White 2/Black 2 to Near Completion, X/Y to completion.

Well... I only ever beat the Elite Four in X/Y because that game was easier than all the others. But I count completion as getting TO the Elite 4 in my book.


I've also started a Leafgreen Nuzlocke, marking my first one yet.

Honestly I think they made it because they were running out of Pokémon to make. With a new element they were more ideas. But they type match up is weird. Fariy > Dragon, I don't get this. How does a humongous beast of fire fall to a tiny humanoid with wings. I get the Steel > Fairy because many references say that steel bruns them but still.

The definition of Fairy here is less following the mythical creature and more following the idea of a Fairy Tale itself. In most Fairy Tales, whenever there is a Dragon, the hero of the story ends up slaying it. Hence why Fairy is good against Dragon. It's the same kind of logic for Fairy being good against Dark, too.

I guess? I just figured it was just fairy tales in general, since dragons in them are usually the bad guys who get killed by the hero in the end. That's the way I think of it.

Because that was part of the original concept - That they were huge reptilian tyrants for knights to slay and save their lands. They don't have to always be evil, though. You can make a good Dragon yourself, and there you go ( )
