I wanted to establish something real quick. Everyone here can control NPCs. NPCs in this story are rarely reoccuring and can be used to liven things up or help someone else get more involved in the RP, whether by herding them towards the main group, or causing them to interact more with the world around them.

Chosen, like Followers and Servants, only started appearing after yhe war began, which has only been going on for several months.
