North Sea Manor could be the Pokemon League, I feel that looks very fitting!
I just realized, I only listed 7 cities, there arent enough places for 8 total gyms listed..
The un-named place at the bottom right could be another city!

Swordbreak City looks cool and like it could fit the vibe the gym was going to have! It also looks pretty important, so it would make sense the 8th gym is there!

I'd say there isnt a 'starting town' but the Professor's lab, where youd get your starter, should you choose one, would be at Whiteridge Town.
Yeah, that was pretty much my question lol. How old are trainers when they start out in this? Also, trainers in the games sometimes have psychic powers. Is that viable here?
A trainer can be any age above 10 years old and as long as its very minor, it's okay. Nothing that directly influences story or events or other characters.

I let Floof have a gym leader, why not you? Sure, go for it. Gym leader positions are free until the start of the roleplay where the remaining will be NPCs.
Ah, I don't mean I necessarily need to play them lol. They can still be an NPC, but I was just wondering if it would be okay to have one for reason of my character's backstory/relationships. I could also play them though, if that's preferred. I may make them more of a side character though, if that's alright.
If you are allowed to play them, why would it be an issue to create them as an Npc!

From a breeding perspective in the games, a pokemon can theoretically have four.
As many as the 4 slot move set will allow. Although, if you go four, that's a lot of breeding.
